I have purchased woodland shoes from Amazon.in website and found problem(Tongues are of Different sizes which are noticeble) in shoes. So, I went to the woodland store(address: B/205, Tithal Rd, Zinnat Nagar, Valsad, Gujarat 396001) near to me, but they refused to do anything saying that woodland not giving warranty on online Amazon.in website purchases.
I have contacted woodland by Email but they are not doing anything.
I have also contacted to Amazon.in but they are also saying they can't do anything and told me to contact with Woodland.
Now, I am getting this type o[censored]nacceptable behaviour from woodland.

I'm Prachi Singh from ghaziabad, I placed an order of rs 1200 on 26th June and did the payment right away, but I haven't received any confirmation mail for my order yet.
Please look into the matter.

Ordered pair of shoes on 28th June and it’s 4th July now. No status update, no communication regarding delivery. It’s just been showing order confirmed on the website

I have ordered on June 25th and it was mentioned as will be delivered with 7 days but still its not shipped and showing as in packing.
No proper response from customer care as well.

I ordered a shoes 3 may ...and returned the product at 9 may because of size issue and they initiated return money but i don't recieve yet... it's about 2 months i want my money back ..

HI, I have purchased shoes online from Woodland site on 23/06/2023 & even after 7 days with multiple calls & mails follow-up, Woodland team is reluctant to provide any detail on dispatch. so finally I have requested them (on 29/06/2023) to cancel the order & refund amount, also I have cancelled order (on 30/06/2023) on their website along with mail communication however I didn't received any mail confirmation for cancellation as well for refund. I am worried they may not refund my money.
I have tried their customer care number twice & waited for 20+ minutes but no response. I seek your help to take it up the concern.

I want to return the woodland shoes which were delivered 13 june 2023 as it does not match the size and the sole of the shoe looks old and pasting is not finishing properly. Coustomer care help line not attending the Phone call. Take 30 min to 45min for attending the call. Maximum time call is not attending. Then how can I speak with you for my complain. When I bought my 22224 for repair Shastri Road Kottayam Woodlands showroom they denied the service saying that I have not brought the bill. it is very disappointing to say that when big companies are keeping the details of their customers in their fingertips Woodlands is not able to identify their regular customers without a piece of Bill

I bought a Woodland bag online, sent an email on very next day after delivery, got a reply email that they are trying solve my query... but after that no response, not getting them over phone even after 5 days

There is no return option on the website despite the company offering return policy. I need to return order OR-3057461 because of size issues however when tried calling the support number, I ended up waiting for so long with no one responding to my call.

I’ve already placed new order for the correct size but need help in returning this order OR-3057461.

The product is intact and unused. Please help me initiate return and refund for this!

I’m having size issues with this order. The website doesn’t have return option despite them claiming to have return policy. I tried calling their helpline number but the call goes on for waiting endlessly and nobody seems to be responding.
