        I had ordered mobile phoone and headphone. Both product were not working so i returned to the company for replacement. They mail me that my product was replaced and dispatached on 30th july and they send me the consighnment number of courier service but when i track my consignment on courier website they show me wrong consignment number. I was try to cantact to Support Whaaky through mail and landline they doesn't responsed me. What will i do now.

                I Mr pramod p kalgutkar reacived 3 jeans and 3tees order noS[protected] on dated 28/5/16 at the price of rs 755 +shipment charges rs 155 =955 rs when i oned it is totally damaged and not even single piece is proper size then immediatly i reaturned to whaaky .com and i reacived conformatation mail that they will send proper one and self shipment charge will paid as mobile recharge out of rs 450 will recharge 100rs after so many follow up after few days send a mail that insteasd of S[protected] with new order no[protected] Through ECOM courrier service when i enquired with ECOM they have not reacived any[protected] from whaaky then i again called them that time they are asking my bank acount no and telling that they will pay rs755 by using abuse language to me and consumer court sir i want my booked order and self shipment money as they promised please look into it it

                        The first consignment no. S[protected] was returned to origin by Delhivery courier on dated 29th June, 2016 without contacting the client on registered mobile no. provided by your company. The said consignment no. was out for delivery on dated 22th June, 2016 but the Delhivery courier co. was neither contacted the client nor the product was delivered till dated 27th, June, 2016. On complaining many times on phone and on e-mail the Whaaky.com company agreed to reshipped the Order Id S[protected] vide new consignment no. S[protected] on dated 30th July, 2016 by Delhivery Courier. But on tracking new reshipped consignment after 24 hours on the site of Delhivery Courier till today the consignment number was shown incorrect by the said courier company. Therefore the Whaaky.com was not provided the correct new reshipped number. It is also confirmed by the Delhivery Courier company and the same was also produced to the M/s Whaaky.com.

                        In view of the above the company M/s. Whaaky.com is responsible for the loss of Rs. 1599/- which was paid by online on dated 19th June, 2016. Therefore, the said company was neither refunding the amount of Rs. 1599/- nor reshipped the product.

                          The order dated s[protected] was placed by me on 1/8/2016 prepaid which is not dispatched till now, even after repeated complaints am getting same reply that it will be dispatched at the earliest.
                          This irritating reply rose my suspicion and therefore placed 1 new order of absolutely same order on 15/8/2016 order no s[protected] and as suspected today got sms saying the new order s[protected] is been dispatched by aramax.
                          You have proved to me that you are purely cheating me by not dispatching my older prepaid order and in return dispatching same product new order which was placed only 2 days back.
                          This is pure malpractice and cheating business.

                          I will lodge a complaint now with consumer court and take necessary action against your malpractice.

                                      I buy lagging in offer, got in 10 days, but quality is so poor.

                                      But within 1 days, I was trying to call customer care, no one answered and sent email, he answered in 4 to 5 days.

                                      This is not good place to shopping any thing. They are selling old and bad quality product.

                                      Guy do not refer and use whaaky.com, other wise you suffer and suffer always.

                                        I have purchased refurbished samsung mobile model no. E1282 from this site But company have sent me a duplicate item instead of refurbished mobile and after complaing about it their reponse is very bad.they have told me u have u sent it back at your own courier charges.if it approved for return they will return my money but how can i believe if they have send me a duplicate items.
