Dear Sir,
I had placed an order with Whaaky.com, vide order no S[protected] dated 01.11.2016 for 5 branded jeans @ Rs.1099/-. I had made the said payment through Netbanking. Even after a month Whaaky team has not dispatched the goods nor they are processing the refund. Every time when I communicate with their support team through Email (as landline is not answerable) they give a standard reply that your product has been dispatched through Aramex Logistic and they are co-ordinating with logistic team to deliver the product. But they are not even providing the Tracking ID. After lots of failed efforts, I request you to take action and kindly help me getting my refund back.
