I ordered men's sandals from Woodland on 8th MAY for Rs. 1977. After making payment by credit card I did not receive any confirmation. I tried to get in touch with customer service but the number is not working. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP or I will take strict action.

I have order a pair of sandals from woodlandworldwide.com official website on 4th may 2023. They told that they would deliver it in 5 days. But it’s been 13 days and I still haven’t received it. If I call them, they don’t even pick up most of the time. If they pick up, they’ll say it’s gonna be late. They’re keeping on saying that it will be late. My order number is or-3022163

They’re not even responding on G mail. I have lost ₹2000/- because of them. I think, they’ve robbed me.😵
It’s showing order dispatched on that website since that day. That’s it.

I had order shoes from estore woodland on 25th Feb, 23. Order id is 2700917 And canceled next day. Today it's 10th May, 23 but till the time I haven't received any refund from Woodland. No one is there to reply at customer care.

I have ordered shoes from estore woodland on 25th Feb, 23 and canceled the order same day due to some reason. The order number is 2700917. But today it's 10th May, 23 and yet I haven't received any return nor any response from customer care team.

I regret to inform you that a product with such a good MRP came out to be poor in quality. The stitching of shoes are slowly tearing apart even though they are only worn two to three times. I request you to please look in this matter.

I have called several times and emailed serval times with no proper response, every time the customer care person by mail and via telephone said we are facing technical issues and it will be delivered within a week. Sir/mam, i had recently ordered woodland wine penny loafers for rupees 5097 with size 42.I received my order on date 30 April 2023. I need to exchange it with bigger size. I had tried contacting WOODLAND via mail and by given toll free number. But no one is responding.

This company has not processed my orders and refused to respond to my emails for over 6 weeks. They only shipped my bag but didn't ship the 2 pairs of shoes. My order number is OR-3010554.
Their Facebook support told me before I placed my order that they don't ship overseas. I had to use the phone number of a local receiver and shipper to register on their website in order to complete my orders. Their customer service is very poor, disgusting and unprofessional. They should replace them. The image of any organization is always its customer service. Please process my orders.

However, I still have not received a refund for my order. and not update regarding my refund how much time will it take to give me the refund amount because the order has been cancelled since 24th April 2023.

Since 3rd April, this is the status no change, called the customer care multiple times but no response. Already 3 weeks over.

I would like to know how many months we have to get the order delivered. No status update either on mobile or on the company website. Any responsible team if any, Request to resolve the same.

I am writing this email to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the poor quality of Woodland shoes that I recently purchased from your store. I had earlier complained to you about the same issue, and had to get the shoes repaired just two days after buying them from your store due to pasting issues. Unfortunately, I am now facing the same issue once again, which is completely unacceptable.

I would like to bring to your attention that I had to wait for 10 days to get the shoes repaired the first time, and I had to purchase another pair of shoes to use during this period. Now, facing the same issue once again, I am told that I will have to wait another 10 days for the shoes to be repaired. This is completely unacceptable, and I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by your store.

As a customer, I expect nothing but the best from a brand like Woodland, and this experience has left me questioning my loyalty to the brand. I request you to take immediate action to rectify this issue and provide me with a suitable resolution. I would appreciate a replacement of the shoes or a refund of the amount paid, along with compensation for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
I look forward to a prompt and satisfactory response from your end.

I bought woodland shoes from store in Sector 14, gurgaon, haryana -122001. After two days the sole started coming off. Due to which i had to buy another pair of shoes and get the shoes repaired from woodland in 15 days. After this repair within 10 days another pasting problem was seen and sole and design of shoes started coming off . I asked for a complete replacement or refund including the compensation for the time i have to buy another pair of shoes and wait for another 15 days for the repair.
All receipts and bills have been shared with the company through mail but no revert . It's been a month since the complaint has been mailed to customer care team of woodland.

Order was cancelled due to out of stock from woodland side, I wonder how it could be possible.

I have ordered a pair of shoes for gift on 31st march, 2023 and waited over more than 2 weeks for delivery of product. I was continuously mailing for the order status, but satisfactory response was recorded.

I have to cancel my order because neither the product was delivered nor did I received any proper response or exact delivery date. Now, I am again writing and writing for refund. Sort this out as soon as possible....

I ordered a woodland khaki casual sandal size 42 qty 1 on 2nd apr 23 but still didn't received they product.

I have already writtend a mail to woodland customer support on 12th 15th and 17th apr 23 still no response from woodland support team. Help line number are always busy.

I need a clarity of my order from woodland. If woodland don't have that product return my money with interest.
