    Why you are not understanding my concern...

    As the communication is happening since a last one month against the order
    S[protected] &s[protected]
    Kindly provide the best assurance, that you will provide me the refund value of the product and the postage charges (Amount not the any coupon) what so ever it may be??

    As per your communication happening since last month, it shows that you might not be interested to refund the paid amount?

    You might be sent the similar product again and it may not be suitable to me and i will communicate to you for the same... And again will invest the postal charges and your business will like it grown up??

    Why should i compromise with postage charges which is more than rs. 100.. Against which you may provide the mobile coupons... (Are you a mediator of mobile company)

    Am i demanding something unjustified??

        I purchased mobile on whaaky.Com using creditcard for rs.1899 on[protected]:12:39 with order no: s[protected].
        Due to the wrong pin it was not dispatched to my address. Now three months are passed no response
        Then i mailed the whaaky on [protected]@whaaky.Com but no response. Also i call them and there is no one to pick the call.
        I want my 1899 rs to be credited back to my credit card

          I have ordered Power Bank of MI having capacity of 20800mAh x 2Nos. under offer (Order ID : S[protected], but I have received defective it work only 15 to 20 minutes. I have returned the Power Bank and they received on 22nd of July 2016 now its more than 20 days I have yet not received MI Power Bank from Whaaky.

            Ordered the lg tone wireless headset & mi 10400mah power bank [order #s[protected]] for 649+150 (Shipping charges) on the 10th of june 2016.
            After the delivery it was found that the power bank was not working and the product was not as promised but some local items.
            Requested for a return and refund, but the support replied saying that it was not eligible for a refund hence will be replaced.
            We were asked to ship the product the their address.
            The product was shipped back on the 11th of july through dtdc (Consignment #b[protected] after trying to contact the customer care numerous times.
            It is 9th of aug 2016 today, we have not received any information about the replacement of the product.
            The customer support is useless and never respond to the calls.

            This company has still not taken any action against this complaint. On day I submitted this complaint I got a mail from them stating that the product has been shipped and provided a fake tracking ID of some courier delivery service called delhivery couriers. Everytime I checked with the tracking ID provided it said invalid ID.
            And also the products they post on the website are branded (like LG headset and MI power bank) but what we received was some cheap and local stuff. When asked for a refund they said we are not eligible for a refund but they will replace the products.
            It has been more than 2 months still no response from these frauds. Some action needs to be taken against such fraudulent companies cheating consumers like this.
            Their so called customer number is never attended to. They only communicate via mails.

                  Dear customer c are team,

                  I feel you are trying to loot the customers. Actually i have ordered an item on 5th june 2016 vide s[protected] and whet it was received after 3 weeks time, then i found that they have send me a useless item (Which is not working at all - led emergency lights). Then they asked me to send it back to them and i send the item back to them spending rs 175 more as courier charges and even they accepted the receipt of courier. But after that they kept queit even they havent replied to me and finally on 29th of july i got a message from them that the item has been reshipped and given a fake consignment number of delhivery (S[protected], the delhivery people replied to my mail saying that this is a wrong number. Even they closed the complaint in the site saying that the item reshipped and complaint closed. How can they close the comlaint, if the customer hasnt received the item back..
                  This whaaky.Com is not even ready to reply to mails or ready to attend the calls over phone.

Is not given correct by the whaaky.Com/way2online retail. The new consignment no. Is not traceable from the delhivery courier company.

                    In view of the above it is seems that the comapany whaaky.Com /way2online retail is 100% fraud. The amount of online payment of rs. 1599/- was not returned by the company after sending many emails to them. The phone no. Is [protected] given by the co. Is not reachable.

                    The company neither given the refund of rs. 1599/- nor send product as details given above.

                      Then you send me your company envelop, i will send the product in that and you collect your package by paying the cost whatever it may me...

                      And i am very sure you are luring and cheating such innocent customer by such cheating policies... And making a crime...

                      Hence provide the contact details of your owner, let me talk him...

                      I am not interested in this product at all, as the quality is not suitable to me.. And found differ with the description of shown product... Hence, if you accept that you are going to refund an amount of rs.499 (Original cost)+rs.165 (Shipping value).. I. E. Rs.664, then only it is something meaning for me...
                      Otherwise why should i invest further rs.165 for the product shipping as a waste...
                      Request you to revert me with a suitable reply not just a casual one...

                        I have purchased from whaaky.Com combo pack of 3 koutons casual shirts at rs. 499 and shipping charges: rs. 150.00 on dated 01 august, 2016 order no. S[protected]. Due to poor quality of products, i have request to replace the order via e-mail on dated 03 august, 2016. But, i did not get any call from whaaky.Com.                               Please note for my order # s[protected] for mi+ 20800mah power bank @ 399, ordered on 24 jun, 2016, i received a duplicate sony power bak which does not work, it is merely a piece of stone, does not charge or do what is required to do.

                              Please replace with whta i ordred (Mi powerbank - 20800 mah) or refund my money back.

                                Hi dear sir I am purchasing a product 15 May 2016 order received after 15 days all product are defected and unsize . I am contact to customer care so many means 1000 times but not attend any or just email response rarely.                                         I Order samsong Phone on Whaaky.com on lastweek. my oder Number S[protected] Yesterday i got two samsong metro 313 mobile and Paid 1, 350 and i checked the phone. i was shocked. phone is not an good condition and that phone is not working. so please take back my phone and return my money.
