First complaint
With reference to the above order and shipment number, after receiving two units, only one unit is getting charged and another is not getting charged. Regarding the same i had sent e mail to support @whaaky.com

Received the shirts on 8-7-16 for this particular order, but are not to my expectations & very different then the images shown on the site.. Would like to return the same & get the refund back

I requested whaky.com to guide through the procedure

Phone lines are most of the time busy & have not received email reply to many of my reminders not even after 5-6 daysbr...

Last week i got ordered product through whaaky.com, but the product is not good.In original phone it have so many specifications, I think it is a duplicate mobile phone.They did not lift my call and also no response from mail. Duplicate phone delivered, please take that product and return my money back.

I gave order legings, shirts, trousers and i received but i returned shirts n trousers n u recieved my returned parcel but not any resolve problem i dont want replace only credit money in my account. your call line very busy i cant talk your custermur care but i had sent 8 mail but not response from your side. pl resolve my problem.

I have ordered the mi+ 20800 mah power bank on whaaky.com vide order no. S[protected] and made online payment of the product but after few date when i received my product received it is different from the product what i ordered and also i have not received invoice of the product, i also mail to whaaky support team but i have not received any positive response from the company and also they have not take any initiative for return of the productbr...

I was promised for branded Jeans

But extremely low quality clothe. i cant imagine how fourth class product they ARE SELLING

I ordered for samsung guru mobile phone

it is not reading the sim card in any of the sim slot

No cancelation facility is available, i orderd same product two times due to failure of roder completion. No returned facility is available

I have ordered the product in Whaaky.com I received the product very late and it was not good in quality and size also is not perfect. I have ordered for medium size but I received the product which is not fit for small size also. As per there instruction I have returned them. I have sent mail for refund but they are not responding for refund but they confirmed item has been received. I have sent one month back still...

I got 2 refurbished Nokia basic phones delivered on 18 july...one is in working condition & the other is completely dead from the first itself...I request whaaky team to pls solve my issue at the earliest... Please let me not feel cheated by not getting concerned with my problem from your authorities...myorder number is s[protected]

Hello, i had ordered a solar led emergency light from this online shopping portral called whaaky.com on 28th june 2016. I received the product on 9th july in fully damaged condition. I had informed about the product defect to the company through mail but didn't receive any corresponding feedback. Also, i tried to contact the concern through call but didn't get any reply either. I paid rs 399 product price plus rs 100 delivery charge through...

I have order three cell phones in which there are two nokia 5233 model mobile and one is samsung guru which is in sale as a rate of rs 2999 but after i recieve i found that the whole three mobiles are out of control also they are second hand and now i want my money back othereise i gonna put a case on court by consumer protection act very soon because i m a law student and i know my rights....

I tried to call them numerous of so many times but never got any response and also sent them mails but no revert. Not even a apology mail.
I want to get correct product now and also want refund of my amount..
All product are defective, dirty, and useless.

Dispatched the delivery to 12/07/2016 of the 2 koutons cotton trousers-penguin which was been delivered to me as the order was not correct so i have complained it against the 2 koutons cotton trousers-penguin the company has asked me to sand it again. As you can see in your company mail box that i have send my mail and i have called several time but the company is not responding if it as a fake advertisement on sale of the company....

Maine 23.06.2016 ko nokie-5233 tuch screen ka order place kiya tha jiska order no-s[protected] dt 23.06.2016 hai maine 1399/- rupya vi debit card ke through payment vi kar chuka hu lakin aaj tak mera material dispatch nahi hua hai, customer care ka jo number hai-[protected] per call karne pe koi baat vi nahi karta hai, lagta hai ki whaaky.com totally fraud co. Hai, aur mera paisa vi lagta hai ki yah co. Dubane pe laga hai, pls...

Wrong fit jeans have been delivered by whaaky and now despite of my numerous attempts there is no action taken for the return and refund. Kindly look into the matter as they want me to send it back to them vai courier for which they are gonna give me rs100 mobile recharge whereas the cost of courier is rs400.
Now when i have asked them to refer a courier company of their choice there is absolutely no communication from there end on...

I ordered 5 sets of jeans on 20-apr from this company. They delivered my order after 10 days and when i received this, it was wrong product. I ordered for 32"inch size but i received 28" inch side jeans.
I tried to call them numerous of times but never got any response and also sent them mails 9-10 times but no revert. Not even a apology mail.

I had filed complaint against this company 20 days back bt still i did not get any response from the company no one had assist me this is an fake company i had purchased dis last month after receiving the product i had placed a return request bt i did not get any response from team[protected] this is the number of company but no one will receive call and on twitter many people has twitted against this company in a negative manner...

I ordered sony earphones (3 numbers) but i received only 2 sony earphones (Its not Sony active earphone, worst quality duplicate earphones) & 1 Samsung ordinary earphone. Order S[protected] has been dispatched via DELHIVERY S[protected].

I required sony headphones as said in your site, else need my money refunded. But no proper response even after a month....

Almost 17 days ago but my order not received i sent to support team i'd but no response from your side what's happening pls check& resolved my issues
