    Despite acknowledging the device as faulty, the company whaaky is not refunding the amount nor replacing the pen drive. It has been more than one and a half month. The site is handled by inexperienced manpower who don't bother to pick up the phone/refer to their own emails on the subject. They are only duping the customer and there are no timelines for delivery despite payments in advance and courier charges for defective device. I am not sure whether this company sells genuine devices and am worried about the replacement. I seek a refund.

      Hi everyone,

      I placed order number s[protected]Nokia 235 selfie mobile for rs 1499) on 11.09.2016, received the item on 26.09.2016 (15 days after placing the order) after writing 3 emails! The item shipped was a duplicate chinese ripoff! I wrote to whaaky.com the first time about this on 27.09.2016, sent photograps of the product multtiple times and after writing 6 emails and my return was then accepted! I wrote to them telling them i did not wish a replacement telling them that nokia never made a model called nokia 235 and what they were selling was a fake!

      I asked them if they would take the product back and send me either a nokia c5-03 or a nokia 225 (Models that were actually manufactured by nokia). They did not understand this and kept asking me to ship the "nokia 325". I wrote 15 emails asking them to confirm if they agreed to giving me a different phone. A girl from their "customer service" called and after hearing me asked me why i brought the mobile if it was fake!! After great effort i finally managed to explain to her that her company was selling a fake item! She then agreed to send me a nokia c5-03 or nokia 225.

      I spent rs 300 to courier the item to them. I wrote 12 emails to them asking them to send me a replacement. They finally sent back the same fake phone to me on 10.11.2016!

      Whaaky.com is fraudulent company selling fake chinese items and has the worst customer service that i have ever interacted with. They have cheated me of rs 1800 and sent me a fake phone. Legal action ought to be taken by the government against them for cheating the public.

      I wish to use this forum to advice customers to never buy from this website. I will be filing a case in the consumer forum against this company and sue them for damages for cheating me and the mental agony they have caused me.

              I received a samsung power bank and a samsung bluetooth head phone against order number: s[protected] value : rs.799/- (Prepaid). The goods were delivered on 9th june, 2017 by whaaky.com. (Order id:s[protected]

              The bluetooth headphone has no switch buttons to press and there is an uncovered hole in the front. Pl. Refer to the attached photos.
              The looks of the headphone supplied do not match with the advertised product.

              This defective piece may kindly be replaced by a good piece at the earliest.

                  Complaint against whaanky.com and its associates for commiting cheating and fraud

                  Sir,

                  I have booked an order of one pair of woodland shoes after seeing your offer on mail/net on 03/06/2017 at 4.39 am.
                  I have paid full payment of rs 1049 by credit card in advance as desire by you, vide order id — s[protected] dt 03.06.2017.

                  Today (I. E. On 10.06.2017) i have received a parcel from you through chaudhary enterprises, h no - 43, type g, village dhaka, new delhi 110009. (Tin no [protected]).

                  On opening the parcel, i find a pair of shoes made by some local company and not of woodland. It having marking of www.Nimeshshes.com. the pair of shoes nowhere having marking or monogram of woodland shoes.

                  When i tried to contact the co called chaudhary enterprise on the tel no mentioned on the bill. The person who received the call state away told this is wrong number i have nothing to do with this concerned.

                  All these facts shows that cheating/fraud has been played by your firm against me.
                  You have intentionally and dishonestly, by maliciously impressing me with the brand woodland, fraudulently misrepresented the things and caused wrongful loss of rs 1049 to me and corresponding gain to yourself.

                  I called upon you to refund my complete advance immediately with the damages for causing unwarranted harassment to me to the tune of rs 11000 within 7 days of receiving notice, failing which i shall registered an fir for cheating/fraud against you apart from civil remedies and also complaint to the concerned authorizes to cancel your registration and trade licence.

                      Very poor replica that too unserviceable supplied by whakky.com
                      Company accepted the mistake and is finding excuses to refund the money back.
                      The company is obliged to supply a fully serviceable quality product as advertised. Failing which it should refund the money promptly.
                      The useless product along with packing is ready for return pickup by company.

                      It is difficult for the consumer to run around and send the product, the issue is that I prepaid for the product as per specifications described in the whacky site. The product sent is a cheap copy. If the product was as per specifications and a fault had occurred within guranttee period I am liable, your product is a totally different item then the advertised one. This is cheating the consumer by false promise.
                      Please have it picked by your own system, why should I be penalised for it.

                            I ordered 5 trousers & 5 shirts @ 699 order no - s[protected] on 29/04/2017. When i opened the courier i was shocked to see the product. Cloths are not even useful for using in kitchen cleaning. I immediately requested for a return and refund, they were not accepting refund or return. I request to all buyers pls dont get cheated by such online fraud sellers. Pls use genuine online sellers like flipkart, amazon n sanpdeal. For your purchases.
