And you have mailed me on 1st july that you have received the material and will dispatch the replacement within 4 business days and today is 25th july, but till date you have not dispatched the same. Your mail was like the below on 1st july 2016.

I have ordered the shirts, you have dispatched, i got the stuff, then i have complained about the quality of the material, you told to return you the same by courier by my own expense, i have sent you, you got and yet to dispatch the shirts till date. The complete process took near about 40 days but till now i have not satisfied.. Such a bad experience from whaaky.
