I have purchased the product on 14.6.16 of rs 1599. The products were damaged, as per company rule they asked me to courier the product back to the company. I have couriered them but til date they have not initiated the refund. I have loge the complain in consumer forum 15 days but no action has been taken.
I want my money back. N please try to stop all this type of compaines to spam customer.

My order no. S[protected], i have ordered for 2jeans and 3 shirts, both does not match the correct size mentioned on it, i want to return the jeans as that does not fit me, its actual size is 30 but printed as 32 size, it was specified as regular fit and its narrow fit, ur quality is worst than sold on foot path, do not cheat the customers giving wrong informations, no body take the call in coustmers care, make arrangement to pick the product bank n refund.

With due respect, at this forum i like to submit my complaint against whaaky (Online shopping site). I had ordered for sony power bank 25000mah for rs. 599 on 8-5-2016 and till date i have not received my order neither i have been refunded my amount which was deducted from my sbi account. I had complained the online shopping site many times but no one has responded me that whether my order will be delivered to me or not. I complain to you that kindly check this online shopping site, which is a fake site and help me to have refund of my amount. Thanks.

Receive defective product and the same day when i receive the power bank i try to call its ringing but no one response and mail them but still not response for 3 days but when i write an email with slang and write for consumer complaint they reply my mail and need photos of goods and then again no reply so please help regarding this or i will made a consumer case against this company

I have ordered 5 tees which was of very bad quality, they told to self shipment and replacement will be done. I have self ship the product by speed post on 12 july'16. From that day they are telling they would do the replacement but till now nothing has happened. If they are unable to do the replacement let them refund the money with self shipment charges of rs. 100/-. I am feed up of following and writing mails. They called and told to post a review saying that whaaky is trusted company. I don't think it is trusted company.

The previous order id s[protected] was returned by the delhivery courier without contacting on registered number [protected]. as mentioned by e-mail on dated 30/07/2016 at 10:36 a. m. by m/s whaaky. com that the new consignment was reshipped vide order id s[protected]. the new reshipped number is not traceable from the courier company i. e. delhivery. the said product name was guru1200 (2 nos.) of rs. 1599/-. which was booked on 4, june apporx. and the same was returned to origin without contacting the consignee named jeetu wherever, the registered number is also provided by the whaaky. com to delhivery courier co.

We did not get the battery in the phone Booked on 25/7/2016 and was delivered on 30/07/2016 the model no of phone was Nokia 222 in luck by chance offer
I am shocked when there is no battery in the phone please provide the battery to us . so we can trust your company . another way out is to take the product back and refind the money on the spot when i got the phone i complaint the courier boy

I ordered lg headset and mi power bank of 10000mah from whaaky. but the mi power bank was not working, so as per company rules i forwarded the pics of defective product and processed the product for replacement as per mail recived by them. now even after 20 days approx i have not recived the replacement of defective product. even after several mails and follow up i only recive reply that they have recived the defective product and they will dispatch the replacement in 4 business days. The complaint is still not resolved.

I have purchased samsung guru gt e-1200 mobile from whaaky and since they have sent a damaged piece also im following with their customer support team none of them was picking up the call very poor response while sending mail in [protected]@whaaky.com also. so i hope i can get refund amount by posting the complaint over here.

Please note we hav ordered for 25000mah but we have received the product. It's nt charging one time fully since my mobile battery is nt more than 2000mah, even thought i have charged power bank more than 10hrs.

Hello whaaky team,

This is ridiculous that your fake customer care number never response.
Even you have stop responding on mail also...

I have order 4 items at one time out of which i have received 2 item and in which one item is defected.
And for rest two item (After so many followups on mail) you have reverted that you have refunded but infact only one amount is refunded and for other item you are not responding or may be you have no idea..

This is enough of my patience now and now i am wrighting your writen complaint to internet crime complaint center (Ic3 as it is kind of crime when you people are harreshing a person with your 3rd class service and also to consumer court.

I think your web side should be blocked so that you cant cheat any more person.

Guys those who are reading this artical pls viral on every social media so that these person should be prisoned for their fraud.
