Sir,
I have ordered the 5 casual shirts of ₹1000 and i got the cheap material quality so i returned the order and there was a success in self shipment so i request you to please return my order as soon as possible. Iam just saying about this complaint since a month ago
And i'm getting angry a lot.. So you please take an action

I ordered a mobile nokia230 by whaaky.com but i got wrong mobile its not a nokia230. Its some other mobile which have sticker of nokia, even its not have nokia tone please return it as soon as possible otherwise i will go with consumer court for delevring wrong product by saying right one which one i ordered

I ordered combo of shirts and jeans but the product i received was not even local quality has no class. I even called them they dont pick phone. They even refused to pay the courier charges which i beared for sending the product back to them because of fault on thier behalf. I want my full amount to be refunded along with courier charges of rs 321.
Kindly do the needful or else i have to go to higher authorties with the complain of all consumers to court and consumer courts where i will ask for compunsation too.

I have not yet received any reply from your side regarding my power bank which were supposed to be replaced. i think you are just making me fool by sending me mails that you have received the self-shipment that i shipped across to you for replacement. on the basis of my complaint, you would be dispatching the replacement to me within 4 business days. you had mailed this to me on 6th july 2016 at 11:26 am. it has been 16 days since than. i want you to send the power banks asap along with the courier charges or refund my payment along with the courier charges.

Mobile not working refundable my money

Today i have received the order no s[protected], unfortunately the product is not as per mentioned (koutons brand), it is a very inferior quality poly-cotton.

The thing is the whaaky.com do not have capability to generate return facility, and the customer care no given on this site is not responding.

I want refund for this product

I placed two orders. I got message that they have been despatched through st courier on 16.07.2016. But till date i have not received them. My order no. S[protected] & s[protected]. When contacted the st courier people, they are not responding properely. Please find out from them the status & let me know about it & when it will be delivered

I have order a combo of power bank from whaacky.com, i did not get what i ordered and more over 1 power bank is actually used, and it is not working when i have checked. I have written a complaint at [protected]@whaacky.com dated fri, jul 22, 2016 at 10:12 am, there is no reply from them as of today. I have tried calling there customer care number : whaaky customer care number :[protected], the did not get connected to the agent, i have tried around 20 times.

I have order a combo of 2 mi 20800 mah power bank, but what i got is sony 25000 mah power bank, this is what i did not order, and moreover only 1 power bank is working, other is not working, i am send you the pictures of the power bank and the your customer care number is also not connecting my calls to a agent. The condition of the paower bank is also not good.

Wrong Colour Product In my order ID -S[protected] to my Address

I received a damaged piece of the above mentioned product, and i self shipped the product for replacement. I got the confirmation mail that you received and you will send the replacement product soon, but i did not receive it yet. And the i lost 950 rupees for the product and 150 rupees for the shipment. Either i must receive a new and good product or refund my money 1100 rupees to my account

As i order the 1 quantity of casual shirt order is placed and i got also but the material is not good and its kids size it do not match with original material which i ordered so dont want this material take this and return my amount this is worst how can u do to this costumer and one more thing if its not getting money means its going to big issues please solve as soon as possible...

I have ordered for two mi+20800 mah power banks and received yesterday as per below details and also note that i had raised a complaint stating that one unit was not getting charged. On the day of receipt other unit was getting charged but it is getting discharged very fast when mobile phone alone is charged.

I have placed an order for full sleeves cotton shirts xl size order no : s[protected]. but once i received the product i was completely shocked i got 5 shirts which can suit only for 10-12 years old boys. i have ordered for xl shirts full shirts.instead i received shirts which can fit only for kids.
This is completely poor service from whakky. they showed complete ignorance while packing the shirts as per the order.
Please kindly replace my shirts to xl size.

I have ordered charging lantern and 7w 5 led lights but received hand cracking and that too in damage state and i have returned the item to company and it's 1 month now from the date they received my damaged item. I have sent them 10 mails and they haven't answered 3 mails and remaining with same answer and i called atleast 30 times their phone lines are always busy. This is the worst service i have experienced in online shopping.

Yesterday, on 20.07.2016 i had received shirts as per order no : s[protected]. But after opening the packet i immediately found that you have delivered me wrong sized products.

The shirts, whaaky had delivered to me is of very small size product, not the xl size, which was given in my order. So these are of no use for me. So i want to return these and purchase shirts of wrong size.

I emailed whaaky after receiving the product many times for retun, but i got no reply from them. I also called them several times. Still no answer from them.

My order has not been delivered nor money is refunded, i paid with my debit card. customer care doesn't pick up the call, harassed me a lot please refer to following order

Kindly update the status of my order its been too much delay as i ordered it on 01/06/16 and received a non functional piece on 14/06/16 and which i later again re-shipped the non functional phone which i recieved on30/06/16 on my own expense still am unable to understand what is making so much delay from your side if product is not available kindly refund the amount along with my re-shipping charges of rs.144/-.
