Hi Woodland Team,

Order No : OR-3052428

Order delivered but unable to return order and return policy is there.

Size is not fit for me but there is no return button on moblie app but on Web I can only click on return order. Nothing happen next.

Please help me to return the order.

    1) I ordered a footwear on 6th June-23.
    2) It was delivered on 12th June'23 -
    3) After wearing the footwear for 15 mins it broke.
    4) I raised a complaint of full refund from woodland on 19th june as it was under warranty of 15 days.
    5) Woodland asked me for full details on images and bills etc which I provided them the same day on 19th June'23.
    6) However they are not getting it picked up even after 7 days.

      Awaiting a response and resolution since 22 june 2023.

      Customer service is disappointing. No response coming from them. no acknowledgement or response is received. I have sent 5-6 emails on this matter. I have requested for contact number too, but they have not replied. Their customer care number also no response even though I am calling as per their timings. Even though I have bought 2 pairs through woodland website, return of one uncomfortable pair is becoming a problem.and also don't like colour to.

      They need to be accountable.

          I have placed an order for "Woodland olive green hiking shoes" on 21st Jun, 2023 14:25:51 PM IST wing website https://woodlandworldwide.com/, the payment is successful with payment id pay_M4WOYeFbRyBd3T, but I did not receive order id yet.

          It is disappointing that the site doesn't work when I check for orders page. None of them pick the call when I call.

            Consumer court is your only way of getting the money back. It's been a month since similar thing happened with me. I am going to do the same.

              I have purchased Slip-On Sandals with Velcro
              Fastening, Olive, from online store ajio.com within 2 months o[censored]se copper wires started coming out from hook which holds the fastner .it means they kept 1sqmm wire instead of a hook?i reported this to ajio they regret to replace as 15 days of their return policy got over they suggested me to contact woodland to claim warranty. i tried several times in past 1 month to call on +[protected] the customer care number available on google but never got any responce?after several failure attempts i mailed to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com but still no responce recieved...now i am complaining on this platform...

                  मेरे द्वारा अमेज़न से 13/03/2021 को वुडलैंड शूज खरीदा गया, दो महीने पहले उसका सोल इस तरह से खराब हुआ कि उसका ऊपरी भाग से सोल अलग हो रहा
                  है व सोल का जो मटेरियल है वो चुरा चुरा हो रहा है । इस वजह से ऐसा लगता है कि शूज बनाने में मैनुफैक्चरिंग डिफेक्ट है या डुप्लीकेट शूज बेचा गया है ।

                      Order ID OR-3012709

                      Online order for woodland boots was placed on Apr 14, 2023 amounting Rs 3417. Return request was placed on Apr 19, 2023 due to service delivery and content description. After long wait, customer asked to return to the woodland store. Item was returned to the store on May 02, 2023. They said refund to be processed in 25-30 days. But now they don't even respond to my emails and their Customer care number never connects. Such a big Hassle with Woodland.

                      I have been waiting for more than 7 weeks since I returned for refund to gets processed. On top of it, their contact does not exist and they don't respond to emails.

                      I want my refund and strict action against Woodland in regards to their after sale customer service.

                      10 days after complaining on consumercomplaint, still no response or return from woodland. A popular brand with so much inconvenience. I am totally fed-up following up with my complaint. I do not know if they will ever return my money or consumercomplaint will help or not.

                        Today an order was placed for Gunmetal slippers for ₹1500 at 49% off from the Woodland website and money was deducted from my account for the purchase. Till now no confirmation is received from woodland for the same. Also their website do not show any order history for my login.

                          I have ordered for woodland sandals on 03.06.2023 via woodlandworldwide.com (order id: OR[protected] and payment was done. I received the confirmation of payment. But Still, no updates form the woodland side. It just shows as 'order confirmed' for the past one week..I have mailed the customercare twice but no response so far.

                                  I bought online shoe from their official website on May 31, 5 June 2023 i received the package from Aero Club Woodland store D105 Inner circle CP New Delhi -110001. I found used old dirty defective shoes I mailed them but didn't get satisfied answer i paid 2397 for my dream shoe and they disappointed me, even toll free no. hasn't picked up. Very unprofessional not aspected with Woodland . I want new pair of shoes. Please provide me the desired result.

                                    On 2-Jun-23 i tried to place an online order on Woodland website. At the payment page, after i completed my UPI payment, the website crashed. Money got deducted but my order was never confirmed. I got an email from Woodland about payment received but not about order confirmation.

                                    I immediately wrote to them about this issue and also called them to notify this issue. Someone asked me for the payment details and i provided them the same. Now 3 days have gone by and there has been no response.

                                    They haven't keep sending me emails saying that the issue has been taken up by the concerned team and then nothing else.
                                    I am planning on taking them to the consumer court. Will put the legal charges on them too.
                                    Issue has been resolved.
                                    I got my refund amount. It took 26 days, but yes I am relieved.

                                      I bought an item online from them. The product delivered was a misfit. I bought the same six from the store 2 days ago, and that fit which is why I opted for this size, for some reason the same size when opted online did not fit. I wrote to the consumer service to request for exchange, even called the customer care number. the customer care number never connected and the email was never responded to. I reached out to the woodland official page on Instagram, after a few days someone responded on Instagram and shared an email id. the email id was not functional, when I wrote to that the email bounced back. I shared the same with the Instagram account but then there was no response once again I need those shoes exchanged. there is no use of them to me.
