MY MAILS TO WHAAKY CUSTOMER CARE: This was the first time I shopped with you but sorry to say that the product received was very much different from the one which I ordered seeing your advertisement in website. I have actually ordered for a Black Leather Red Tape shoe as shown in your advertisement in your website whereas the product received is a Brown Pair of show with Samuel Leather and not original leather. I have opened the box in front of the courier guy so that it is confirmed from his end also. I thought of not receiving it but still foreseeing good purchasing prospect with your company took the courier. Now that I am really unhappy with the weird product sent by you, kindly ensure to replace with a leather black or brown red-tape shoe ( LEATHER ), please don’t send the Samuel leather material or else refund the money. Hope that you will act fast and generate a return order ASAP. Assuring you that if your services are good then at least I can help you in getting supply in a large scale for our Site Construction Work, which we often do with Jabong and Myntra in bulk quantities. VERY BAD experience with this company as i order 3 sun glasses & have got the same in damage condition. my order no S[protected] & call center representative saying to reverse the consignment own self going to courier company. we will pay the full amount of consignment to your account & reverse delivery charge will be pay in foam of mobile recharge. when we saying that i use postpaid connection amazing he will saying the we will pay partial in the same. i amazed after to listen his knowledge. overall after this confirmation i had courier the same charge pay from my pocket. and not get any intimation after even they get delivery in previous day. also i had mail them POD detail when i couriered. Now when calling for consignment status (same is sowing delivered in courier company site for yesterday) the confirm that they receive the same on yesterday. And now decline to pay for all courier charge (I. delivery charge - 100/- rupees & II 250/- reverse courier = total - 350/-) where product value is 299.
It is a serious concern in and in my view fraud with consumer. please be aware. IT IS TRUE.

Supplying bad mobile phone
Dear sir, i have purchased teo nos mobile from that agency and their sales team supplied the same to me today that is on 19/05/2016 and the cost asked by them is paid by me against order no s[protected] and s[protected] but just after paying i opened the box and i found one mobile is is not functioning atall.my mobile has cracked

When i write the same on their facebook, they will delete the comment without any response. Why you fear of negative feedback. You can learn only with negative feedback folks. So face it bold and don't shy away from negative feedback.

Fake website and return money back

I had purchased a pendrive on behalf of my friend and the product I received was damaged so when I contacted whaaky they asked to return the product and in return they will send the new one. After 1 month I took follow up and was convinced for refunding the mount as the dealer was not ready for product replacement. I was ready for refund but till date i did not get my money back which was worth of amount 800. This behaviors spoiled my relation with my friend. Since last 7-8 months i keep trying for my refund but yet no any response. This is pure fake and dump company. dont trust else they are just to bluff you all guys.
