    I purchased a mobile named"nokia n73" from a website whaaky.Com in the month of october 2016.The amount of the mobile charged rs.1650.We will return that mobile because the defect is mobile charger is given wrong with mobile, battery of mobile is not good.So we will return it.When we made an appliction for returning it.They will said that they don't have service to receive the product that why they said us this is our duty to post that product.We post the product and when we post the product it charges rs.400.Now they will not return my money including post charges. We will made so many application on this" whaaky.Com" website but they will not respond.We will call them also but they said they will give my money back.Now they will not give respond to my application which i will send and calls also.They will not attend my call. I want my full money back.Total amount is rs.2050. Now, i don't know what to do. The Bank will credit the amount by default and it will be reflected in your account within 5-7 working days.

          Receiving a email form the whaaky team on 21.11.2015 i ordered 3 Nokia Mobile set amount Rs. 1599/ and handling charges Rs. 150/ extra which means total 1749/-. After receiving the product i was shocked that it was a duplicate and damaged product and all 3 mobile are not in a condition to use rather those are toy mobiles.
          I strongly complaint against this fraud company, i have already mailed them and will go forward to the further legal steps if i don't get any response from them.
          I also complaining against the courier company M/S. QUEEN EXPRESS SERVICE, Bally, Howrah as they are receiving such products from the fraud companies and not taking any responsibilities of the matter.

                I was ordered Nokia Mobile & MI+ Powerbank but they delivered me duplicate product. I sent there product on 22 October and they had received at 29 October.The customer care number is so busy they never take my call.They replied my mail but they sent me same mail from last 28 days

                  I placed one order for MI powerbank.

                  Offer was 2 Power bank for Rs 699. Including shipping charge it was Rs 849.

                  Order Number - S[protected]

                  Trust me it took 2 hrs for the powerbank to get fully charged (100%).
                  When i connected it with my phone, withn 5 min it came down to 25% and in the next 10 min there was no charge in the power bank.
                  That means within 15 min, the charge drained to 0% from 100%.
                  So ridiculous it is.

                  Please don't buy anything from this site. Its totally fraud. They don't deal with original products. Worst then china made.

                        I cannot do online payment for Whaaky product. Only COD page appears. When emailed, no proper reply. Only stored msg is received every time without complaint docket number. When called to CC phone number, calls not attended. Very poor service from whaaaky.

                                This was the first time I shopped with you but sorry to say that the product received was very much different from the one which I ordered seeing your advertisement in website.
                                So i made courier return to them, and waiting for refund from 2 months

                                i mailed many times but one of them call me and told we will refund such a date again no one refund

                                      For the order s[protected], the product was delivered late and was defective. I returned back the product by 21st sep. I haven't received the refund yet. Each time we mail or contact the support team they say 5-6 days of time. Or they say that account team/manager will contact back, but none contacts us.

                                      Really disappointed with the service. I need to know when will be amount refunded. And i need it asap
