I had ordered 2 Power Bank & 2 Samsung Bluetooth headset & paid amount. I received dispatch details of the same with 1 docket number for both products. When I received courier, only Bluetooth headset was mentioned in it & I received the same. Till now I have not received Power Bank & no any update for dispatch of the same.

Out of 2 Bluetooth headset only one is in working condition & 1 is not yet working. If I call the customer care number mentioned in their E-mail they don't receive the call.

Please help me to solve the issue.

        Ref. No. - order no. S80874750. I had received 2nos of mii power bank. But both were faulty. I registered a complain immediately but the company said they have checked and provided good quality product. They are not either replacing the power bank nor they are refunding the amount. My other friends are also facing the same problem. I have also attached the relevant docs such as the conversation of complaints made at the [protected]@whaaky.com email id. At first i did not got the materials on time and after repeated emails i received the faulty products.

          My 2 order was 5 casual shirts order no:s[protected] & no:s[protected] the order placed on :[protected]:40:04 the order confrim by mail ships in 7-10 business days they per order rs.999 amount payed by debitcard order confirmed by more then 25 days more then ago bt cn, t dispatched...
          Even after a month, i have not received any updates and the site is showing in the track order as "preparing to shipment" which is same from day1.

          Regarding this, i have already communicated with company for updates, the replay is not convincing...
          I have complained via mail but not receiving proper response and also no one is receiving call service no's mentioned on site...

              It is since last 60 days...the product has been received at your end on 18th Aug'2016 with an additional postage charges of Rs. 165, still I have not received any refund, though it was well confirmed telepathically that full refund along with postal charges will be credited to my account within 5 days...

              may I know the definition of five days... or provide the refund voucher information, so that I can enquirer at my bank...

              Still I am writing the queries to you, but as on date you received the my product which was a faulty one,
              You with your team even not interested to reply also...Wao...I am feeling lot of thrill to be a your customer..

                    I have ordered 2nos of mi+ 20800mah power bank in whaaky online shopping for rs.849.00/- on[protected]. i found different product other than i ordered,
                    Then i returned the product through courier to whaaky's hyderabad address. the client also confirmed me that they have received the self-shipment that myself shipped to them for refund and asked my bank account details on july 4th 2016. i provided my account details on july 9th 2016.
                    Then the client informed me that they would be processing my refund and my cheque will be deposited in your account in 7 business days on july 12th 2016.
                    After that every week i mailed them for enquiringly the delay on my refund. they replied the same with process going on. then aug 18th 2016 they replied with refund will be processing my online refund and the amount will be and reflected in my account in very soon.
                    But till now i haven't receive my refund from the client.

                    So i kindly request you to take necessary steps to get my refund as soon as possible.

                                My order no is s[protected] i ordered 2 jeans these are old jeans i got nd its damaged too the size i ordered was 32 nd i got one jeans size 28 nd other one was 36 please resolve my case as soon as possible its too frustrating your customer care isn't working bell ringing no one is picking the call what the hell it is

                                      I have ordered mobile and made online payment but not receive. Its seems the portal is very fake and fraud as there is no contact number to contact and only the email which is not responsive and there is no clarity on the status of trace order.
                                      No return policy. No cancel policy. The company is cheating customers and corrupting money. Its a time that india should track these online bazaars as nowadays people depend so much on online. However there are these online fraud and should have strict online security and awareness to the masses.
                                      It seems all good reviews are being done by the company itself.

                                      I hope this complaint site help to solve my cases and other customers cases and i hope the customer complaint site is real and not fraud
