I have received the below given order no Nokia phone 4/11/16 evening at 6pm. I have opened the cover and tested the phone on last sunday it was working.After charging inserted the sim and switched on, from that moment it was not working.Please replace the phone and send me the reply mail from your end for receipt of this mail and also conform me when will i get the new phone.
