        I have ordered 3 Koutons Denim shirts but I got local, used and smaller sized shirts and that too after one month.. It's a fake site, they are selling cheap products but showing branded clothes on their website. Please shut their fraud business. They have delivered it after one month. They have looted many customers, please take a strong action against them.

                S[protected] here is the order no and not getting the response of my money refund so please process this ASAP. I am still waiting from January Month so please check this and resolve the problem.I am ordering a Omsai Product which has a mobile phone and the phone is duplicate so i am returning the product through the speed post and not getting reply from the company side. when i am mail them that i am going to consumer forum they ask me my account details and when i am give them the account detail again they not response of my mail so please sir it's a request that please sort this as soon as possible.

                        I ordered bluetooths headses pair, sd cards of 64 gb both of Samsung brand, pair of four shorts, two blazer, formal trousers set and shirts, and party shirts.

                        After a good delay, I received first order of extremely poor rubbish quality of shorts of different sizes no way close to picture and I req return
                        I also received bluetooths headsets, two of them, Samsung, both never worked, I took them to Samsung centre, they said it's fake cheap china product. Asked for return and refund no reply.
                        Received two sd card of Samsung 64 gb sd card, both non working.
                        Received pathetic casual shirt in formal combo.
                        The sizes of same order of blazer don't match and colours of both blazer and pants same unlike web pictures of different colors.
                        Extremely unhappy and feel like cheated for six thousand worth of orders.

                                Received the shirts on 8-7-16 for this particular order, but were not to my expectations & very different then the images shown on the site..

                                I requested whaky.com to guide through the procedure for return & refund

                                After several emails they asked me to return the shirts...& i did the same to their address in hyderabad.
                                They acknowledge the receipt of the shirts in their mail of 26th july 2016

                                But even after 35 days of their acknowledgment I have not received the refund amount...in spite of several reminders

                                Phone lines are most of the time busy & have not received email reply to many of my reminders

                                Had made advance payment of rs 1000/- through internet

                                Inspite of several reminders... I have not received the refund nor any responsible answer

                                  I place order for mi power bank. My order no. S[protected] dt.9/8/2016.
                                  After some i get massage my consinment has been despatched on 18/08/2016 through delhivery courier. The consignment no. S[protected] but till date not recd product or any information. So if product is not in stock then pl. Return my payment.

                                      Purchased two power banks on 04-Aug-2016
                                      Order Number: S[protected]
                                      Seller dispatched the items on 18-Aug-2016 through DELHIVERY with courier consignment number S[protected].
                                      Received in items on 22-Aug-2016.
                                      One of the items are used and another is non-functional.
                                      Requested for a replacement to the customer care through email (phone number[protected] is never attended by any customer care executive). Customer care requested for photo of the items. Photos sent to the customer care and they have agreed to replace the items. But they are not going to pay for the courier charges (which is ~ Rs 200, too high compared to the price of the product of Rs 499). Then I have searched for consumer complaints against www.whaaky.com and surprised to see thousands of complaints against them and scared to send the items back to them spending more money on the defective pieces. When I asked them for the courier charges, they are writing me that they will pay Rs 100 through mobile recharge once they receive the defective pieces !!! i am surprised to see the business model of this e-commerce company. I am attaching pictures of mails and defective products.
                                      Now I want my money back and let them take their defective pieces.

                                        One week before i have ordered 3 casual shirts...and day before yesterday i got the order.when i opened it i was shocked to see the product.The shirts which i ordered were not what i prescribed. Now i want to return this product to you. Please help me ... There are no proper details attached to the cover. I think that they have mistaken their order and placed me.
