Despite acknowledging the device as faulty, the company whaaky is not refunding the amount nor replacing the pen drive. It has been more than one and a half month. The site is handled by inexperienced manpower who don't bother to pick up the phone/refer to their own emails on the subject. The bluetooth headphone has no switch buttons to press and there is an uncovered hole in the front. Pl. Refer to the attached photos.
The looks of the headphone supplied do not match with the advertised product....

Company accepted the mistake and is finding excuses to refund the money back.
The company is obliged to supply a fully serviceable quality product as advertised. Failing which it should refund the money promptly.

I have ordered three piece shirt pant piece from whaaky, when recieved the product it was completely differ as described in product info.
Then i register complain to whaaky, first they apologise them selves then suggest me to send back product to their address i have already done that.
