This side khushboo and i am user since 4 years for your brand woodland, My brother and entire family using same brand since 10 years.

Last i purchased sleepers from your CG Road, Ahmedabad store 3 months ago for which i have attached bill.
This time sleepers got damaged within 3 months which is very disappointing and unexpected for your brand, i used my first pair from woodland till 3.5 years without any issue. Even if i purchase local brand that much be more cheap and durable as that can work atleast 6-7 months as compare to your brand pairs which i used this time
This is my second purchase and i get this issue which is not expected, i expect to get Replacement for my pair.

I had ordered black Woodland women, loafers online on March 18, 2023. The order no. is OR-2720089. It is a prepaid order.

I have no update on the delivery. No one is responding to my emails. The customer care number is not working.

When will the order be delivered? How can I track the order?...

I bought shoe of 2499 then returned it due to big size but delivery boy sent another shoe to replace my shoe and received original from me, fault of courier boy not mine then why are you not refunding my money, please refund my money thanks

I had ordered Woodland shoes OR-2711668, due to size issues I had returned to Woodland, even after 15 days of returning shoes refund is not yet credited to my Woodland account.no one is responding from customer care of Woodland, I have mailed to Woodland customer care so many times.

I have visited to store for buying the boot 5020121 CR Black and selected the size 43 for the same and buy the shoes and when I came back to home and tried the next day it seems to be little loose and when I see it was 44 and then I visited the store for the replacement of the size and they refused to replace and given the reason that you have used the shoes.

This is a carelessness behavior showed by the shopkeepers and they blamed me that you have been choosen the same size that we have given and we won’t replace and talked really badly to us .
So kindly help me and replace my shoes size .

I ordered a woodland shoe from online store which got delivered on 15th March 2023, Order No - 2715282. Today, 23rd March 2023, I wore it for first time but sole of the shoes is breaking like wax. I want to return and replace the product under manufacturer warranty. The customer care is unreachable and no response on the emails.

I have ordered one red jacket on 1 jan and my order number is OR-2639364 and according to company they are saying they are saying they have delivered it on 6 Jan and I have not received the jacket nor i have received any mail nor any call from delivery boy and not even any message they how can they delivered and even I checked qt guard room they did not got any order.And I don't think any good company deliver like this that they don't even inform customer about their order and I di not receive the jacket till now .So, I asked them to return my money they are not responding any mail and saying this has been delivered and we can't assist further now and it doesn't matter to them that customer received the product or not and even they are not replying to any mails and this is heights now thus is such a big company and they are doing such things not expected from this company.I want my money back otherwise I have to do something. I have paid 4497 amount and I want my money back.This Is not a small amount.

Please help me to get my money back.

I have sent several emails since March 6th requesting the return of ORDER NO: OR-2707919 due to sizing issues. However, I have not received a response. Additionally, the customer care number is unresponsive, and I am unable to reach the return team. The website is outdated and not helpful.

I canceled ORDER NO: OR-2707917 right after placing it, but the amount is still charged to my credit card.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving these issues and acknowledging my request.

My self BACHALA SRINU as i am a woodland customer since 2018, Recently i have visited to one of your store feo the purchase of spary for pervious shoes at that i have slipper the look of that slipper has been really impressed me so i had purchased that slipper but after 2 time usage the slipper look has been completely changed which un satisfied me so i visited your store for the same. No ready to listen my words. Then i called to customer care they asked me to write a mail to this mail Id, So looking for positive response from your end

Product is in good condition but size is bit higher.

Product size is 43 and shoes is little loose on my feets.

I have requested for exchange this with smaller size of 42 or If exchange is not possible then return.

I have sent many mails and did many calls but no response. Even no one is receiving calls.

Kindly support to resolve the issue or escalate this.

I have ordered belt under order no: OR-2718810 from https://www.woodlandworldwide.com/ on Mar 15. Even payment is done. But the product has not yet shipped. I didn't get ay oder confirmation from. I would like to cancel the order and get refund ASAP.

A shoe was purchased online (order number OR[protected] on Feb 23, 2023 & the same was delivered on Feb 26, 2023 via XPRESSBEES courier (Tracking no#[protected]). The size ordered (Size-45) was too big for me & I had requested an exchange with 48 hours (as per company policy) via email (sent on Feb 27, 2023) & phone. Till date no reply has been received & I have tried calling the customer care more than 100 times. Their number goes unanswered always. This is complete harassment for the customer & inspite of several trails I have failed to contact the officials. So request an action against the company so that a replacement/exchange can be made.

I have ordered a shoes on with my regular size - 9. Upon receiving i realized that 9 is too big as woodland has different size measurement and i requested for 8 and returned the old done.

After few days, i have received the product with size 8. However, the product was correct but grip was not up to the mark. It also feel loose and doesn't fit well.

I sent an email to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com to return the product. However, upon sharing multiple email requesting solution, i have received the same response that we customer cannot return the product twice. However there is no such guideline mentioned on the website.
