I am arun pk.

I ordered a woodland khaki casual sandal size 42 qty 1 on 2nd apr 23 but still didn't receive they product.

I have already writtend a mail to woodland customer support on 12th 15th and 17th apr 23 still no response from woodland support team. Help line number are always busy.

I need a clarity of my order from woodland. If woodland don't have that product return my money with interest.

              Such a big brand with poor communication. Customer care never respond. They reply email as technical issue for any issue. Website is poor. customer care is poor. Please don't buy from https://www.woodlandworldwide.com/. Your order never served. You will not even know how to get the refund from them

                As I have Purchased Woodland sandal (Gen) in my nearby Shop Ashoka Footwears Opp to new bus stand, Valliyur, Tirunelveli On[protected] with just 6 months warranty and used it nearly a couple of weeks and found some issues in stiching on border of the sandal so I gave for service in[protected] and they took nearly a month and they gave back on[protected] and i was using it till April 12, 2023 and again sandal's front strap got removed apart while walking and so today 14th April 2023 i approached them ( Ashoka Footwears) to replace the same model with new pair of sandals because of constant damages in sandal
                They declined and said that they will only service the sandal and will not replace it
                I asked repeatedly and i got the same answer from them
                Already I have given sandal service and got back after a month and used it 3 months after the purchase as a service provider they gave only 6 months warranty
                Already 1 month was taken in name of service and i used it for 3 months now they declining for replacing sandal
                What is the assurance that it won't get damage or repair in next few month's
                And at that time the warranty expires so I could not able to service the sandals
                So I am kindly requesting to replace the sandal that I have purchased from Ashoka Footwears

                  Dear sir,
                  I have been wearing woodland shoes from some years now.
                  But the 4 pairs i bought recently has set a new benchmark for substandard product. Already got them repaired once which took 28 days to receive back and sadly repairs did not last even 5 days. Left the 03 pairs in store on 19th march again & requested replacement.
                  04th pair which was blue when i bought has been returned black after repair which also requires replacement. I have been writing multiple emails to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com / [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and following up with store manager ghitorni rohit [protected] since 02 months & asm amit [protected] since a month without any resolution. Both hardly answer calls. Whenever they do at convenience give a false commitment to never revert back.
                  I do not require this poor quality of products where you are stressed that shoe would fall apart anytime.
                  Appreciate replace with new shoes. I don’t need repairs again.

                    The fit of both feet is different. Hence i requested for a reverse pick up and nee pair being delivered. After the first unsatisfactory response, the 2nd unsatisfactory response was provided after 5 days. Can you arrange for a reverse pick up and refund the money. And deliver right products.

                      I purchased woodland sports shoes in August 2022. I use it almost once in 8-9 days. After using it for 10 months, It feels like the quality of the sole is not so good. From the inner side, It feels like a hole in the right heel.

                      I tried contacting the customer care toll-free number but they never picked up the phone.
                      Is this can be fixed by any woodland store If it comes under warranty or should I contact the local vendor to fix my shoes that broke down in 10 months and were purchased at a price INR.4799

                        I bought one pair of Men shoes for my younger kid on November 27th 2022 @ a price 7495 INR and soon after that, the sole of shoe started coming out.

                        I registered the complaint and showroom person sent it to workshop for sole pasting. I received the pair after 2 weeks of time.

                        To my surprise, this incident repeated again in March and this time, the showroom person was not very cooperative and asked me to show the purchase receipt, Invoice slip etc...

                        Please find attached teh details about the purchase and do the needful on priority.

                        Below are all the details related to purchase. To tell you the truth, I am very disappointed with the service and the quality as Woodland is known for its brand image and I do not want this reputation to go away.

                                  I am filing this complaint to bring to your attention my recent experience with the shoes I purchased from your store. I purchased a pair of shoes from your store three months ago, and I am disappointed to inform you that the quality of the shoes has significantly deteriorated within a short period. The shoes have lost their original texture and color, and they now look old and worn out.

                                  When I first noticed the issue, I visited your store and raised the concern with your representatives. They suggested sending the shoes for refinishing, and I agreed to their suggestion. However, after receiving the shoes back from the refinishing process, I noticed no major changes, and the shoes are still not in their original color and texture.

                                  I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the shoes, and I believe that the service provided by your store has been inadequate. As a loyal customer, I did not expect to experience such issues with your products, and I am very disappointed with this experience.

                                  I am requesting an exchange for my shoes with a new pair of shoes of similar value. I believe that this is a fair request since the shoes have not lived up to my expectations in terms of quality and durability.

                                  I look forward to hearing from you soon and hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve this issue at the earliest.

                                      I had ordered a sandal worth 4300 from Woodland Online and made the payment as well. Amount got debited but I did not get any order confirmation. So I tried reaching out to customer care executives both on call and email on refunding the amount since I did not get any order confirmation neither via email nor in website but there is no proper response from their end.

                                      Order is made in my name - Anitha Harikrishnan through Online using my mobile number login. Kindly help me get my refund amount 4300

                                        I bought a shoes of 8000 in Jan,
                                        Hardly 5 days and it got defective..
                                        I have return it to Hazratganj Store Lucknow on 14 June
                                        This it will be refunded soon and you will get a call from our team
                                        For that I did multiple follows up no reply from there.
                                        Neither I received any mail nor any call regarding my shoes refund
                                        It has been 3 months and me still I am waiting for
                                        Socha tha Woodland ka shoes hai badhiya hoga.. per ghatiya service inki
