      I have bought Jeans for Rs 799 with order no S[protected] on 4th April 2016.Due to very bad condition of the products, I self shipped the product to the Whaaky.But they are not refunding my money.I have called them many times, but no luck.They always say that your money will be refunded with 10 days, but nothing happened.Please take strong action against such frauds.

                        Regarding-s[protected] dear team with lot of hope i bought this product but they send me duplicate one... The problem is that-this mobile phone is fully duplicate.. Non of the nokia codes are working on it, keypads are extremely hard to press, back cover is hard to remove, in the back pannel made in china mentioned which is fully impossible... Charger which i got is not from nokia it is also chinese.. Power bank is broken and not working..

                                I have seen an advertisement of mi power bank on whaaky.Com website dated 25-july-2016 and i have ordered that product same day. They have displayed the product in such a way like buy 1 mi power bank 20800/- mah in rs 699/- + rs 150/- extra for delivery charges and get 1 free (Order no: s[protected]. I have received the product on 31-july-2016 and i have paid the amount of rs 850/- in cash to the delivery boy but when i opened that box i was completely shocked after checking the product. The both power bank which i received from whaaky.Com completely fake and duplicate and that's not original at all. The both power bank in damaged condition and not working at all. When i emailed to whaaky.Com ([protected]@whaaky.Com) and complained about the product next day ireceived their email stating that kindly send me product images and after that there is no reply from them at all as i have send product images also.
                                I request you to kindly take some action and refund my money back from them as soon as possible as they cheat me.
