      Hi, I ordered a product (5 printed bed-sheets) from whaaky.com of Order Number: S80366536 and I paid the full amount of Rs 999 through my debit card. The order confirmation was on 10th May and they promise to deliver within 7-10 business days after order confirmation.
      I have not yet received my shipment and in the Order tracking of their site it is still showing "Preparing to Ship". I have mailed quite a few times from this week end as it is already 27th of May and my order has not yet reached me. I am not sure I will at all get my product or not. Please help me in this matter as I dont want my money to get wasted this way..!!

        Dear Consumer Support team, I've been following up their customer support since last 20 days and still no response. They never respond on phone and just keep your call on hold and keep deducting your money and finally it disconnects. Over the mail and facebook, they just reply to bear with them and keep waiting???? They promised to deliver my order within 7 days and it has been 25 days since I placed my order foe a motorola mobile and reebok sandal combo. My order number is S80349492 and it shows Preparing to ship since the last 25 days. Now I feel cheated as they already took online payment and now have done this fraud. This is not about the amount but my hard earned money.Please look into this issue. I am also planning to send them a Judicial notice and to file a petition in court against them.           Dear Sir, I Premanth.K placed an order in whaaky.com on 1st May’2014 the ORDER NO. being S80347572. I made the payment for the same through my debit card. After making the payment I received the conformation mail from the Whaaky support team stating that the product will be delivered in 7 days. I had waited patiently for 7 days, but I didn’t receive the product. Then I called to the concerned support team and escalated the issue, they assured me for the dispatch of my with in a couple of days. But to my dismay the issue has not been taken further. I posted this issue on their facebook page too, again to my surprise I didn't get even a reply from their side and also their customer care executive won't be available on the phone how many ever times you call him. So at last I decided to CANCLE the order and asked them to refund the money. But this action of mine also went in vain as I didn't get any response from them. Its almost a MONTH since I have placed the order and I neither received the order nor I received my money back. My biggest concern is why do companies make promises with out an intention to stand by it? Such type of companies are wasting the customers precious time.             I am not that kind of person who will complain on pitty issues as i understand that these people have the cheapest price to offer in the market so obviously we expect some minor problems. BUT what these people delivered was hilarious it was no where close to what they had shown on the website. when i opened the package i started laughing...it was the worst used pair of shoes and track suit...!!! i contacted the so called customer care service of theirs but to no vail...they dont pick up the phone at all...!!! lost my money!! please be aware.

Below is the order details: Your Order ID : S80347328 Order Placed on :[protected]:48:31 Payment Mode : Credit Card Total shopping: 3, 596.0 Today is 26 May 2014 and I have received 5 Formal Trousers, 5 Koutons Mens Denim Jeans and Pack of 6 Colourful Printed T-Shirts. The received products quality is very very bad and we can't wear the trousers its very cheap and poor quality. Looks like raincoat pant. Inspite of sending lots of email regarding pending order and poor quality. The company just sends a auto forwarded email saying they will get back to me, but still no response. Whakky promised "5 Koutons Mens Denim Jeans" but I received a non standard jeans that too 3 jeans and 2 jeans of same color (total 2 out of 5 colors). Returned the trousers and no response yet. Lotto Watch; Lotto Sunglasses; Get Branded Sports Shoe FREE is yet to be receive and the team already sends email saying product delivered. Can anyone help me complaining against these company and get back my money??? I want some legal action to be taken so that it will be lesson against all such fraud companies. Also try to get me a compensation for such worst services.

              No steps taken from company so far. I am trying to get in touch with them for the refund and to send the pending order (Casual shoe, watch and sunglass) through [email protected]. No response from them so far. Please try to resolve this and get the money back please.

                  It is a Worst Shopping Site . Please do not buy from this site. I ordered 5 Printed Bedsheets from this site on 7th May 2014 And they haven't still even made the Shipment Ready yet in 21 days You can yourself check this in attached screenshot They wont ship it. I have read a lot of other reviews also stating the same. Do not buy. You will lose your money and time following up with their customer support. Regards, Vishal Shinde

                        I had received my product no. S80287465 of 5 couton denim jeans after 52 days. and the product is totally in bad condition. some of is damage and some of is second hand. I am really disappointed with whaaky.com. I want replace my product or refund my money. Customer support also not responding satisfactory answer. help line always keep busy. and mail is always send same reply. If whaaky will not refund my money then il sue them in court. this is really not trustworthy site. [protected].

                        I sent snapshot of my faulty damage product to whaaky. but they sent me unsatisfactory answer. i want refund my money because whaaky.com have cheap quality product. and I don't like it. so I want my money back. but whaaky replied me that i have to send their courier in 4 day. They send me my product after 52 days and now they want return it in 4 days. and even nobody is their man come to pick the courier. they want that I suppose to courier. but why should I pay for their mistake. whaaky.com have to send someone to bring back their courier and whaaky have to refund my money. not replaced product.
                        one thing is good that their reply from mail is now responding good.
                        again whaaky is not responding. I tried to delivered there return faulty product. but courier company told me that it will charged 350 rs. which is I cant afford. and mail all this thing to whaaky and requested to send some man to bring their product back. but whaaky doesn't reply me yet. why should I bear for whaaky's fault. they suppose to send pick up man. I really fade up of this. I want my money back. or please help me somebody how to tackle for this?

                          The order number is S80761151. Received delivery after 32 days of order. And when I received it was totally a different product that I ordered. I ordered MI power bank and I received Belkin's power bank.

I make online payment ...(That was my mistake) It was confirmed on 7th May and told that I will receive my package with in 8-10 working days. I got no response from them.When I wrote to support they told my My order will be delivered soon.. Today is 24th and still no response.It is best to shop from any site ...except whaaky.com

                              I have placed the order for MI power banks dated 28/02/15 and payment is also successful, now it is almost 30 days still product is not dispatched, nobody bother to pick the phone, even mail also no reply from customer care team, hence cancel the order and refund my money within 3 days of time period, or else ready to face seviour action

                                5 casual shirts Order no. S80367857 reference No. S[protected] is not yet delivered, order was given on 12th May, 2014, inspite of several mail and call the order is still pending were as as reference no. S[protected] for same order no. which i received for 5 formal trouser of size 36 were not at all of size no. 36. infact all trousers varied there size 36.

                                  I have given the order on 14 -4-14 about the combo pack of 5 formal trousers and my order no is S80314146 and still i have not received my order in fact they have cancel this order no without my permission and when i have given the complain i they said they are new order no :S80363474 on 9-5-14 and till date i have not received the order so i want to help regarding the problem and its not like that i havent call to whaaky.com but there cust care executive are very good person that they are telling do u want the order or not and neither they are not responding not taking the complaint so this site is totally fraud sdo help me and aslo help other customers who are facing the problem in whaaky.com
