Dear Sir/Madam This is to inform you that I ordered 4 Cotton County Cargo Shirts "size 40" on Whaaky.com for that I paid Rs.1249 (Cash on Delivery). When I opened the box of shirts there were many problems with that: 1. It was not that shirt which i ordered. 2. The quality was so bad. 3. It was not of Cotton County Cargo Shirts. 4. The SIZE was not of 40. When I tried to call customer care it was not available, then Finally I emailed them regarding the issues on[protected].I got reply to send the snap shots of deliver shirts. Then again I sent them the snap shot of ordered shirts & deliver shirts. After that I again got reply from whaaky.com mentioning (please mention size of shirts for replacement) and I reverted them to send me the same shirts of size 40 which i ordered. But now I AM NOT GETTING ANY REPLY FORM WHAAKY.COM. even their customer are are not responding. I am attaching the file which i ordered and received So I request you to please help me in this regard as soon as possible Thanks & Regards, Manish MB-[protected], [protected]

    Ordered wrangler shoes on 3/8/15 and my ordered used to be delivered within 7 -10 days but it is over 2 weeks but no response from the company and also the status of my order is still in preparing to ship and this status is the same from 1 week, tried calling customer service but no not reachable. i made payment with my credit card and no idea whether will i get my money back or not

          Again i received faulty power bank and send it back again ... its is my humble request to you kindly keep the power bank with Whaaky and refund my amount to my account. because i m not that much capable to send it back again and again... also pls refund 500 rs as the courier charges we paid to it for 2 times refund...

            My order no. S80878834 placed along with payment on 29.7.15 for mobile phone was to be delivered by 8th aug 2015. Status as on date is "preparing to ship". Not receiving any reply from mail of whaaky. I have now cancelled my order and have asked for refund of money but not response i am recieving.

              Hi, Product: Wangler Shoes & Stretchable Jean-OM SAI\ I have several email to whaaky after sent the product back to whaaky's address and that was delivered to whaaky's address on 10th of July as per refund self shipment policy.I did every thing whatever they said to do event in self shipment i was charged 200 rs more to just send that product back to them . my refund was approved by whaaky and they said ''We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. We would like to inform you that your complaint qualifies for a refund. As per our refund policy, kindly send the defective product to the below address. Once we receive the defective product from you, we will go ahead to initiate a refund.'' Please ask them to refund my money back they are not even replying my emails. Thanks, satyendra Singh

                    I had placed a Order No.S80871397 Placed on :[protected]:14:34 through Debit card. At the time of order my pincode-758034 was showing servicesable. But after ordering, on 14.07.2015 i got mail that the order is not servicesable to above pincode. Again calling & Mailing repeatedly i got no response.On 05.08.2015 i talked to their Executive miss.Aswini & assured of refund within 5-7days. Btu its more than a week but got NO REFUND. Please cancel the order & refund my money.

S[protected] mi power bank) I have ordered 2 mi power bank from whaaky.com, i received two but one was defective.I wrote to whaaky for this and received good response and they said send it to address(Way2online Retail Private Limited, Syed Sajid, No 1-8-319/2, Patigadda Road, Begumpet, Hyderabad – 500016) . After sending i didnot get any reply. They should reply and replace my product. but still i m waiting for reply

                        I have Purchased Twin Power Combo as per Order No :- S80814363 Received the Kid dated 03.05.2015 when open the pack one power bank is fine another is broken i have called lot of time to the consumer no :- [protected] not attending the call and send lot of mails with attachment of the broken power bank no reply from them... I have bought Xiomi Mi Power Bank 20800mah for one another one is free form whaaky.com one looks good and other one was broken they have send the replacement for the broken one as 10400 mah as 2 Power banks in that one also one is good another one is broken i have send the broken to them on 20.06.2015 MI power bank as 10200 mah * 2 Power bank it also damaged i have send the product on 21.06.2015 itself through courier till date i have not received any replacement

                                I had ordered a deal from whaaky.com and paid Rs.999/- on 20 august. Its been 3 weeks but still i havent received the product yet. The product is not even dispatched. I have been mailing also but i get no response from then such a cheap they are. Please help me. They have gulped my money.

Because these people are thugs and frauds and have been continuously cheating the customers. I am in full support with you even if you have to cease this company or go to consumer court to punish this thug.
                                i realy request you consumer forum that please you help me. because these people are so shameless that they not even bothered. even you have witnessed yourself how many people registered complaints against this fraud whaaky.com and even provided you the address of them and everyone are having the same issues that these people just take the orders. thats it. after that neither they deliver profucts and even if they deliver product after months then that too faulty or outdated and after that they not even change it. i request you please you help. i am even ready to go to court against these cheats. because i guess you have enough complaints to and witnesses to make these people punished.
                                Consumer forum if you cant help me in this matter then tell me atleast so that i can go to somewhere else to seek help because it has been long long time and i got no response from you or the company.

                                    I had placed 2 set of DEOs (1 set = 5 different DEOs of 5 different brand). I was expecting my order in 10-12 working days. When I didn't get my product and I sent an email to Whaaky team. I only got one reply that they will soon delivered my deos as the DEOs are out of stock now. That means they just received the order without having the stock with them. I sent 8-10 emails after this but didn't get any response. Today I got one of the order (1 set of 5 deos). All DEOs are duplicate and the bottle is damaged from outside. It's not new. Very frustrated to see these products and could imagine that a website can do such cheat to their customers in this age where everyone thinks to buy everything online.. Please check the attached images of the DEOs I just received. Can you see the damaged marks in the sealed bottles? Are they new? Can anyone use such deos on his body? I have just placed order cancellation request for the next order(another set of 5 deos). They don't have any online option to take cancellation request. I have sent an email to them to cancel another order. Hope they will cancel it and refund my money for the another order. Could you please advise What else can be done from my side so that no more people feel cheat because of such creepy website.

                                    I got a call from Whaaky Customer Care as suggested by ConsumerCOmplaints.in.

                                    The number was [protected].

                                    They asked me to provide my card details so that they can refund my amount. I was so much frustrated from Whaaky so I didn't think much and given the card details, when they asked for the cvv and OTP, i was seriosuly worried but they said that Rs. 599 would be provided to you as you have complaint against whaaly in consumercomplaints.in


                                    I trusted consumercomplaints.in and shared the cvv and OTP as weel. As sson as I shared my details, Rs. 599 deducted from my account and call got disconnected. I immediately transferred my money to another account, but was shocked by this activity.


                                    I reaaly don't know who is the cheater here. but I can say that all this fraud happens when I replied back my mobile number to the message got against my complaint in consumercomplaints.in message box.
                                    the sender was: [protected]@pgssupposts.in

                                    I got this message and how can i know this is not from whaaky. Then another message came from whaaaky. So I replied to both message with my number and I got this fraud call.


                                    Now tell what should I do, I have lost another 599 as I raised a complaint here. PLease suggest what should be done now. How can you guys allow anyone to send any spam message.

                                    I thought that this is a genuine site where I can raise my complaint against whaaky, now tell where to complain????

                                    I WANT MY 599 from WHAAKY for my cancelled order and 599 for this fraud. It is very unfortunate for me. PLease advise what should be done next.

                                    Also let me know why WHAAKY Team not responding to a customer's email and replying here after complaining against them.
                                    1 rating would be much much good for these cheaters. I don't want to give even 1 rating to them.
