Maine 20/06/2016 ko replacement ke liye 3 paidnt bheja but abhi tk whakky.com walo ne consigment number issue nahi kiya aur 4 to 5 days me bhejne ka waada kiye hai par aaj 1 month ho gaya hai par abhi tak koi repply nahi aara hai agar nahi dena hai to bol do sidha dsidha phir band bajane aati hai tm log ko roj mail karta hu to sirf same ek hi msg karte ho aur fon line bhi busy rehti hai to pls mera replacement aap log wapas kar do agar nahi dena hai to bol do tm log ke wajah se meri eid kharaab ho gayi ab doge kya nahi ye bolo

On the website of whaaky.com, i booked power bank of sony, 25000mah. my order no. s[protected] which was booked on 1st june 2016, but till now i have not received the material or any further communication regarding my order. no details found while tracking the order on website.
No response to the mails sent to [protected]@whaaky.com,
No response from the telephone no.[protected]. when ever i called, recorded voice welcomes and transfers call to operator and after some time phone gets disconnects. both mobile nos. given for contact are invalid /switched off. i am really frustrated...

No one goona reply me for my product. I ordered that on june 26 th june its10th july now y dont you. Providing me a produxt i am simply goona sue ypu tommarow if i didt get any msg.

Whaaky is a fake site, it never delivers things as it shows on the website, and its t/shirts sizes not acc. to the indian standard size and also I read its site reviews generally its site good reviews are given by the hyderabad people’s or may be their friends so don’t take any item because I take10 T shirts and these are not good in look and also not acc.Please don’t buy anything from this website.They given only fake products and I try to make call to them several times but they didn’t pick my call also.2nd time he sent to me a face t shirts, So please don’t buy anything from this website.Your shipment with AWB Number S[protected] & Order no. I have placed an order on 5 6 2016 vide order no. s[protected]solar lamp) and prepaid the amount through my citibank credit card. they promised to send the product within7-10 days. but as of now 37 days has passed but i have not received the product. i have send several emails to them - whaaky.com. for one mail i received a reply from them stating that the product will be sent soon.
Still i have not received the product. when i tried to contact their telephone no.[protected] there is no response. they are not even showing the courtesy of attending the telephone call and giving a reply.

I request you to kindly direct whaaky.com to send the product without any further day or refund the amount paid by me.

I ordered to m/s whaaky.com on 01/05/2016 vide order no. s[protected] with full payment vide city card for one reebok shoes @699/- and three kouton shirts @ 699/-. when i recd the shirts these were of outlaw 2nos and one kouton shirt. i complained for defective and send the images to m/s whaaky. they apologized for defective product and told me that i will receive the refund of payment after receiving the product back, on 13th may i recd the mail that the product has been received and the refund will be reflected in 5 working days. but till date i have not recd the refund after 45 days of product is recd back.
Kindly see that the refund is made or i may have to approach the consumer forum and other channels to get the refund.

I have ordered product: lg tone wireless headset & mi 10, 400 mah. i have received a fake product on 07/06/2016 which i returned as per the e-mail received on 13/06/2016 from whaaky.com but now i am not getting any replacement/refund. whaaky.com phone[protected] is not reachable any time and on email i am getting same reply every time that you will get your replacement within 4 business working days.

To be frank this is one of the greatest cheating company. I have ordered 5 shirts on 26 june 2016 and received my consignment on 07 july 2016. I have received the wrong size and the colour which i ordered.
Already made a complaint by mail against this on 10/7/16 but till time i dont received any revert so please reimburse my money.
Also the customer care executives are not picking the phone.

This www.whaaky.com website is bogus. i received my shipment today with receipt # hyd/2016/142421. i ordered for a combo pack with was to include 2 nokia 3200 and 1 samsung guru instead i received 2 dummy china made 3200 nokia phones and 1 dummy samsung guru attached are the pictures for your reference. it is very disappointing that the online retailer does not have business ethics and etiquette. i am cheated by them. this complaint to you will also be documented and given to the police dept of information and technology. request you to block such websites and save consumers.

I m ur company purchased 5233 nokia mobile handset is damged so return in company so plz cash back. and nokia 5233 mobile of charger is duplicate and no charging mobile. nokia 5233 refurbished touch mobile, without company box packing, compatible chargerim purchsed but this mobile damaged in with mobile photo and order id[protected] and shipped date 01/07/2016
