      I purchased Samsung Power Bank with Bluetooth it'd totally rusted and old pl replace or need the money back 887/- it's battery is completely rusted when opened and the product seems to b very old the blue tooth given has lots of part missing they are not even answering my calls it's an out dated product it's of no use bad quality if they can replace it's Gud of not pl refund the cash now we will not think of buying online from this as I feel it's a fraud no nos are also working on the given parcel.

                I have ordered for 20800mAh Powerbank & Samsung Bluetooth as Dhama Sale offer vide order No.S[protected], dt.27.4.2017 for an amount of Rs.699/- already paid through netbanking. But the said item has not yet been received at this end. While tracking the order, it is understood that the said item was dispatched on 28.4.2017 through GOPIGEON courier service vide consignment No.[protected]. Accordingly the said item should have been delivered to me by 5.5.2017, but inspite of lapse of more than 4 days of the scheduled date the item still not delivered to me. Please inquire into the matter and do the needful.

                      Hi,

                      I have purchased a ultra hd action camera @ 1499 with order number s[protected] on 22/04. However till now the product has not been delivered. They said the order will be dispatched in 7 to 10 days, but the status of the order is till now not updated and they haven't yet sent any details regarding the delivery.
                      I have sent mail to their support team however no progress yet, and last mail i sent yesterday they haven't yet responded.

                                      We ordered Get Nokia 230 @ 1599 on 12-Apr-2017 through online payment on whaaky

                                      We get order confirmation e-mail on 12-Apr-2017 (refer below mail). It states product estimated dispatch date is 4-7 days.

                                      The order is not dispatched yet, we didn't received our product till now. (It's around to be 20 days from the ordered date).

                                      We tried whaaky customer care number but there is no response. While through e-mail, we only get automatic reply from Whaaky team. No proper reply or response from Whaaky team.

                                      Kindly take this as complaint and provide neccesary solution or else take necessary step.

                                        1. Please look into order no.S[protected]. Instead of 20800mAH Samsung Power bank a 25000mAh power bank has been delivered without its charger.
                                        2. Its power in socket is defective as none of Samsung charger is fitting into it.and
                                        3. The product is having knocking noise.
                                        4. Therefore you are requested to replace with correct item as per order or refund the amount at the earliest.
