I have ordered a combo pack of three adidas trousers but when i recieved it was of a low quality product now i want to return this back to the company and my money be refunded as early as possible.so i suggest every body not to buy anything from whaaky.com as it is a fraud company . it is showing good quality items and sending bad quality items

      I ordered a smartphone see the low rate when I got got the product I became very disappointed I want to return the product which I received on June 1 2017 yet when I'm trying to contact them they are not responding I want my 1750 rs back the company told it had HD camera ... But there is no camera there is a plastic hole its touch is so bad as . they said it is a branded phone but it was a Chinese phone named bluethech I'm trying to contact them for so long mailing them calling them but they are not responding

            I have ordered a HP 64GB pendrive and a Bluetooth headset through the order id S[protected] on 18th April. I have received a 32GB pendrive which I have returned to them and they have received the same on 2nd May and promised that the correct product will be dispatched soon. But still I have not yet received the product. Also the status of the other product (Bluetooth headset) was not known still.

            I've communicated with them through email / phone around 200 times but till I am not getting any proper response.

            Even I have requested them to cancel the order and refund the money. That request also not processed.

            I'm frustrated with the service of whaaky.com.

              I ordered Sony Earphones Mela @ 499, Order no: S[protected]. It was promised that item will reach me till 12 th feb or 7-10 working days.

              Item didn't reach till now. I was assured that refund was initiated. It's been more than 5 months.

              I have asked them to share the transaction id for refund as well but they said you will get your money in 3-4 working days. But I didn't get the refund till now. I have been continuously mailing them from last 5 months and reply was we initiated fund transfer every time. I didn't get my money back till date.

              I see this is the fraud site. And please help me in this regard.

We have informed the company about it and they informed me to despatch defective pb to their vender. They also promised me to despatch the replacement within 8 working days.                         I had given order on 28th April 2017, and paid via credit card, after that I just received my 2 cut t-shirts and 3 branded jeans not received yet, I followed up with customer care but they are just given excuses, for refund I talked with team leader also then they take 30days for refund, I didn't understand why they are lying to customer while customer paid already.

                        The government needs to take a step against like this fraud company as not responsible for any things.

                            Hi team,
                            I have attached snap shots as listed below:-
                            1. Offer details – offer visible on www.whaaky.com website.
                            2. Order details and confirmation – order confirmation email after placing order.
                            Whaaky.com is selling fake products on their website. I placed an order for a combo of a samsung portable charger of 20800 mah capacity and a samsung bluetooth ear piece. Price of combo is 699/- inr.
                            When the product was delivered to me, i opened and found it fake. Product quality is very bad and is not authentic product of samsung. This can’t even charge mobile battery by 2% before it’s battery gets drain out. I also find it risky and not safe at all while putting this on charge or while handling it in my home. Keeping poor quality product with heavy battery installed in it at my home is dangerous for me and my family.
                            Fake products being sold online is a crime equivalent to stealing the valuable resources of indian citizens.
                            I request indian govt. To take strict action against such online sellers and ensure the dignity of e commerce.

                                The product what i ordered is different than the despatched product. I ordered for nokia multimedia mobile costs rs. 1399 against the ordered no. S[protected]. But what i received on 27/05/17 is duplicate and not working product. I tried to contact the customer service several times, but none of them picked up my calls. Though it is toll free even then charges are going on. Third rate quality product without worrying condition. Kindly refund the amount in my account so that i will return the product back to you. Really this company is cheating the public and fake products. I am going to publish this matter into the news paper so that everyone will aware of this and be alert.

                                  The order number s[protected], was against purchase of 03 shirts (L size) & have made payment of inr 895.69 on 15th may 2017. But received deliveries of small sized shirts, which are of no use. I need the shirts to be changed & supplied 03 new shirts of large size or my money should be refunded in full. I trusted this website, but it seems they just dispatch whatever they get hold off without considering the customer order.
