Hello,
i have ordered for koutons cotton trouser 10-15 days back i received polyster trouser when i made complaint regarding same the customer service people told me send we will replace also when i asked for arrange for pickup the customer care people told we dont have pickup facility u send by ur end amount will be credited to ur bank account and u will receive replacement after sending i got same polyster trouser again.i have sent mail no response they are not picking the call tried from friday.
THIS IS FAKE AND CHEATER SITE PAY, CC AVENUE AND ALL PAYMENT GATEWAYS SITE MUST BLOCK ALL MONEYS.
I DIDNT GET THE PRODUCT WHAT I HAD ORDERED AND MORE OVER SHIPPING CHARGES WHICH I PAID ALSO NOT REFUNDED.I WANT MY MONEY.STOP CHEATING AND HARRASING PEOPLES

I ordered a 5 jeans 30 waist size but all jeans are old and all jeans size are different. when i call the customer care he says that courier the product on the the given address and cut the call after that no response of my call from the customer care i have send many e-mail but their is no response please refund my money from the company.

        I got the product but it was of wrong size & poor quality.

          Please send me the refund amount urgently as i have given all my details to you & have received confirmation mail stating that you have received my account deatils on 6th dec 2016.

          So hereby request you to refund me the amount as already its the 8th day & you'll have committed that in 7 working days amount will be refunded to me.

          Please treat the same on very urgent as you all not picking the calls and even not responding to mails what the hell are you open the site to fraud or cheat others.

              I had placed an order with whaaky.com, vide order no s[protected] dated 19.11.2016 for nokia 1110+samsung guru gt e-1200 @ rs. 944/-. I had made the payment through credit card. But i received fault pieces. I returned their product on 28 november’2016 and they received on 29 november’2016 through dtdc courier docket no. H56074472. But till now they have not refund my amount. When am calling to the customer care there is no response. My humble request is to please help me out in this.

                    This is further to my online Order No S[protected] dated 24.10.2016 Supply of 4 Track Suits as advertised by Whaaky.com . However, Whaaky has intentionally supplied 3 shots instead of my Order of 4 Track Suits. I came to know from Whaaky Website Review that they are intentionally doing such fraudulent activities for many Customers.

                    When ask for replacement of the wrong Product they sent, they are asking the Customers to bear the Courier Charges and reimbursing Rs.100 as mobile recharge even when Customers insist them to make cash payment.

                    Kindly arrange to recover my money and other customers who lost their money with Whaaky.com and arrange to make severe penalty for such fraudulent sales techniques and making fool of innocent Customers.

                      On a site whaaky i ordered 2 samsung bluetooth worth rs699 with online payment. When i ordered they call me for review that time i dont know about this fake site i reviewed it with 5 star with a positive comment on it. But later i got product but partial shipment i got only one bluetooth i think it is by mistake let it be when i am using the another bluetooth that was delivered to me is does not working i called to customer executive and register my complaint and he told to me to return the product he send me the address of delhi i couriered that product with my own expenses but now 25 days is over i did not get delivery of my product when i am calling whether he is not pickupping the call when pickupping when i am telling my number simply telling hello hello and cutoffing the phone

Both of these products are faulty as bluetooth headset is not functioning at all and the power bank gets discharged by charging mobile only for an half an hour only.                                 I have ordered Mi battery via online through whaaky.com. but i received fault and used material . i had asked them for refund after returning the material and they confirmed by mail that they going to refund it but till now i have not received. They are cheating so many customer like this. I reqst you to take necessary action

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I had placed an order with Whaaky.com, vide order no S[protected] dated 01.11.2016 for 5 branded jeans @ Rs.1099/-. I had made the said payment through Netbanking. Even after a month Whaaky team has not dispatched the goods nor they are processing the refund. Every time when I communicate with their support team through Email (as landline is not answerable) they give a standard reply that your product has been dispatched through Aramex Logistic and they are co-ordinating with logistic team to deliver the product. But they are not even providing the Tracking ID. After lots of failed efforts, I request you to take action and kindly help me getting my refund back.

                                    I would like to inform you that i placed order dated.27.11.2016 but item was useless i sent mail with image then they did not revert .Many times i tried to contact them but no one picked the phone and no one replied on mail.
                                    On dated.26.12.2016 they sent a mail for refund the jackets.I have sent all damage jacket but still did not received refund.

                                      I get defected product which i had return and I am eligible for refund as they are saying to me. But it is more than a month I did not receive my refund. Everytime I mail them asking about my refund they send same reply saying that they can definitely go ahead to initiate a refund and they are processing my refund. But I did not receive my refund until now.
