I had place order no. S[protected] through whaaky.com on 9th Aug and Buy 1, Buy 5 Koutons Half Sleeve Shirts @ 699, 2 International Branded Jackets @ 799, 2 MI+ 10400mAh Power Banks @ 449Buy 2 MI+ 20800mAh Power Banks @ 699.i have received 3 products out of four on 18th Aug but the quality of the products was worst as received items are used one and also defected .All the material except 5 Koutons Half Sleeve Shirts @ 699(received on 8th Sep) has been sent back to whaaky through DHL on 29th Aug to refund the amount.whaaky has received the product on 31st august and also confirmed me through mail on 2nd sep that they will be processing the online refund and the amount will be credited and reflected in my account in 5 business day but still I am struggling to getting the refund .

I had sent several mail to [protected]@whaaky.com but not getting any appropriate response. Whaaky.com is a fraud site and only cheating the peoples by wasting their time and money. Kindly help me out.

    Hi,

    Please find my order No. S[protected].

    I had ordered T-shirts which I got in a pathetic condition which was stinking as well.
    Immediately I wrote a mail and got respond that to send it back to them and I did spending 350 Rs on the courier.

    I have written a lot of mail on the refund unfortunately no one has responded from the Whaaky Customer care.

    I request whaaky higher ups interventions to solve this issue.

      Hello sir/mam i am krishna from bikaner-334001 i ordered a combo of mi + power bank which is (10400 mah + 20800 mah) at 649 on 4-9-2016. But today at 9 am i got my parcel in which one power bank which is mi 10400 mah is good but another powerbank which is not 20400 mah mi+ but that is 25000 mah sony's duplicate powr bank which is fully damaged & that's image i attaching with my complaint. I wanna go out for holiday after 7 days. So sir before that please deliver me original product as i ordered that time.

          I ordered a pair of jeans in wakky through Facebook . when I got them it was damaged inside . it was send through book my packet .
          They send a damaged product . I complaint again them ask them to return, they didn't respond satisfactory. First of all they said that they are investigating and they will respond in 2 days . After that I didn't get any response from their side .

              Dear Team,

              As per your website it showed brand like Nike, Reebok, Addidas etc on jackets but when i got the product it was 2 jackets USED on and the same stuff which you can find to any corner of the road I live in Delhi and i can easily find or get much better stuff then what you sent to me from "Chor Bazar" or from weekly Market.I need my money back.If i would not received my money back then for sure in Hyderabad i will put Case against your company and i will also put Fraudulant selling product in ethical manner as per consumer act.

              Showing different images and mentioning Internation Brand and send some wierd chines brand which even your company cannot read it has been deliver at my door step and you took 949 Rupees for that used clothes.

              I want positive reply with refund as your website stated that in 72 hours refund will be initiates.I want reply as sson as possible or else Monday morning definately i will process with legal action against your company by miselling and misleading consumer.

They are not reverting on mails. This site is cheating everyone as i hav seen other complains too. Pls take corrective actions against them. Help us so that no other will be cheated like us.
