        As per your advertisement we placed an order for Samsung Guru - 2 mobiles for Rs. 1549.
        We have received our order no [protected] as on 27/08/2016 but we have received only 1 mobile & 2 chargers out of those 2 charges 1 charger is of different model.
        Delivery person said after opening the package we are not allowed to take back ordered parcel. But for safer side we opened it & found above discrepancy.
        We expect your needful response at the earliest.

              Shirts quality is very low so please return my money as soon as possible. One shirt has been given as a normal shirt rather than denim shirt not at all suited and not up to the mark as well not satisfied with any one one of the three shirts. The colours had also changed which has shown some other in the online but distributed the variated colours indeed.

                  First You send a notice on available address & ask for relief's you want. Don't forget to mention that is they fails to comply then you will be constrained to file consumer complaint. Send notice by speed post. Keep track of Postal receipt. If Opponent failed to comply then you can move to consumer court where opponent has office. In case you have done transaction online then you can file your complaint in your areas district forum if yours demand is below 20 Lacs. If above 20 Lacs you need to file the same complaint before State Commission. For Further guidance please contact me. [protected].

                      Order confirmation of dt 11 aug 2016, id S[protected] of INR1698/- was paid fully in advance. without my concent order was cancelled by whaaky.com and despite of several mail communications no resolution of my querry was made. INR 999/- got reverted back on 20 aug 2016.
                      Neither full refund nor the product is recd and worst communication.Helpline no are of no use and no one picks up the phone.
                      Need full refund with compensation urgently .

                          Sir, i have ordered for set of 3 jeans & 3 shirts, branded shoe & set of 5 koutons half sleeves shirts by whaaky.com on 07-08-16 and paid rs.2297/- by credit card. But till date i am waiting for my products. Material (Set of 3 jeans/shirt) sent to me is old & used which i have returned back via dtdc courier on 23-08-16. Set of 5 koutons shirts is still not delivered. Shoe is not the brand as shown. They are not attending phone. These people are totally cheaters. Plz help to get my money back and compensation of harassment.

                                    I had purchased a bunch of shirt in whaaky.com (i. e online shopping), so the shirt which i had ordered and got delivered from whaaky is totally different. later i returned the product as per their instruction via email conversation, but after i returning the product there is no reply nor replacement/refund from whaaky.com.

                                        I had ordered lg tone head set and mi power bank from this site vide order number s[protected], however, i received defective product. I tried calling the customer support number but no body responded. After several emails, i received a reply to re ship the product within 3 days. I re shipped the product on emergency basis spending my hard earned money. They confirmed that they have received the product and would be reshipping me a replacement. Till date i have not received the replacement and just getting a fake courier number which i confirmed from the courier company and they confirmed its a wrong number.

                                        Please get me my money returned and take action to block this site since its cheating customers.
