I had bought a combo on 25th sep from whaaky.com online shopping The order number is S80602226. & ecom num is[protected].we have received on 27-09-14.that is the good service point to you. but when I have opened a box. Than I have very upset. i was seen to internet pics. there was reflecting one plain shirt &two strip. I like it. when I have received three stripe shirts on the same shirts only color was deferent. i have shocked. Request you to kindly revert me asap.i am also belong retail industry. past five year. I am writing this to you, expecting that you will understand the situation and sort this out.           Hello, I place the order on 10-Sep-2014 and after waiting for long time I have received my Order yesterday 25-th-Spe-2014 in the evening… I placed the order of 6 Pocket Cargos + Branded Jeans + Formal Trousers …. In which I found that Cargo and Formal Trouses is fine but the Branded Jeans is of very low in Length which I could not use for me. Its not as per order I placed and shown in your web site… So, Kindly request you that Please arrange to change that Jeans as early as possible. Since I am trying to contact in your customer care number but it Sims to be busy every time.             मेरे द्वारा २०/०९/२०१४ को पार्शियल शिपमेंट प्राप्त किया गया जिसमे मुझे रीबॉक का डुप्लीकेट जूता प्राप्त हुआ है। कम्पनी द्वारा कॉल सेंटर पर आर्डर करते समय बताया गया था की ओरिजिनल रीबॉक का जूता भेजा जायेगा। लेकिन उक्त जूता डुप्लीकेट रीबॉक का जूता है।

              S80592620. The order was not yet placed because of some non serviceable area problems and I'm yet to receive my refundable amount as I placed the order almost a month before. I mailed service support for 5 times and i didn't receive even 1reply and all customer care contacts which were there in websites were unable to take my call. This is happening from the last one month almost

                Hi Respected, I had bought shirt from Whaaky, but the size what I order was very small when I try it and I usually bought shirt in same size in shops. I had requested for replacement with Whaaky on their customer care mail id, but I haven't got any response and while checking on website I found their customer care number[protected] no one is picking the call. The shirts I received was 4 nos on which 1 no was faded. Kindly help me to exchange and get new shirts. Thanks Preejith [protected]

                I really worried, after registering a complaint in consumer forum also no one from Whaaky contacted me.

                Not only faded size also differs which i forget to write on my previous complaint.

                I had send back the product to the address given but no response.

                I had lost Rs.777/- Is there any one to help e out.

                  Dear Sir, I am recd resend parcel of Mobile against order No.S80571169, But when i am open this courier I am foud there have only mobile phone, There have no accessory Like Handsfree, Mobile Charger, Purchase Bill, when i seeing Box the Box is also not in good condition means no IEMI No. or other instreuction i am found on box, seal of box is also broken means whaaky. com doing fraud by take out the parts & accessory from them.                       Hi, I have ordered a set of formal trousers on 21st August 2014. The order ID is S80555843. After waiting for 15 days, I was told that my location was a non-serviceable area and hence cannot deliver the product. I have already ordered twice on earlier occasions and received the consignments at my home address but this was a surprise to me. I was told that the amount of 799 would be refunded in 5 business days, but till date I have not received any refund or any responses to my mail. I have been reaching the customer care number for the last two days and could get only a recorded voice all time (also a wastage of money on the phone bill). Not sure when I will get my refund. Even if there are some alternates as well in place of refund, am ready to accept but no responses to my mail would not work out.

                            Myself Arka Das, had purchased a product (Branded Shoe, t-Shirt, Sunglass, Watch Combo) from Whaaky.Com via Debit card. But when I received the combo product, I was totally shocked to see the products. In between Shoes are totally disgusting because of its colour, back dated style etc. Besides the main problem is they sent me unpair shoes. Both are for my left leg. On the other hand, they sent a totally white shirt, which have lots of spots, stains and very dirty. My main problem is what can I do with these shoes. So I severally tell them about my problem with photo identity proof to their complain register email [protected]@whaaky.com for exchange. But they never reply me. I tried to contact to their customer care no. But anyone cant received the call till now. So please help me how can I exchange or refund my money.                                   i got call from your support person he ask my credit card number, exp. date and CVV number, how can i give him all those information, i'm using my credit card last 10 year nobody asking CVV number, we need to return back my money without CVV information.
