I have placed order of buying shoes with order ID OR-3064073 on 01.07.2023 however still the order is not yet delivered. I have already made payment while placing the order. No one is answering call in customer care number and not answering to mails.

I booked olive green sneakers 44 size and made payment of Rs.3987/-. There is no information of order number. Payment is processed and reached the Woodlands. The transaction I’d is T2306252143180863319224
It is done on 25th June.
Made several calls to the customer care. Sent number of mails. NO RESPONSE.
Please do the needful.

I purchase a woods men formal shoe online this month and after wearing 2 times it looks like a old shoes of 1 or 2 yrs. Kindly see the matter.

I would like to inform you that on 19 June 23 I sent an email at 1:28 PM to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com After a few minutes of this email, I received a call from a mobile number which showing the Help desk on true caller [protected]. He told me that he is from Woodland and then he asked for a reference code which I got through a message. I asked him how it will help then he told me that he will send me a message to redeem my money and within 48 hrs I would be able to place the order again. But the actual scenario was different when I shared the received code with him he deducted 5000 rs from my account. He looted my money.

But the thing which shocked me is that the data from Woodland has been shared with a third party or they have stolen it so you have to look into this matter.

I have lost 5000 Rs + 5097 Rs (Order Money which is still pending, and now I am going to cancel the order).

One thing is clear you are sharing customer data with some other people which is not appropriate. It is pathetic and Unacceptable. Your customer care people are the worst to talk to.
It's a Shameful act.

I have already emailed them many times to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com but they did not reply appropriately and when I am calling to the given phone number no body is picking up the phone. I want my money back. Thank you woodland I promise that I will never buy anything from you. But this time plz send me my money back. Worst Customer Care service you have for your stores. Your online employees leaking customer data I have proof because somebody looted me and he has all the data of my placed order how is this possible? I am requesting you to give me my money back because I don't trust you anymore. I am a woodland customer since 1997. But now in the future... it will depend.

I have purchased woodland shoes from Amazon.in website and found problem(Tongues are of Different sizes which are noticeble) in shoes. So, I went to the woodland store(address: B/205, Tithal Rd, Zinnat Nagar, Valsad, Gujarat 396001) near to me, but they refused to do anything saying that woodland not giving warranty on online Amazon.in website purchases.
I have contacted woodland by Email but they are not doing anything.
I have also contacted to Amazon.in but they are also saying they can't do anything and told me to contact with Woodland.
Now, I am getting this type o[censored]nacceptable behaviour from woodland.

I have ordered on June 25th and it was mentioned as will be delivered with 7 days but still its not shipped and showing as in packing.
