Actually wrong mobile delivered to me. My mobile booking was samsung guru e1200 on paper and in the box actual mobile is sm-b310e. I am not accepted this mobile. Iam returning mobile to you this time. Order no. S[protected].

I have order 2 keypad phones from whakky of rs 1600, both the phones were duplicate and were not working. As per the executives instructed i return the product myself through courier. On 28.6.16 they have received the product, they mailed me they will incite the refund but till today no refund has been made by them.

I have ordered 3 jeans and 3 shirts (s[protected] as per your displayed images in your website (http://www.whaaky.com/product?did=mju2nw==) it's showing full sleeves shirts but i got delivery 2 half shirt and 1 full sleeves and jeans i had selected 30th size but i got 2 jeans 32 and one 30.also product quality not good, u want image if i'm not satisfy with product i want return your product and return my hole amount asap because i have ordered something else and ku sending something else.
No budy replying on call, i had mail on 14th may 2016 u replying on 22 may 2016 and u talking about quality management .i have send mail every two days anybody not responding or not reply my mail.plz help me refund my money/

Item 1 (rs 799) ordered on 30th may, 2016 and there was no response. after 1 day i got the message your shipment is confirmed and will be dispatched in 7-8 working days.
No items delivered in next 15 days
Then i have ordered
Item 2 (rs 399)
Again next day i got message saying your shippment will be delivered in 7-8 working days
On 25th june, 2016 i got the shipment tracking number for delhivary and then told they will deliver in 2-3 days.
Mean while i sent out whaaky.com customer support mail cancelling my first order (799) but no response even after i sent out mail 10 times. i really don’t know what they do here
Then i saw my order 2 delivered at office when opened item there were 3 shirts which are purely used one, defective, all are from different brands, no proper size

Then i received mail saying they accept that product delivered is defective hence requested me to courier the product. but they don’t have facility to get the return items

I couriered the product to hyderbad location by spending 103 rupees in indian postal service.

I knew that they are not going to return my money but i wanted to test what extent they can cheat to customer

Hence it is company trying to sell old and used goods through online but they are not honest like quicker or olx
This online shopping company should be banned as soon as possible
Kindly do not buy anything from whaakya.com and we need to spread this message everywhere in india so that no one will get cheated like me

Whatever the comments provided in the product quality reviews seems are 100% fraud

I have mi + power bank 499+150 delevery chages paidd. After i use power bank but one time moble charges is not fulll then power bank is down... So plz kind tells us ho to do... I have received nokia mobile phone guru model no 222, 1649rs via cash on delivery order no s[protected].

Its really disappointed me this is the 1st experience of my with whaaky online shopping website.
1. mobile phone is old having stretch in the screen.
2. headphone is lava company and mobile is nokia company.
3. battery is so big and not fit for mobile phone.
Hole mobile phone having stretch in this model.


Please find the attached image of mobile and accessories and box fully duplicate product.
What is this please back money hole money or replace this product other wise i will complain in consumer forum.

I had ordered super bright solar lantern with 7w 5 led bulbs @ 499 on 03/06/2016 and made payment through credit card. as per their policy goods should have been dispatched in a max of 10 business days whereas more than 40 days have already elapsed and goods have not been dispatched.
It is also observed that tele calls are not being attended and email reminders are not answered by them now. this gives an impression that their e-commerce business model is fake and public at large is being cheated.

I therefore request them to immediately honour their order and dispatch materials immediately or process my refund immediately

This is totally not acceptable as i have ordered ear phones on the sony but have only one sony, one philips and one china brand earphone. have also resent it back to your office but still the original headphones have yet not been sent. first time have used whakky ira not even worth buying, incase new is not getting sent kindly reverse my money. my order no - s[protected]

I have ordered an item last month 13/06/2016.Till now it is not reached to me.I have made lot of phone calls and sent mails but no reply.What happened to my order status i need explanation otherwise i will send a court notice to ur esteemed organisation.U r doing very bad service.

I want to buy mi+ 20800 mAh power bank but i get unknown company power bank bad condision.and same price. what i saw online and what i geted not to same.

Order number iss[protected] for power bank. i have received the product however the product is duplicate and not working. on web it said mi 20800mh power bank however i have received duplicate 250000mh power bank which is not working. i tried contacting them several times via phone and email however there is no response. phone they do not pick and there are no response to the emails. i would like to file a legal complaint against this company and would appreciate if anyone can tell me the exact process for the same.

Also this is the first time i have facing such issues wherein on web the company show complete together different product and send a different product which is duplicate and used product. moreover the product is not working.
