Hi I ordered mi plus powerbanks from whaaky.com on 4th august and made the payment using credit card. After that i had to chase them multiple times for dispatching the order and got the delivery after 18 days. Then power banks received were defective too and there is no option on the website to return the product. I have mailed them but they are not replying at all.

Sir, i had ordered for t-shirts for for 399 rs (excluding cash handling charges which sums to a 150. hence a total amount of 549rs). despite repeated reminders to whaaky they are not delivering the product. nor responded to any of my mails. and ph calls. finally, to one of my mails they intimated me your product has been cancelled due to non serviceable area and money will be refunded. during the placement of the order they didnot mention my area is not under their service. i have placed this order on :[protected]:52:57. till now i have not got money refunded back.

Do not buy from this site, i ordered a nokia touch for rs 999.
I received a very old nokia, the display not visible, the back cover is not fits to
The mobile. The government has to blacklist this company whic operates from hyderbad. Its very disappointing as your hard earned money is looted by sites like this. I got the prosct after complaing to my bakd which was very helpful.

Moreover that are not responding on call and mail also.

I have bought online sony headphones(3 pieces)in whaaky website with item name Sony earphones.Order placed on[protected] and I received the same on[protected]. But when I got the item it is totally fake not the original Sony product as mentioned in the website and also two products are broken. I have send the same back to them for replacement on the very next day. But up to now I have not received any replacement. Also they always send mail that they are dispatching. But not yet. I have not received replaced original product. They are again and again sending the same mail that they are delivering. Even they once send dispatch mail just changing the date without changing the courier details(which is same as before)by which they make fraudulent allegations that I received the product. But now last mail they send that they are sending original product. But not received the product upto now. Now they have given fake AWB number and saying that they are in regular contact with courier people for the delivery of the product.I am very much annoyed by this. If you are not going to take action, more and more people are going to be in great trouble and lost their money. Please do something. I have complained core.nic.in. But even they are not doing this. I do have faith in you. Please do something or else lose hope in the system. I have lost 399 Rs for the product. Also I lost 50 rs for dispatching it back to them. Also every day I am sending mails to them creating me physical pain and worry that I lost my money for the fake product.Also more and more people lost their money in this website. No response from whaaky.com and there customer care

I'm being following up wih whaaky.com since last two weeks.

I have placed order for shirts order no: s[protected], which i placed on
Aug 5, 2016, but no one is responding on status.

Tried sending the mails to [protected]@whaaky.com but no response yet

Today i checked delivery status is still = preparing to ship has not change since aug 5

Seems this company is fraud company, can it possible to look into this

Order no s[protected], ordered 2 mi + power bank with capacity 10400 mah. I was trying to contact you to cancel my order before shipping but no response from your side. Since i paid in netbanking there is no option other than receiving the product.
The received product is not worth to buy its fake product not even having 400 mah. I can't even use such a low capacity power bank. Please register this as complaint

I have order the blazers worth rupees 899 plus the cod handling charges but in return what i got is the rags and the used material. Even on complaining they are not ready to pick the material and asking me to dispatch the same at the cost to be incurred by me. And even then it is not sure whether i will get the refund or not as nobody is picking the customer support phone either.

My order no. S[protected] i had placed an order for 2 branded jeans on 6th aug. Received after two weeks.. When i opened the parcel i was bit shocked.. It was old used jeans with dying. I felt like 499 is not at worth for that product.. I strongly condemned whaaky not to make people fools by showing some attractive products for lesser price..

If possible please some one hack their website or send lots of bugs to its server and make it crash..

Maina 2 power bank order kiya tha combo mai mujha ek power bank ok mila or dusra kam nahi kar raha hai please ya to ise replace kara ya amount return karara or jo power bank show ho raha tha wo bhi nahi hai or duplictae company ke hai please meri help kara isa badalna mai or mera paisa wapise dena mai
