I had purchased 4 pants through Whaaky.com online with the Order No: S[protected], on 18.06.2016. Immediately on the same day i had lodged a mail complaint to [protected]@whaaky.com, regarding the defective product.

As per their rules and discussion, i had sent the product back with my pocket money for courier on same day and till now i have not any response.

When communicating through telephone or mail after many times also, i am not receiving any response from Whaaky.com


Till now i have not received the replacement or amount. Kindly do the needful.

    I have seen on online advertisement from Whaaky.com offering 3 assorted half sleeve shirts for men at Rs 399 plus shipping charges of Rs 150 total amounting to Rs 549. Photograph of the shirts were also given. I liked the colour and material of the shirts and placed an order. I received the consignment in time but was shocked when I opened it. The colour was entirely different and the quality of the material very cheap. The same thing is available at the weekly markets in Delhi for Rs 50 apiece. Immediately I tried to contact Whaaky.com on phone on the given number, i.e.[protected] but no one answers that number. I have been trying for the last 3 days but without any result. I also sent emails to their customer support but haven't even received an acknowledgement from them.

    Images of what I ordered and what I received are attached.

    I think Whaaky. com is fraud and they are making fools of people. Someone may please take action against them.

        I ordered lg headset and mi power bank of 10000mah from whaaky. but the mi power bank was not working, so as per company rules i forwarded the pics of defective product and processed the product for replacement as per mail recived by them. now even after 20 days approx i have not recived the replacement of defective product. even after several mails and follow up i only recive reply that they have recived the defective product and they will dispatch the replacement in 4 business days.

        The company has replied that they have recived the self shipment that is they have recived the defective product and they will replace within four business days. But it's almost 20 days and they have not provided me with the replacement. The company email is [email protected]. Even there is no one to answer the phone

          It is completely doing the false business...the company is dipatching the failure products when the customers returning back they are not responding for the refund...they dont even reply for the e-mail which we sent...

                . i have ordered (id s[protected] from whaaky.com two power bank 25000mah, both have problem one's led torch is continuously on & not charging other products, and second's led torch never turn on. the quality of the product is very inferior & duplicate. i submitted my complaint to [protected]@whaaky.com six time, but they didn't pay any heed to my concern, now they have stopped receiving my mail

                  This is anish nair.

                  Recently i've ordered a product on whaaky.com. Believe me, this was the first time order on this site and the experience i had was horrible. I had many orders previously on shopclues and amazon but never i had this sort of experience.

                  This is regarding the order : s[protected] which was for powerbank mi 20800 mah. My experieces :

                  1) they have replaced the product without any intimation which is not at all acceptable.
                  2) the product seems to be broken already, every part comes off before i even touched it.
                  3) i somehow managed to wind all parts and kept it charging for one whole day (24 hours), even then it's not charging my phone, i have tried 3 other phones as well. But in vain.

                  Their number doesn't work, emailed them, no response since 2 days, it made my experience even more worst.
                  If you people really do a fair and genuine business, refund me for the bitter experience i had or re deliver my original product.

                    There is an add telling that 3 sony headphones/earphones for 399 rs. I ordered it and paid online. I received the items after 5 days. As told i received 3 items. None of the ear phones are sony brand and none of them are even working. Totally duplicate and damaged. These people are cheaters. These people sell duplicate items at normal cost. Even today i find items in the website at throw away price. Even if you spend 1 rs on any item it totally waste. Its just garbage. Its a garbage reselling website.

                      I deeply regret for having a thought of buying a product @ whaaky.com

                      Kindly read the following before buying any product

                      1) first of all whaaky has delivered a faulty product
                      2) then all of my efforts to reach whaaky through phone ended in vain.
                      3) then a mail was written to [protected]@whaaky.com
                      4) in reply to the mail, i was asked to take the photo of the faulty product and send
                      5) i have send the images of the faulty product.
                      6) after that i was asked to self ship the faulty product which i did (paid 120 rs from my own pocket, after already paying the delivery charges)
                      7) then i received a mail stating "self - shipment received" and reshipment will be done and i will receive the consignment id in four days "
                      8) i waited for 10 days and i have not received any mail
                      9) i have again send a mail, then i got a reply" reshipment will be done soon", but yet still i didnt get any mail

                      My order in whaaky.com has only cost me mental agony, loss of money & nothing else

                          Yesterday at 20.45 hrs i placed the order for 9 leggins for that i payed Rs.699/- and it has been debitted to my card after that iam getting message from whaaky that my transaction failed can you please check the status . for taht same i had twice send a mail and tried calling calling customer care no response more than 10 times called . Iam worried about my money. Please check and clarify the same.

                            But the headphone delivered is lg make and that to faulty.
                            I am trying to call the customer care number but no body is picking the phone at customer care number, auto transfer of call is happening to operator and even not receiving the email reply. It is ridiculous when the world is accepting the online shopping method.

                                Myself naveen kumar from bangalore… i have order jeans through whaaky.com vide order number s[protected] dated[protected]:51:48…
                                After ten days i have sent the email on wed 06-jul-16 2:23 pm stating that i have not received my order… on fri 08-jul-16 3:32 pm i have received an email from whaaky customer support stating that they are in process of procurement & informed will be delivery asap….
                                But today 25th july 2016… i have not received my ordered items & not updates from their customer support…….
                                I never seen such a ridiculous service & delivery support from these guys…….

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  i have placed an ORDER OF TWO NOKIA MOBILES order no S[protected] and also made the payment by debit card.for Rs 999/-. as per the shipping policy they are to ship the order within 10-15 working days, but it is already more than 18 DAYS, I have mailed them so many times regarding my order but they are replying me that due to overwhelming response of the item they are despatching the item on day to day basis, if i cant get the order in time and paying the amount also.i also asked them to refund my amount, first they told me to send my bank account details and immediately they told me that my order cannot be cancelled as it is ready to be shipped. till now i could not get my order.

                                    They sent me the product after 10 days from the date of order.

                                    However out of 5 jeans only 3 were correct size and the other 2 were size mismatch.

                                    I called and spoke to your customer care and sent an email stating the same and then within 2 days i have sent the size mismatch products to

                                    Then i did several follow up's with their team but i have not received the replacement shipment till now.

                                    Initially they ended up saying that they have not received the replacement product which was sent by me. So then i have sent them the tracker sheet which was sent by the courier company stating that the product has been delivered already to the returns section.

                                    It looks duplicate product and not chagerd and button of this also damaged...have no guarantee and warreny..I have call many times to customer care but nobody pic up the call...very unsatisfied with this product..I think this is fake site..

                                      Whaaky customer response very poor, i have sent the defective power bank to whaaky through courier (Rs 100 charged for defect part sent to hyderabad), even after receipt and confirm the defect, i didn't get the replacement. I have asked for refund and they confirmed for refund on 14th july, till date i didn't get the refund with my courier charges. Also no response for my mails sent to them.

                                      I have lost Rs 100 on purchasing of Sony power bank from Whaaky, they sent me defective product for this i returned through courier with cost of Rs 100. I got credit of only for the product refund. Why should i loss Rs 100 on procuring a defect product which is Whaaky's fault. Several mails sent but got response as will credit through mobile charge but still i didnt get any recharge on my mobile. Several days gone. Again several mails sent but response very very poor by Whaaky team.

                                        I have ordered the shirts, you have dispatched, i got the stuff, then i have complained about the quality of the material, you told to return you the same by courier by my own expense, i have sent you, you got and yet to dispatch the shirts till date. The complete process took near about 40 days but till now i have not satisfied.. Such a bad experience from whaaky.
