Dear sir, With reference to order no.S80535249, I have received the product 12 August 2014 with different size i.e. 34, 32 . and I'm not satisfied with your product compared to shown on the online. Therefore I returning the product to you . Kindly intimate the procedure to return the product at the earliest .so that i can get my refund . i called so many times to inform regarding the delivered product and the faults in it. but no one is answering it and the product received is completely different size i need justice in this regard this is one of the worst service hence i request to abolish its license and ban in doing business

I have ordered product "Buy Black & Brown Formal Shoes & Get Bomber Jacket FREE" and made an online payment for the same with Order No.S80491600, Transaction Reference No.[protected] dated 17th July, 2014 Time - 03:14:50 PM. I have purchased a Jeans online on this, for the past 4 years i have done so many online purchases from flipkart, amazon, and home shop 18 but i never experienced a problem like this. the product i have put for purchase and the one i received are completely different in size and quality. In this regard i called to customer care number[protected] so many times but they answered and cut the call in 3 seconds, i tried calling so many times but the same response i got. i want to cancel the product and i want my money back

The product which i have received is not satisfactory in any manner ie. colour. Stuff. Jean's colour which I have seen in pic is not received. Its in different colour. And I am having size problem also. So return this product and inform me your return procedure. Kindly look into this matter and call me on [protected]. I am not satisfied with your after sales service. This is not the right way to treat your customers.

I have ordered XL size X385 (nj polo rain rain coat) via order No S80600220 and got delivery of L size today 28/09/14 at 15:00 hrs . Size L size is not fitted to me and hence of no use to me. Hi, I ordered Fila sports shoes in the month of July 2014, As per my order details they sent faulty shoes in the month of Aug 2014. I sent many times of mail to him, finally they told me dispatch defaulted shoes there Hyderabad address. and clearly mentioned on the mail my shoes size also that 9 number, I have already call there custmer care number they told me you will get it, but still havent received my shoes . Dear Sir My order ref no is S80597319 for two trolly bag. I am receiving the product on 29.09.14. After verification it was found that both bags are damaged from the wheel side. & also two cut marks on the body. Please either replace it or refund my money as early as possible.

I have ordered three jeans at Rs1100 After getting my order i didn't like the jeans as it was not as it looking in the site.. Then I mailed whaaky immidiately and said that I want to return my order and got a reply that i have to send the pics of my product...
