    Order ID OR-3012709

    Online order for woodland boots was placed on Apr 14, 2023 amounting Rs 3417. Return request was placed on Apr 19, 2023 due to service delivery and content description. After long wait, customer asked to return to the woodland store. Item was returned to the store on May 02, 2023. They said refund to be processed in 25-30 days. But now they don't even respond to my emails and their Customer care number never connects. Such a big Hassle with Woodland.

    I have been waiting for more than 7 weeks since I returned for refund to gets processed. On top of it, their contact does not exist and they don't respond to emails.

    I want my refund and strict action against Woodland in regards to their after sale customer service.
    Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    10 days after complaining on consumercomplaint, still no response or return from woodland. A popular brand with so much inconvenience. I am totally fed-up following up with my complaint. I do not know if they will ever return my money or consumercomplaint will help or not.

      Today an order was placed for Gunmetal slippers for ₹1500 at 49% off from the Woodland website and money was deducted from my account for the purchase. Till now no confirmation is received from woodland for the same. Also their website do not show any order history for my login.

        I have ordered for woodland sandals on 03.06.2023 via woodlandworldwide.com (order id: OR[protected] and payment was done. I received the confirmation of payment. But Still, no updates form the woodland side. It just shows as 'order confirmed' for the past one week..I have mailed the customercare twice but no response so far.

        same complaint ... I even didnt receive anything since last 10 days

                I bought online shoe from their official website on May 31, 5 June 2023 i received the package from Aero Club Woodland store D105 Inner circle CP New Delhi -110001. I found used old dirty defective shoes I mailed them but didn't get satisfied answer i paid 2397 for my dream shoe and they disappointed me, even toll free no. hasn't picked up. Very unprofessional not aspected with Woodland . I want new pair of shoes. Please provide me the desired result.

                  On 2-Jun-23 i tried to place an online order on Woodland website. At the payment page, after i completed my UPI payment, the website crashed. Money got deducted but my order was never confirmed. I got an email from Woodland about payment received but not about order confirmation.

                  I immediately wrote to them about this issue and also called them to notify this issue. Someone asked me for the payment details and i provided them the same. Now 3 days have gone by and there has been no response.
                  Woodland customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                  They haven't keep sending me emails saying that the issue has been taken up by the concerned team and then nothing else.
                  I am planning on taking them to the consumer court. Will put the legal charges on them too.
                  Issue has been resolved.
                  I got my refund amount. It took 26 days, but yes I am relieved.

                    I bought an item online from them. The product delivered was a misfit. I bought the same six from the store 2 days ago, and that fit which is why I opted for this size, for some reason the same size when opted online did not fit. I wrote to the consumer service to request for exchange, even called the customer care number. the customer care number never connected and the email was never responded to. I reached out to the woodland official page on Instagram, after a few days someone responded on Instagram and shared an email id. the email id was not functional, when I wrote to that the email bounced back. I shared the same with the Instagram account but then there was no response once again I need those shoes exchanged. there is no use of them to me.

                      Have ordered a backpack on 25/May/2023

                      Order idi OR-3032954 but as of now I have not received the backup nor any confirmation mail from Woodland.
                      I have done the payment same day.Wrote several mails but of no use everytime they send automated replies.Toll free number is of no use

                      Kindly suggest what to do?

                      They have done the return pickup as promised but not the refund.

                      Its been one month I am trying to contact customer care via email and call.

                      Whenever they pick up they say the issue will be resolved in 24 hrs and they didnt even respond to a single email sent asking for the status of refund.

                      Worst customer service.

                        I ordered the woodland shoes from the website https://www.woodlandworldwide.com/ and i received these shoes on[protected] and i started to use them from[protected] but now these shoes sole material is cracked, and shoes become useless because of worst sole material, so kindly I'm requesting you to replace the cracked shoes or refund my money.

                          Hi Team,

                          I purchased the product from woodlands site and did the online payment but I did not receive the bill, summary or something related to payment (both on mail and SMS). When I sent email to the customer care service, even after send 5 mails - I’m still getting the acknowlement mail only. Not able to reach the customer care service via phone too.

                            I ordered 3 pairs of woodland footwear on 20/05/2023 from woodland site.for 3 days it showed that order confirmed but after that My order is not visible in my status. I called customer care but they don’t answer. I am unable to track the order.

                                I purchased Woodland Footwear (order number OR[protected] on May-15-2023.Even after a week, i have not received the product.
                                I have sent multiple mails asking for updates on the product but never got the shipping details.The product status is the same (Order - Confirmed) even a week after the purchase.
                                Today i got a mail stating my product has not been dispatched due to technical issues, and no information on when exactly the product will be delivered.
                                So, i cancelled the order and am now awaiting my refund.No matter how many mails i send, there will be no satisfactory response.
                                Please help me in getting my money back.

                                  I have order for a Woodland Khaki floater Sandal from the Woodland’s official website store woodlandworldwide.com. My order ID is OR-3014283 and order placed on 26th April, 2023. I have received my Order on 3rd May, 2023 throught DTDC Courier Service. The Product is different from the Colour that I have ordered for. The Product’s Color doesn’t match with the Color of the Product Image shown on the Store. And I feel very tightness when I wear the Sandal. I have ordered for 41 size. But it doesn’t suits well on my leg. So I requested to return the product by sending a mail to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com on 3rd May, 2023 I haven't received any reply from Woodland team. I called customer care. Later they asked me to send a mail to [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com and I have send a mail on 12th May, 2023. I haven’t used the Sandal yet. The Woodland team is making very worst in their response. I request the woodland team to accept my return order. I have attached the Invoive copy and some photographs of the sandal

                                      Sir, I purchased a pair of woodland sports shoes online in December 2022 and after 2/3 months, it has pasting and colour fading issues. As per advice, I deposited in RDC Ghaziabad woodland store for repairing or replacing it. But they did not repair or replace it and said that you can claim 60% of bill amount. Shoes are lying with woodland store.
                                      I have faith on woodland and hope that you will resolve my issue to repair it.

                                        Dear Team,
                                        Please find following details for your ready reference.
                                        1. Email sent on 8th March for return of order due to size issue (Order received on the same day)
                                        2. Follow-up email sent on 10th, 19th, 21st & 23rd March
                                        3. They informed return pickup is scheduled on 23rd March but no came for pickup till 27th March. on 27th March on telephonic call they informed return pickup is not possible and deliver the product at nearest Woodland store.
                                        4. As per guidance the same was delivered at Woodland Borivali store Mumbai - 400092 on the same day (ie. 27th March) (Details are in email attached herewith).
                                        5. The woodland customer care team informed that refund will be processed on payment mode in my case it was credit card so on 13th April I once again inquired about product receipt and status of refund.
                                        6. On 13th April they told it is not possible to refund in my credit card and informed me to send Bank details. the same was provided on the same day (ie. 13th April)
                                        7. On 5th May I got email regarding we miss you on call though the call was connected, and I waited for 2.5 mins but it was on hold and then disconnected by itself.
                                        8. Reminder email sent on 5th, 9th and 16th May but till now no refund received.

                                        Please help in getting refund as soon as possible.
