    I had placed an order for a pair of OLIVE GREEN shoes from office woodland site "www.woodlandworldwide.com" payment of Gpay Rs 2697/- on 24th April 2023 and cancelled that order after a few minutes. However, I still have not received a refund for my order. and not update regarding my refund how much time will it take to give me the refund amount because the order has been cancelled since 24th April 2023.

          Placed the order for Black Slip-n shoe for men

          Since 3rd April, this is the status no change, called the customer care multiple times but no response. Already 3 weeks over.

          I would like to know how many months we have to get the order delivered. No status update either on mobile or on the company website. Any responsible team if any, Request to resolve the same.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            I am writing this email to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor quality of Woodland shoes that I recently purchased from your store. I had earlier complained to you about the same issue, and had to get the shoes repaired just two days after buying them from your store due to pasting issues. Unfortunately, I am now facing the same issue once again, which is completely unacceptable.

            I would like to bring to your attention that I had to wait for 10 days to get the shoes repaired the first time, and I had to purchase another pair of shoes to use during this period. Now, facing the same issue once again, I am told that I will have to wait another 10 days for the shoes to be repaired. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your store.

            As a customer, I expect nothing but the best from a brand like Woodland, and this experience has left me questioning my loyalty to the brand. I request you to take immediate action to rectify this issue and provide me with a suitable resolution. I would appreciate a replacement of the shoes or a refund of the amount paid, along with compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.

              I bought woodland shoes from store in Sector 14, gurgaon, haryana -122001. After two days the sole started coming off. Due to which i had to buy another pair of shoes and get the shoes repaired from woodland in 15 days. After this repair within 10 days another pasting problem was seen and sole and design of shoes started coming off . I asked for a complete replacement or refund including the compensation for the time i have to buy another pair of shoes and wait for another 15 days for the repair.
              All receipts and bills have been shared with the company through mail but no revert . It's been a month since the complaint has been mailed to customer care team of woodland.

                Even payment is done by prepaid.
                Order was cancelled due to out of stock from woodland side, I wonder how it could be possible.

                I have received a massage on 20 April 2023 that is (Hi Sartaj your SO-3311537 has been cancelled due to non-availability of stock/no courier services at your location. If your order is prepaid, your money will be credited to original payment mode within 15 working days - Woodland Team.)

                  I have ordered a pair of shoes for gift on 31st march, 2023 and waited over more than 2 weeks for delivery of product. I was continuously mailing for the order status, but satisfactory response was recorded.

                  I have to cancel my order because neither the product was delivered nor did I received any proper response or exact delivery date. Now, I am again writing and writing for refund. Sort this out as soon as possible....

                          I bought shoes through official website of woodland on 3 March 2023 and return it on 12 March 2023 and until now I did not get the refund even after several communicating ways through mail and phone number but the problem that I never get a clear answer about my questions.
                          It has been more than one month and this is becoming very annoying to request for your money in such way from what known by a worldwide company, I hope I will get my refund ASAP.

                            I have order a shoes on 23 march, 2023 and after sometimes when it doesn't received to me than i cancelled the order then in the app it shows that your order is cancelled. I cancelled the order on 6th April and today is 16th April till now I didn't received my cancelled amount in my bank. So, I request to solve this problem and please back my money to me.

                              As i was ordered a boots which was cancelled due to out of stock from your side i wonder how could it be possible when I payed my amount and ordered earlier and completely seems to be a mistake from ur side so can u please check on it once again and refund my money as soon as possible

                                Such a big brand with poor communication. Customer care never respond. They reply email as technical issue for any issue. Website is poor. customer care is poor. Please don't buy from https://www.woodlandworldwide.com/. Your order never served. You will not even know how to get the refund from them

                                  As I have Purchased Woodland sandal (Gen) in my nearby Shop Ashoka Footwears Opp to new bus stand, Valliyur, Tirunelveli On[protected] with just 6 months warranty and used it nearly a couple of weeks and found some issues in stiching on border of the sandal so I gave for service in[protected] and they took nearly a month and they gave back on[protected] and i was using it till April 12, 2023 and again sandal's front strap got removed apart while walking and so today 14th April 2023 i approached them ( Ashoka Footwears) to replace the same model with new pair of sandals because of constant damages in sandal
                                  They declined and said that they will only service the sandal and will not replace it
                                  I asked repeatedly and i got the same answer from them
                                  Already I have given sandal service and got back after a month and used it 3 months after the purchase as a service provider they gave only 6 months warranty
                                  Already 1 month was taken in name of service and i used it for 3 months now they declining for replacing sandal
                                  What is the assurance that it won't get damage or repair in next few month's
                                  And at that time the warranty expires so I could not able to service the sandals
                                  So I am kindly requesting to replace the sandal that I have purchased from Ashoka Footwears

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have been wearing woodland shoes from some years now.
                                    But the 4 pairs i bought recently has set a new benchmark for substandard product. Already got them repaired once which took 28 days to receive back and sadly repairs did not last even 5 days. Left the 03 pairs in store on 19th march again & requested replacement.
                                    04th pair which was blue when i bought has been returned black after repair which also requires replacement. I have been writing multiple emails to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com / [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and following up with store manager ghitorni rohit [protected] since 02 months & asm amit [protected] since a month without any resolution. Both hardly answer calls. Whenever they do at convenience give a false commitment to never revert back.
                                    I do not require this poor quality of products where you are stressed that shoe would fall apart anytime.
                                    Appreciate replace with new shoes. I don’t need repairs again.

                                    After a successful chase of over one month my request for replacement is turned down & below is state of repaired shoe sent to me. This shoe I have worn 02 times.
                                    Is there anyone in senses working in woodlands who would wear this new shoe I could gift.

                                      The fit of both feet is different. Hence i requested for a reverse pick up and nee pair being delivered. After the first unsatisfactory response, the 2nd unsatisfactory response was provided after 5 days. Can you arrange for a reverse pick up and refund the money. And deliver right products.
