I purchased woodland sports shoes in August 2022. I use it almost once in 8-9 days. After using it for 10 months, It feels like the quality of the sole is not so good. From the inner side, It feels like a hole in the right heel.

I tried contacting the customer care toll-free number but they never picked up the phone.
Is this can be fixed by any woodland store If it comes under warranty or should I contact the local vendor to fix my shoes that broke down in 10 months and were purchased at a price INR.4799

    Hi Team,
    I bought one pair of Men shoes for my younger kid on November 27th 2022 @ a price 7495 INR and soon after that, the sole of shoe started coming out.

    I registered the complaint and showroom person sent it to workshop for sole pasting. I received the pair after 2 weeks of time.

    To my surprise, this incident repeated again in March and this time, the showroom person was not very cooperative and asked me to show the purchase receipt, Invoice slip etc...

    Please find attached teh details about the purchase and do the needful on priority.

    Below are all the details related to purchase. To tell you the truth, I am very disappointed with the service and the quality as Woodland is known for its brand image and I do not want this reputation to go away.

    This shoe is currently in Woodland showroom based in Paschim Vihar, Delhi Pin Code 110063.

              Dear Woodland Customer Care Team,

              I am filing this complaint to bring to your attention my recent experience with the shoes I purchased from your store. I purchased a pair of shoes from your store three months ago, and I am disappointed to inform you that the quality of the shoes has significantly deteriorated within a short period. The shoes have lost their original texture and color, and they now look old and worn out.

              When I first noticed the issue, I visited your store and raised the concern with your representatives. They suggested sending the shoes for refinishing, and I agreed to their suggestion. However, after receiving the shoes back from the refinishing process, I noticed no major changes, and the shoes are still not in their original color and texture.

              I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the shoes, and I believe that the service provided by your store has been inadequate. As a loyal customer, I did not expect to experience such issues with your products, and I am very disappointed with this experience.

              I am requesting an exchange for my shoes with a new pair of shoes of similar value. I believe that this is a fair request since the shoes have not lived up to my expectations in terms of quality and durability.

                  I had ordered a sandal worth 4300 from Woodland Online and made the payment as well. Amount got debited but I did not get any order confirmation. So I tried reaching out to customer care executives both on call and email on refunding the amount since I did not get any order confirmation neither via email nor in website but there is no proper response from their end.

                    I bought a shoes of 8000 in Jan,
                    Hardly 5 days and it got defective..
                    I have return it to Hazratganj Store Lucknow on 14 June
                    This it will be refunded soon and you will get a call from our team
                    For that I did multiple follows up no reply from there.
                    Neither I received any mail nor any call regarding my shoes refund
                    It has been 3 months and me still I am waiting for
                    Socha tha Woodland ka shoes hai badhiya hoga.. per ghatiya service inki

                      I had ordered one of shoes from official site of woodland & after receiving the shoes, i had raised the request for return as shoes size was tight for me. After some days the delivery boy has picked my shoes but still i have not received my refund.

                      I have already sent many reminders mail for refund but i have not received any response yet. It was my first buy from woodland & the experience was totally disappointing.

                      I would request you to please refund the amount at earliest. Thanks in advance.

                          Ordered shoe on 23 March website says that it will deliver in under 7 days. I have not received a single update on the order (Neither a confirmation nor a delay). Contacted email customer care thrice and same copy pasted replies from their side, at least hire an employee to answer emails everyone uses BOTS nowadays. I mean, at least give me something, a date, or a confirmation that it will be delivered in these millennia for peace of mind.

                            Dear sir/Madam

                            This mail regarding the complaint against the Woodland shoes room located in the kuvempunagar area, Mysore district, karanataka state, India country

                            I have given the Woodland shoe for repair of sole on 17/10/2022 with repair slip number RP181 and shoe article GC419107

                            I have visited so many time to showroom for enquiry of my repaired shoe, but till today I haven't got my shoe repaired or in repaired shoe to me

                            Neither any explanation from the showroom officials

                            Please solve the query as early as possible

                            It has become utter careless from the showroom

                                    Greetings of the Day!

                                    This is to inform you that i had purchased a high quality pair of shoe form Woodland-DLF Mall of India, Noida sector-18. I highly regret buying a product from your brand because one of the shoe is loose to fit just after wearing it one time. The shoe was purchased on 12/03/23 and we have logged the complaint to the store manager, but very sorry to say we have been treated very badly and told the replacement will not be given and you have defect in your foot. After paying a great amount of money and receiving such a poor quality of product made me think twice to buy product from your company again or not.
                                    For such a ill behaviour I am planning to log police complaint and register my complaint in consumer forum as well. The same would be posted in social media as well.
                                    How can you guys be in service industry and give ill treatment to your customers.
                                    We want a full replacement of the product/refund.
