The Power Bank is not work, I Charged its for 3 Hours but then also its not getting on. And I Called there Customer Care on [protected] Number but no one is answering the call.

        I purchased a touch mobile phone in this site. It will be delivered after 20 days. But it's not even logged on in its first use itself. So I requested for return and I wil send by courier at own cost. They don't even had the getting back facility. They received the product before one month itself. Till now I didn't get the money back. I communicated for atleast 4to 5 times. They said 8 to 10 business days. Then 5 to 6 business days. Then 2 to 3 business days. But nothing happened. Customer care facility also very poor.

        It is not good and not useful .it iseems defective product.it is teared here and there.there is only 5 jeans we ordered from that only 2 jeans were new and others three were defective and not usefulet. So kindly we need to return the product

          I had ordered this 5 set of jeans which wwas the worst product.
          I claimed a refuns for it for which the team asked me to courier the return product to the given address. But it was very unfortunate of me that i bought this pair of jeans from such a website. I had filed for a complain in the consumer court earlier for which some action was taken by the team they ask me to to send an email that is a reminder email to the wacky team saying that i need my money by one week i will contact the consumer court but since then no reply was there from the wacky team and i have not got my money back yet therefore i request the consumer complaint team to please take a strict action and please help me get my money back because money don't grow on trees money is very important for one survival and i had kept my money for some wise use not for such wastage

              I had ordered for two nokia mobiles in the scheme. However both the handsets that came were used. Also the charger or either the battery was defective of one handset as it is not getting charged.
              Some other defects too are there.

                    This is the worst company i have ever seen. show something in their advertising site and deliver something, in fact for their false delivery you have to pay. I have ordered 5 casual shirts with ordered no. S[protected] but what i received is just not expected (the images of their advertisement and the order they delivered in added below.)
                    And again for one of my order of five branded jeans they did the same. the order number is. S[protected] where the size of the pants were 36, but they delivered me sizes with 44, 42 etc. in fact one of the pant was torn. and yes the pants were very much different as per their advertisement. (the images of their advertisement and the order they delivered in added below.)

                    Despite of all their such kindness they don't attend your calls, Put it in block list, Don't answer the emails properly. and yes for their trouble we have to courier their defective pieces to them with our money. first pay to get the delivery and again pay to send them back such delivery. returning of the defective pants cost me Rs. 414 so whose gonna pay it ?
                    Strict actions should be taken against such types of companies.

                                      I ordered a power bank which is worth of 599/- and till now I didn't get that one. And I already paid the total amount since 3 Days I'm waiting for the product and also when I call to customer care no there is no use it will automatically cut off the call... And I really hate ur service and again I don't purchase any item from u... Bloody experience with ur website.
