HI, I have purchased shoes online from Woodland site on 23/06/2023 & even after 7 days with multiple calls & mails follow-up, Woodland team is reluctant to provide any detail on dispatch. so finally I have requested them (on 29/06/2023) to cancel the order & refund amount, also I have cancelled order (on 30/06/2023) on their website along with mail communication however I didn't received any mail confirmation for cancellation as well for refund. I am worried they may not refund my money.
I have tried their customer care number twice & waited for 20+ minutes but no response. I seek your help to take it up the concern.
My order ID is 3057213. I have all mail communication given to them, in case required I can able to share

I want to return the woodland shoes which were delivered 13 june 2023 as it does not match the size and the sole of the shoe looks old and pasting is not finishing properly. I have sent mail for retun the shoes on the same date but no proper response received, I have tried calling tollfree number :- [protected] but there same problem, not getting proper answer. Also no contact number is being given for the responsible person. I have complaint many time through email wef 12 may 23 and Delivery boy pickup the wrong size shoes on 24Jun almost 1 and half months. Paking box writing Size is 8 but inner side Shoes size is 9. Coustomer care help line not attending the Phone call. Take 30 min to 45min for attending the call. Maximum time call is not attending. Then how can I speak with you for my complain. I have already talk with your customer help No. He told me to fwd the details of my account. But not any types of confirmation or any types of action is carried out from your side. Pl do the needful action because I am Indian Army Shoulder and during this time posted in Arunachal Pradesh Chine border areas. Network issue in this area and I am anable to contact you. So pl take necessary action.

No delivery or update on woodland shoes order no 3053375. purchased date 20 June 2023. online mode

When I bought my 22224 for repair Shastri Road Kottayam Woodlands showroom they denied the service saying that I have not brought the bill. it is very disappointing to say that when big companies are keeping the details of their customers in their fingertips Woodlands is not able to identify their regular customers without a piece of Bill

I bought a Woodland bag online, sent an email on very next day after delivery, got a reply email that they are trying solve my query... but after that no response, not getting them over phone even after 5 days

There is no return option on the website despite the company offering return policy. I need to return order OR-3057461 because of size issues however when tried calling the support number, I ended up waiting for so long with no one responding to my call.

I’ve already placed new order for the correct size but need help in returning this order OR-3057461.

The product is intact and unused. Please help me initiate return and refund for this!

I’m having size issues with this order. The website doesn’t have return option despite them claiming to have return policy. I tried calling their helpline number but the call goes on for waiting endlessly and nobody seems to be responding.

Order delivered but unable to return order and return policy is there.

Size is not fit for me but there is no return button on moblie app but on Web I can only click on return order. Nothing happen next.

Please help me to return the order.

1) I ordered a footwear on 6th June-23.
2) It was delivered on 12th June'23 -
3) After wearing the footwear for 15 mins it broke.
4) I raised a complaint of full refund from woodland on 19th june as it was under warranty of 15 days.
5) Woodland asked me for full details on images and bills etc which I provided them the same day on 19th June'23.
6) However they are not getting it picked up even after 7 days.

I have purchased Slip-On Sandals with Velcro
Fastening, Olive, from online store ajio.com within 2 months o[censored]se copper wires started coming out from hook which holds the fastner .it means they kept 1sqmm wire instead of a hook?i reported this to ajio they regret to replace as 15 days of their return policy got over they suggested me to contact woodland to claim warranty. i tried several times in past 1 month to call on +[protected] the customer care number available on google but never got any responce?after several failure attempts i mailed to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com but still no responce recieved...now i am complaining on this platform...

I was having 8 month shoes but it got toren so no response from the company if we given them they said it can't be done

मेरे द्वारा अमेज़न से 13/03/2021 को वुडलैंड शूज खरीदा गया, दो महीने पहले उसका सोल इस तरह से खराब हुआ कि उसका ऊपरी भाग से सोल अलग हो रहा
है व सोल का जो मटेरियल है वो चुरा चुरा हो रहा है । इस वजह से ऐसा लगता है कि शूज बनाने में मैनुफैक्चरिंà¤�...⇄ डिफेक्ट है या डुप्लीकेट शूज बेचा गया है ।
