I have purchased a power bank from whaaky.com 9n 2 Sep 2015 vide order no S80904534 on testing found not working and codemn item. I lodged complaint to whaaky for replacemwnt/refund. First their customer care is always no reply. Now on mail they want to send their item on customer cost which is very high second they are not refunding full amount. This company is cheating.

I purchased sony 10000 mah power bank worth 499rs and shipping charge 150rs and online payment from whaaky .com order no S80898257 I received the product on[protected] in evening 06:05 but i only received duplicate sony power bank and this not working . i m so many time to call on whasky customer care number and Email on support team the are not responding. Order Number : S80883280 Dtd.. 09.08.2015 I placed an order worth Rs. 3, 927. Got an order confirmation immediately. then waited for 10 days as per their shipping policy and mailed them querring the status. Recieved a message back from them on 24.08.2015 stating that the location iI was living in was non servicable. Its impossible to believe this crap as I live in a very known area of Mumbai.Post that I sent them several mails and called them on phone. But have no response at all. I neither have the product nor my money paid via credit card. hey have all the details regarding the shipping address at the time of accepting the order. Their site also acknowledges that my area can be serviced. This is a fraud site which needs to be shut down and legal actions should be initiated against the promoters.

Dear Sir/Madam, I have ordered 3 piece of Jeans of koutons men jeans but the company shipped me a cheap quality women jeans of any malala jeans and one of cotton county. I have uploaded the courier receipt again & again but they are not refunding. I have send four mails but they are not replying. I have already spent 1300/- INR. Basically they are cheaters. Guy'z don't buy anything from there website. I know after this complaint they will again ask me for courier receipt. They don't want to refund actually. they are online thieves.

Hi, I have ordered "Wangler Shoes & Stretchable Jean @ 1199" on 22-August-2015 order Id:S80895421 from whaaky.com and after that, I got a note that " Your order will dispatch n 7-10 business days" but you can see it has been more than 10 days and still I have not received any response. I also emailed to support team but still not getting any response. Please help!!

I had placed an order with reference s[protected] which was filed on[protected] and was constantly trying to get in touch with the customer support. The call always rings but no one in there is bothered to pick up the call! And the best part you will be deducted with 3Inr for every call that lands down without any response. It's been 3 weeks since I am waiting for my product but till date there is no update from there end while they promise you a delivery within 3-4 business days. Can it be justified in any manner?

I have register the complaint against repeatably received the faulty power bank... as i had requested to refund of my money ... neither i got massage from whaaky regarding refund not i got any call... rather than i received the massage from [protected]@pgssupposts.in that they required my contact no. behalf of whaaky for refund money ... i got call from that side ans they are asking my debit card details like card no, exp date, cvv when i told them for RBI guidelines they will not response me ... Pls help me to refund my money from whaaky as i paid[protected] for power bank + 500 as the courier charges as i had paid)... for your information i am also attached the proff of conversion...

This whakkys sells all deficiteve n duplicate products n spoils d name of other brands They don't even respond to any call or mail quickly this is the vast online shopping company Ppl pls do not buy any products from here In the name of kurtoons checks shirts they hav sent me local shirts fr worth rs 1299/-
