Myself Arka Das, had purchased a product (Branded Shoe, t-Shirt, Sunglass, Watch Combo) from Whaaky.Com via Debit card. But when I received the combo product, I was totally shocked to see the products. In between Shoes are totally disgusting because of its colour, back dated style etc. Besides the main problem is they sent me unpair shoes. Both are for my left leg.
On the other hand, they sent a totally white shirt, which have lots of spots, stains and very dirty. My main problem is what can I do with these shoes.
So I severally tell them about my problem with photo identity proof to their complain register email [protected]@whaaky.com for exchange. But they never reply me. I tried to contact to their customer care no. But anyone cant received the call till now.
So please help me how can I exchange or refund my money.
