    Hi my name is sujit gautam
    Order no. :- S[protected] And S[protected]
    2 month before i Had ordered 3 denim shirt @799 rs and 5 jeans pants @1499 rs and i had made payment online from net banking.
    After 15 days i received the order, all jeans and shirts are used already and some are defective also. I drop a email to whakky team regarding this problems after 2 days they reply me that we will Definitely initiate your refund but before that send that defective product to the givEn address. I send that Parcel to the given order.
    After that no one is responding the call and email.. Its almost 2months passed i didn't got my refund.. .
    Seriously one of the worst customer Service u r giving whakky team...!!!
    Guyss plss don't shop anything from whakky.. .

          I have ordered 5 jeans but I got the teared jeans not a single jeans was good. I have complained to customer care they told to send the shipment. Total cost was 1549+116 courier charge. Know this people are telling will refund only 1399 rest I have to bare it. I urge you to kindly look into this or I will go to consumer court and will register the complain whaaky.com and I have the bill and the photo and pod will submit to court..

                                Since 3 to 4 days ago while I was searching for online shopping my eyes went combination of five shirts at the price of 999 so I wanted to buy it so I went to submit option and my phone was lagged so the submit option went for other product and the other product was shipped to me at 3 clock in the afternoon so I Kindly refund my order because I by mistakely choosed wrong product and after refunding this I would like to buy another product next time.

                                    I have buy Ladies Nighties for adult on 17/10/2016 and made online payment whose order id is S[protected]. The product come to me after one and half month time. (I called so many times for the same). When i received the order i found it is Kurties for 8 to 10 years old girl. I told them for the same. Waaky asked to to take pic and send them email and return back the product. Waaky received the product on 2nd Dec. 2016 and they send me the conformation email and asked my bank details for refund back my money. I have done according to them. They asked me from that time that they refund back my amount along with courier charges with in 7 to 10 working days. But they won't. when ever i asked for the money they every time say the same thing that they refund back my money with in 7 some time 10 some time 4 working days. Still they won't. On 18th Jan 2017 they asked me that they return back my money on 22nd Feb 2017, on 21st Jan 2017 they again email me that they return back my money on 25th Feb 2017. So Sir pls help me in this regards...
