I am order placed combo pack of Samsung Power Bank 20800 + Samsung Bluetooth lengthy model. But, I received Order ID No.S[protected] . Both of items are changed. firstly 25000 PB Samsung + Samsung bluetooth short model. Samsung power bank is duplicate. I see the PB 02 battery only another 03 batteries or dummy.

              Order no HANS[protected]. Received the mobile on 23/5/2017 but it is not working. The handset keeps shutting even after a full 24 hours of the battery being charged. Also the battery shows full charge and the after 15 minutes shows low charge.
              Handset not used even for 10 minutes.

                                      Dear sir i brought samsung guru music2 yesterday by bluedart when l open the pack the receipt or gurantee slip is not given . This is not original product of samsung.The battery of mobile is very poor.From yesterday the mobile is working only half an hour after and before charging so i request you to take this product and give me refund of Rs.1349 So return take this item as soon as possible then i complaint about you to consumer forum

                                        Today evening i got a ordered mobile, but this mobile was used mobile.

                                        Mobile not a switch on.
