Maine pawerbank liya tha whaaky.com se but mere pass duplicate bheje gye h jo kaam bhi nhi kar rahe h. Ab company ko call karne pe koi help nhi kar rahe. Is company ne duplicate product bhej kar hame dhoka diya please inks khilaaf kuch action lijiye or hume humare paise wapas dilwaiye.

Hello i am Tarsem Maini.my address Green india retail market, Near Baba Ram lal Gurudawara, Ferozepur city .my postal code 152004.i order a Branded smart phone in whakky.com on 20/06/2017. my order number S[protected] . i recived my order on 22/06/2017, 01:27 pm..but when i open the box and check the smart phone and accessories..i try to on the mobile but mobile is not on and headphone is damage..please return my product and refund my money.

I have ordered for supply of power bank 20800 mah + 9 accessories on[protected] vide order no. S[protected]. Payment made through debit card of sbi thro' payumoney. The transactions confirmed by whaaky & payumoney on same day. It was stated by whaaky that item will be supplied in 8-10 working days. On[protected] i have received an sms that item has been dispatched thro' blu dart awb no.[protected]. But so far i have not received the item. I sent mail to [protected]@whaaky.com 4 times neither received reply nor item from them. Kindly expedite. My email id: [protected]@yahoo.co.in

1. Power bank which is not original samsung company. It’s a dummy product.
2. Out of two power banks, 1 power bank is not getting switch on and the other is getting switch off within minutes.
3. Both power bank are not working. Also there is problem with the led light

In short i totally and strongly dissatisfied with your products. So don’t want it and kindly take it return...

Returned by courier the smart watch that i ad ordered as it was not working.. Also paid courier charges of rs.200 for the same.
Now whaaky says money refunded by chq on 9/6/2017 rs.699 but it is not reflecting paid in my bank and after several mails they still dont reply where they credited the same. Need to know where this amount was paid.
Also a grouse they dont refund full courier money as per their policy but give recharge of rs, 100 only. So balance we have to pay.. Even that has not been recd by me. Please see that you recharge my number details of which have been mailed to you.. Though i paid rs.200 as courier charges. Tell me which company has courier of rs 100 for goods.. Thats only for letter.

My name is ajay kumar from amritsar i order whaaky.com online payment through credit card.
But when i recieved the courier in which only recieved samsung guru. Which is not with reebok shoe.
And he delivet parcel in ludhiana instead of amritsar.
And call so many time in there helpline no but nobody reply even no oprater reply only they transfer the call 1 hour no customer care executive attend after dissconect the phone anf they no reply even mail.
Ultimately fraud company and cheating to public.
