It will take 300/- INR for that courier. It means I have already spent 1149+300=1449/- INR. Now there is a parcel in my post office & they are asking for 1149/- INR again. I am not giving you a single penny again. I am not taking that parcel. It will go back. Resolve the problem as soon as possible.

    My complaint about Whaaky.com they show me Sony Power Bank on site but send me MI power bank ordered by me on 20 July 2015 And also these power banks are very poor quality. Its not charge my phone more than half an hour.. Very bad product. Order number for the same is S80875444. I also attached Images of email and Powerbanks which they show on website and send me. I also sent email to [protected]@whaaky.com, regarding this issue, on 27 July 2015 but no response from whaaky support, I also tried calling but no response. I want to return it.     I recived this product again and find this product is worse than which you send me last time, these power banks are very poor quality. Its not charge my phone more than 5 mints.. Again Very bad product. I want to return my money on my account. Please send my money back. I will send it to you.

      Hi, I had placed an order on the website on 30th June'15 with an order trace number as (S[protected]. Before placing the order it shows the delivery period within 7-10 business days & by according to your policy-- If your order is not shipped till the 10th working day, you will be compensated by a free gift when your consignment gets dispatched. . To let you know, it's a prepaid order. I tried to track my order on the website but that shows, the order is "Preparing to be shipped". As per me, today is the 22nd working day.           I have a complaint regarding whaaky.com. I have complained before also but still no action taken neither my money has been refunded nor my order is placed. My order no. Is s80863599, i have ordered 3 cotton county trousers from whaaky.com on 25th of june payment is also done by credit card of rs. 999 / - but still i have not received my order yet please do some action. I'm complaining here 2nd time. Please do some action regarding my complaint.

            Dear Whaaky.com, Its of no use to run your portal request you to kindly shutdown and start offline store. I have ordered (S[protected] jeans & 1 Jacket you people have sent 1 Jeans & 1 Jacket that to of very low & cheap category. Really not expected that you people will be running this kind of fraud company. After registering the complaint, second time if i call you just dont pick up. You people will be escaping very easily from this scam because you are running this business in India. I am going to escalate this issue in Online as well as Offline Media also.                 I had complaint on 6th july 2015 that my amount was not refunded by whaaky.com since april its now july n and after complaining you they just sent mail me regarding refund that they will process this in 7 business days but again its 20 days and i have not recieved my amunt. Please do something i have purchased the jeans of 899. 00 rs. And then again i did 250. 00 rs. For courier.

                I didn't received any call from the company or any message. just simply amount has been debited to my account. I thinks it's because of warning from your website " consumer Complaint" thankyou so much for the help

                  Hi, I have Received after a month and with different shoes and jeans pant, I asked delivery man from trackon to return that to Whaaky he declined and i tried to contact whaaky support center they did not answer my calls even they just send me a SMS regarding dispatch not contacted me . I want to return that product and want my money back . please send some one to take that courier from my address .I do not want that order any more please ask them to cancel my order and take returned back that order .After a one they send me what totally different from the website .I really do not want anything from whaakey please ask them to refund my money i can not use totally worst items .                   Hi, I have received last update from consumer forum that whaaky send a message regarding my complain in which they asked me to send the snap shots for received order (S80865209) within 48 hours .I have send snap shots for received order and for which was showing on whaaky website both on the whaaky support email address as they mentioned within the time frame . But they did not respond anything as of now they mentioned they will respond within 24 hours but its being more than 48 hours . I am attaching both snap shots on consumer forum site for your review. Please ask them to refund my money back ASAP . First they send that order after one month and that was totally different i do not want that order any more please ask them to refund my money .

                      Today I received the Courier and only received the Single order of Shirt only and the Leggings order was not received which was placed with the Shirts and Total amount for both is Rs 2198/-which was debited from my account After complaint i received the mail given below From: Support Whaaky [mailto:[protected]@whaaky.com] Sent: Monday, February 02, 2015 4:51 PM To: [protected]@gmail.com Subject: Information About Deals Dear customer, We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. As per the complaint raised by you, this is to inform that we will ship the missed product in the combo to you. Once shipped, you will receive a different consignment number and courier name.                             I have ordered 3 cotton cargos but the cargos are not according to the picture there are some stickers in them and the size of them is ridiculous. So I am asking for a refund. I have sent a mail on the given mail id but there is no reply till now. So I want to ask that if I am getting my money back or not??? If yes please tell me the procedure as soon as possible. So that I can look further.

                              Sorry to say again still there is no Response from you all for all the earlier mail given by us regarding my jeans county cotton jeans 5 order no s80869726 still not dispatched please cancel the order and return the amount immediately without fail because i need to pay to the bank or dispatched the order immediately by tomorrow or give to address from where we can pick the parcel give the number to speak or address otherwise i will raise a complain in the consumer form

                                My order no. is S80842278 booked on 29.05.2015 with a promise of delivery in 7-10 business days. When it was not delivered in a month time then I confirmed the cancellation.

                                The consignment was delivered on 23.07.2015 i.e after 2 months. It was ordered for a occasion which passed out in between before delivery.

                                The Shirts which were ordered are of wrong size and of no use.The number mentioned is of no use and the mails sent are not reverted.

I complain against whaaky ago to u with same order and whaaky reply with msg to me mail on them on id support @whaaky.com. I done same but niether reply my mail nor recieved call done by me. Please help me to refund my payment and cancel the order from whaaky.com I called them many time but they not answered me. I deducted my call balance 100 to 150. I think its cheater
