I ordered 3 shirts from whaaky and i got my order. When i checked my shirts then i saw that only one shirt is there which is same and the other two were different and of bad quality also. I tried to call them and email them but i didn't get any response from them. My order i'd is s[protected]. Please exchange my shirs asap otherwise i will definitely sue you in consumer court. Your customer service is not working, every time when ever i call them the computer just say that i am forwarding the call to the customer care executive but only songs play for rest of the time... Hi, I ordered for pair of shoes, wallet, Goggles, Belt etc.
I received only Shoes n Wallets. that too different shoes which not relateed to the image shown. Poor Quality Wallet..

I have bought 5 cotton shirts.. The quality is worst as hell.. You showed kotton shirts in advertisement. But they are of some local chor bazar material. What kind of a lame company you are running. I have returned the parcel back to you.. My order number is.. S[protected].. Which has reached to you on 26.4.17.. Get my complaint resolved as soon as possible or i ll sue you. N your company will be in a big trouble for fooling customer
Kindly have some sham and return my entire amount.. Along with the courier charges incurred by me that are 140rs

Updated by Bindu Sathyan the complaint is not yet resolved. I didn't get the refund yet. When I sent them a mail to refund the amount first and once I Receive the refund I will go ahead for returning the product. Then they replied that the refunding process is closed.

After 10days i have received that means 24/04/2017 through sonia via armex #[protected],,, i opened the parcel but it is fake,,, it is looking like pendrive but it is not... Pls kindly solve my problem,, i called whaaky.com contact numbers one is landline and 2 mobile numbers landline number not connecting to agent and mobile numbers are switched off

And also i called delivery boy his number [protected]
He is saying delivery only our work we dont know anything regarding this u contact whaaky.com only
