I paid through netbanking against their Dhamaka sale Order No.[protected] dated 29.5.2017 for 20800mAh Power bank 1no. and Bluetooth Ear-piece 1 no.
On 07.6.17 I received a consignment containing Samsung make 25000mAh Power bank 1no. and Bluetooth Ear-piece 1no..
On 09.6.17 I complained about the old, extensively used and rundown condition of the Power bank. It cannot retain and deliver even 5000mAh. No Warranty and Instruction Manuals were given.
On 10.6.17. they asked Photograph of the defective material.
0n 26.6.17 I complied with their asking while expressing regret for the inadvertent delay in responding.
On 30.6.17 they closed this case with the observation that due to “so many days” delay in my sending the image.
On 02.7.17 I expressed anguish at their dodging responsibility on flimsy ground; but they are not responding any more.
This is a cheat company dealing in old and discarded product at discounted price without any after-sale support. Penalise this firm as per law.

I'm ordered Nokia C503 mobile on 30-06-17. That product was dispatched by today(7-7-17). But that phone not started properly. Battery not fitted comfortably so not chargable. Please refund the amount or replace it.

I haveOrdered a package of fabrics in whaaky.com but when i received the package from same above said company with COD Service it was shocked to see that package was damaged and it was a low qualtiy, and blood stained so i decide to return it mailed the said above company and got an answer that my issue qualified for refund and acknowledged to return it and provide bank details to refund the amount. on 30th My package Reached them and got a mail that within 06th of july my refund amount will be credited to my bank A/c which i have providedto them But still now i didnt got any refund This E-commerce company is cheating customers and Providing fraudlent services

I received email confirmation from whaaky about the product had been received by them on 12th june however refund has not been initiated yet.

Whaaky.com is selling fake products on their website. I placed an order for a combo of a samsung portable charger of 20800 mah capacity and a samsung bluetooth ear piece. Price of combo is 699/- inr.
When the product was delivered to me, i opened and found it fake. Product quality is very bad and is not authentic product of samsung. This can’t even charge mobile battery by 2% before it’s battery gets drain out. I also find it risky and not safe at all while putting this on charge or while handling it in my home. Keeping poor quality product with heavy battery installed in it at my home is dangerous for me and my family.
Fake products being sold online is a crime equivalent to stealing the valuable resources of indian citizens.
I request indian govt. To take strict action against such online sellers and ensure the dignity of e commerce.

Order number.S[protected]. on 15.3.17 i ordered a casual shirts Rs.899 and it is defective and returned. They didn't responded for that. After i made continues mail and calls to them. On may 1st They said refund initiated and asked my Bank account details. After i provide my account details they said will refund money on[protected]. But still i didn't receive my money.

I Saqub Ansari from Thane & my order id is S[protected], I had purchase some (2 Power bank + 9 Accessory) product from Whaaky.com out of this 50% products are defective. I called to customer care they said currier this product we will replace the same or refund.
Then I currier the same on 16.06.17 & request for refund the money. after that they reply to my mail "your refund amount will be send within 10 working day's". I continually follow up with whaaky customer care but still I have not received my money back.
Now I have received mail from Whaaky and they said we will refund your money on 17 August, 2017.
Now they are saying that their system issue is there and not ready to talk on customer care number.

I purchased the above products as they are defective I sent them back and claimed refund on may 19 but they told they refund it in 3-4 working days but not yet refunfed till now

I booked a black leather from whaaky.com and have to be very exited for this jacket because whaaky gives this in just around 300 rupees i was think that it was a good deal so i fastly do this order and pay through my debit card 299 rupees and today[protected] i got a message that your order is dispatched but i don't get my order i was paid for this through debit card, refund my money if you didn't i will case against you. And i suggest all of my friends that do not buy anything through whaaky.com they are fraud and last of all refund my money.

I want to cancel my order no. S[protected] that i have placed on[protected] and it is not dispatched till[protected]... (Very slow shipment)...
So, cancel my order as fast as possible.
I hope you understand my problem and solve it quickly!!!... And whaaky is not a good shoping site and not well developed too.
There is no cancel option also

My order date 24/06/2017 an d order n o s[protected]. When i track my order no dispatch till now n o courier name show

I have a mobile ph from u it will damaged ph the display was not shown pls replace it or give me my money back and its offer was a free shoes it was also defected

Placed my order of 2 samsung 12000mah powerbank & bluetooth @ 799 on[protected]:26:49, and paid the required amount by net banking. I got the order confirmation mail with order id no. S[protected]. But even after the lapse of one month, i have not received my item. Hve tried to track the order but it just says processing, with no sign of any dispatch. I have even written to whaaky.com, but all in vain. I now want my money refunded.

This is to inform you that I had purchased two MI Power Bank through whaaky... they supplied the materials of sony sub standard quality (duplicate) and damaged product.Also request to stop this type of irresponsible works and make the customers fool.

I have order for
20800 mah power bank and mini Bluetooth headphone from whaaky.com
On the website it is written that it is refurbished item but it is all faulty and China make.

Problem
1. Mini Bluetooth headphone is not working

2. Power bank is working but it is of China make no brand only Samsung is written on it which is just a painting.

3. Headphone + power bank = 799 Rs this is what the amount on the website with no extra charges, but again the frauds charge me total 993 Rs for faulty and China products. We can find all this product near railway station for 200 Rs.

I am very upset with whaaky.com
