    Ordered a pair of shoes on 3 October 2022 and today is 17 October and stil there is no update on my order and the web site also doesn't show any update on delivery package
    Plz update me or I have to cancel my order
    I tried several times to call on customer care number but no response, why the hell I am not even getting any update on my order. It's been 15 days . Please deliver my order immediately or inform me about the delivery status

        i purchased woodland shoes on the official woodland site on 30th sep 2022.i have received it on 10th oct 2022 . Its a used product and also a different product. it had small stones in the sole, and a water mark on the shoe which shows thats used . i have mailed them also called them but they have no response

            Never ever buy woodland products. The customer service is just non existent. They sent me a defected product and asked me to get it checked at their store . There is no such thing as return. I went to their store, got it checked/repaired twice. The problem persists and they are shamelessly asking me to get it "repaired" the third time. 5 months and there is no resolution in sight.

              I Have ordered a BLACK OXFORD FORMAL SHOES From the official WOODLAND Website on 27/09/2022 .The order No. is OR-2553167.I Recieved the product on 3/10/2022.The size of the product Does'nt suits me.And i was totally unsatisfied by the Product so I'm asking for Product return and Refund.I have mailed the very next day (04/10/2022).I have sent nearly 6 mails and i called Nearly 10 times for the customer care, but there is no response from WOODLAND.Please check this and Do the needful.I Am a regular customer and please Dont lose a Vauable customer.

                I have ordered an item from Woodland store and cancelled the order on 12 Sep 2022 and yet to get the refund. I contacted the customer care two times and they told i will get the refund with in two weeks. Now its past 20 days and no update on refund. They are not even responding to the emails and queries.

                                  I bought a pair of shoes on 24th August 2022 at your online website - https://www.woodlandworldwide.com.
                                  The product was delivered on 27th August 2022 but the product had quality issues. Quality issues in terms of the shoes having dirty stains on the outer part of the body. I immediately raised a complaint at - [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com for return & to receive clean pair of new shoes & also for change of size, but as of today 13th September 2022, This issue is not resolved.
                                  It has been 16 days from the time of delivery of the product but no resolution from Woodland.

                                  I need help in putting this issue through to the concerned party responsible for providing the solution.

                                  The customer care number provided[protected] is not operable, nobody answers the call, i have called multiple times & stayed on waiting for more than 10-15mins in anticipation of a response.

                                  This is really bad customer service provided by Woodland, and the customer is left hanging without a resolution for the defective product they have sold to the customer. I need a refund of my full amount I paid for this shoes IMMEDIATELY. I will never order from Woodland nor will suggest this brand to any of my friends, family, acquaintances or strangers for this pathetic customer service provided.
