Sorry to say but this is a worst online shopping side, and the person who is taking care of customer care she does not know how to talk with the customer. i m also working in hospitality industries i know every thing. and i had call them for return my item but they are not ready to return my amount, and also they disconnect my call. so i suggest you all before purchasing anything first see weather the company is fake or not. i usually place my order in snapdeal and flipkart, and got good product but this time i did a big mistake to choose, and i m going to suggest my college to cancel their items. I have ordered below pictures trouser, but they delivered me pathetic pants. priya sharma [protected]

I ordered 3 cargo @999 brand name was cotton county but they delivered bad quality material of any local brand and given size was 34 waist but they delivered me three different sizes like 26, 30 and 36 and which in the fashion 1980s. e fitted clothes so please DO NOT ORDER ON WHAAKY.COM. Hi.. i have been complaining since last few months. I have purchased 2 powerbanks from the whaaky online shopping site.But they delivered only 1 powerbank. And the delivered item was defective. So i returned the defective item on 11/06/15 through TrackOn Couriers. They replied me that they have received the item. And they gave a Transaction Ref id / Cheque No: [protected] Refunded on :[protected] But i haven't received the refunded amount yet. The amount of the item is 1998 rupees. The details of the purchase is given below. Order No: S80840432 Product: MI 20800 Power Bank_Revised-OM SAI. Please make an action for this. This is my 4th compliant. This is KALYAN RAM GOUD, Advocate, contact no: [protected] email: [protected]@gmail.com I have purchased a product from whaaky.com on 20th August 2015, i.e., Sony Cycle Energy 10000mAh Portable Charger, through S80891745 Costing Rs 1249/- and Shipping Charges of Rs. 150/- and it had been delivered on 22nd August 2015, through Courier Name : ARAMEX, Courier Consignment No : [protected], Date of shipping :[protected]:30:42.0 but after opening of the Sealed Cover which was received from the whaaky.com I have found out that in which I have received a Fake Sony Cycle Energy 10000 mAh Portable Charger. Now today I have forwarded a Mail to the [protected]@whaaky.com i.e., 23rd August 2105 inspirit of that they have been not yet replied through any mail... except approaching this Consumer Complaints and making them to drag to court of law to get me Justice...

I purchased 5 Cotton County Trousers at Rs 999/- on 28 JUNE, 2015 and made ONLINE PAYMENT towards it. Today is 22 AUGUST, 2015 and my product has yet not been delivered to me. Moreover, their customer support number is a total fake..!! They never pick it up...!!! I have tried calling many-a-times but they are not even bothered to call back or pick up the customer's call. RIDICULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE..!!! Furthermore, I have dropped them a couple of e-mails regarding this non-delivery of my product but they still do not bother to return my e-mails. They are not bothered about resolving the customer's problems...!!! This is a TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY which needs SERIOUS LEGAL ATTENTION guys...
I suppose their Hyderabad office (which I don't know whether it really exists or is a scam?) needs a legal notice or something.

As per my order number S[protected] Aug) I received 4 pants with the COD payment mode. As the size was not matching I was advised to return the product and the company promised replacement after returning the product. Damaged product was sent by SPEED POST which was received by the company on 12th Aug. Since then several phone calls were made and number of email messages sent. None of these was responded. Customer care number never got connected. I hope to receive the replacement as soon as possible, or refund of the payment made. Thanks for your help.I got an email from whaaky.com but simply they forward the msg like
Dear Sir/Mam, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Due to over whelming response of the product we are dispatching consignments on a daily basis. As per the company?s business model, Whaaky works on picking stock lots from the brands it has associated itself with. Since there are 2 products associated with every deal, procuring products from different locations might consume some time and at times, become tedious to handle. We are still ensuring to give topmost priority to your order. We have also considered it under the category o[censored]rgent dispatch. Kindly bear with us till then. Once we receive the product, we will ensure to ship your order on a first cum first serve basis. You will receive a message with the consignment number and the courier name and you may track your consignment in the concerned courier website.
I don't want their explanations .I want my money back.Please help me to get my money back.my friend also placed an order again they had sent an email same like this for my friend also, but they didn't take any action.I don't want their product and I want my money back.Now its around 50 days since I had placed the order.Its my money they have to answer this. Please do the needful. I want my money back.

I am Karthick.N from vellore. I have ordered 2 sets of linen shirts (each set will have 3 shirts) through online payment on 11-May-2015. So far the product have not delivered . I contacted their customer care executive frequently regarding the delay of shipment but their response is very poor and they simply eye washed by telling some excuses. Total amount cost 1998 rupees for two sets of shirts. My expectation is either i should get my money back or to get the product.

This is regarding my Order No: S80792891.initially defective No.of shoes then again I had to courier back and place order for replacement.Confirmed mail was sent me for receive the product & dispatch correct no.of shoe with in 4 working days.Till today here 2 months goes but no.product dispatch by company.As I have complaint before than company sent me this message on[protected] " Dear Customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. Your product has been already dispatched by ECOM courier. We are in contact with logistic team regarding swift delivery of your product. We will ensure that the product will be delivered soon. Our phone lines might be busy as we are attending to other customers in-case your running short on time we request you to drop an email at [protected]@whaaky.com, we are sure to respond within 24hrs. " Many of the times i have call to customer No.given by company but no one have pick up.That's why i have decide to go in consumer court against the company becouse they make consumer fool about there deals.

I order 2 mi power bank from whaaky and they deliver me fake and duplicate power bank then when i complain them they said for replacement you have to courier that fake item to us. And now they are not replying to me even though they receive my courier and they make confirmation about it. It has been around 2 months from my order. So please take some action against them. I mailed many times to them but they are not even replying to me. The cost of product is around 1500 including courier charges. I belongs to a middle class family and it matters to me a lot. They also made such type of fraud with one of my friend also. I request to you to take some serious and legal action against that whaaky.com which is a fraud company. Hi My Name Is Ravi kumar M Waiting for my product delivery From last 3-4 Months still not receive i have pay full payment of the product. I have send them mails also but don't get any response from their side. They are totally fraud company, kindly note their plan of work, first they call customers, give their proposals after negotiation they accept everything whatever you decided, and ask for advance payment... after you make payment they don't even reply you, answer your calls, don't give any services and nothing you get from their side...you lost your money...

Had ordered 10 T-shirts for Rs 1199/- which I paid online. Order Placed on :[protected]:05:43 Order No. Shipment Amount S[protected] Ships in 7-10 business days Rs. 1199.0 I got order confirmation but after 2 months an email was received saying that my location is unservicable. they understand this after 2 months.
