    Dear Concern,

    I had placed an order on 16 March 2016 to buy a headset from Whaaky.com. On the website (Whaaky.com) it was shown as original LG Headphone worth Rs. 699 (& Shipping charge Rs.100). I received the product after 4 days from the date of order and paid the delivery boy (belonged to ARAMEX courier servce) Rs. 800.

    When I opened the product it was really looking like a duplicate copy and following faults I found:

    One speaker of the headphones was not working.
    Sound was very ordinary because it is in-genuine product.
    There was no manual book.
    Box was in damaged condition.

    After that I sent may mails on "[protected]@whaaky.com" stating the whole incident but there is no response from them. Also there is a helpline number given on the website[protected] which is never attended by them.

    This is highly disappointing and a big fraud with the customers. I humbly request you to please take aSTERN action against them and help me getting my money ASAP.

            My order was booked on[protected] for a Nokia Mobile phone Jodi Offer - Rs. 1499.00. After 2 weeks when I called their customer care, I was told that they didn't have stock; (why should you advertise when you don't have enough stock) I was told by their representative to apply for cancellation, (He assured I will get my money back within a week) and so I did. Till date, there's no response from them. I tried numerous times to contact their customer care, but none responded. I am not sure if I will get my money back. I am going to the consumer forum.
