This is in regard of Order ID : S80362404, Ii have received my product and very surprised, the item is totally different from my order placed to you, I can't accept due to the following reasons:- 1) My order is below 5 casual shirts as shown in your site, but I have received tollally different style and colors, pattern. 2) Quality is very low, inferior & second quality 3) Two shirt is same color & pattern I am very disappointed; even one shirt is not match with above picture & my order.You are requested to kindly change my product and deliver as per my order placed on your official site. If you are not delivered any product as per image shown in your site, kindly remove from your site. In Simple words, it’s called Fraud and Cheating with online Customers, Kindly look into the matter positively. Please stop playing game with the customers, its our hard earned money.

Dear Sir, I purchased 3 pcs. of shirts for 2 times and payment done through net banking but by errorsly transaction had not done and amt. debited to the bank acct. So, pls. solve this matter and credited the amt. in my bank a/c. Thanking you.

I have given order and now i repent on it. they will never send you the item, they are fraud people and they will give you a tracking number which you will never get it as genuine. these tricks are old whakky, try some new ones. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDER WITH THEM, THEY ARE THE INTERNET QUACKS.

I have places the order with below details a month back. our delivery schedule seems to be worst in the industry. I have even request for the status to your company but nobody replies to emails. Nobody picks up the phone. This is my worst online shopping experience. Let me now whether you are going to ship or not. my order no is s80337706 to whaaky.com . i placed order 5 printed bed sheets rs 999/- in last month . till now i have not recieved any product. so please solve the problem, my request is pl. return the amount if the product not being delivered.

I had ordered 2 nos. Pepe shirts vide order no.S80327563 on 20/04/2014 but till date I have not received the delivery. Nobody is responding the customer care no. Earlier they responded to my mails by apologising for the delay but now they have stopped responding to my mails also. Also when I check the order status on their website, the status is Preparing to Ship. How long they need to ship.
Now it's almost a month but the delivery is still awaited. Totally pathetic service and if this kind of service is being provided to customer then somebody should take action and get the site closed down.

I hope consumercomplaints will help me and resolve my issue.

i have ordered 5 nos 36' size pants at the offer rate of Rs.999.00 on 17.04.2014 and my order no is S80320595. the product has been delivered thro' JAVAAS Vide dccket no.HYDWOL6002917 TODAY 25.04.2014. the pants received are the wrong size one and it is not suit for me ( very tight and unable to wear), even though the size of pant has been mentioned as 36' on it, i am very disappointed.As per whaaky email request i have attached the Snapshot of the product received and sent by email on 26.04.14. Further.As per your direction vide email dt.29.04.14, the product received vide order no is S80320595 has been resent thro' professional courier to whaaky hydrabad address and the docket no. is MAA52028882. the same has been delivered at whaaky's site on 02.05.2014. whaaky have assured that the replacement product will be dispatched within 4 business days for replacement on receipt of the product. so far i have not received the replacement product. Hence, I request the same may be arranged to send at the earliest..

I placed order #S80255135 on[protected]. I given the request for cancellation on 12/04/2014 as I did not receive the product. I am still waiting for refund. No communication from Whaaky.com about refund. They are not picking phone and even they are not replying to e-mail. Very bad experience.

Dear sir,

My long pending issues with regard to the following orders have remained unresolved inspite of my repeated reminders and your consistent promises to resolve the issues:

(1) i have not received the delivery of the product ordered vide order no. No. S80303070 i.E. 3 koutons blazers though one month has passed from the date of order, inspite of your policy to deliver within 7-10 days and thereafter constant promises to deliver within 2-3 days time.

(2) i have not received the refund for the product ordered vide order no. S80308324 and requested for return immediately on the next date of receipt of delivery, being the product of very low quality.

Your customer care phone[protected] always busy and requests for leaving the message with a promise for return call, never calls back. Your replies to the emails are very vague and ambiguous.

It appears that in the pretext of selling good quality products with cheaper prices and showing pictures of high-quality goods, you have knowingly and willfully indulged in the e-commerce business of cheating and it comes under the purview of cyber crime.

If i will not receive the amicable solution of my issues by monday evening, i shall be constrained to file online criminal complaint against (1) way2online retail private limited and your directors (2) vanapala venkam raju and (3) vanapala sasendra kumar under the provisions of cyber crime law entirely at your cost and risk with following forums including taking other legal measures:
