Dear All, this to inform you that woodland team is not responding on the refund of returned product.

I have ordered a shoe but they have delivered imperfect shoe(right shoe bigger than left one) Order no. OR-2485377

I have raised request for return, They have picked the product from me.

Now refund of the returned product is awaited.
They are not replying me on mail, and their customer care is unable to reach.

I have not yet recieved the refund of returned product.

IRCTC refunds in 3 working days, Mynthra, Amazon, flipkart, snapdeal refunds in 30 mins of pick up.

But woodland has not yet refunded post pickup on 7th july 22.
Why very slow, slower than the Gov organization also

    I ordered woodland shoes from its official website and payment done and wait for my order but when I track my order it always shows ready to be shipped. After 1-2 days waiting I cancelled my order but I didn't get money in my account. My order no is OR-2490291. Kindly resolve this issue asap so that I can buy shoes from offline through woodland showroom.

          Dear All,
          The woodland has delivered the shoe which is manufacturing defective shoe.

          Left shoe is ok but right shoe doesn't fit.
          Right one is loose.
          I have raised the request for return and refund but no one has responded yet.
          It has been 3 days.

          Sent email also but one response.
          Kindly refund my money and take back your shoes.

            We placed order from woodland official website on 25 June 2022. Not only the order is not delivered, the tracking says it is not shipped at all. Whole money has been deducted and customer care doesn’t pick up calls nor respond to multiple emails sent to them to resolve the issue.
            Order ID : OR-2481509/SO-2719155.
            If no updates are provided on the order, we might have to proceed to consumer court as this is highly unprofessional.

              On 2nd July 2022 I ordered shoes from woodland worldwide website and successfully payed the amount the amount got debited but order did not get placed I received no mail or message for order Id I tried to contact the customer care but no response as well as mailed them but no response. Either I want the order to get placed the amount to get refunded.

                Woodland is not picking up costumer care call and not responding to costumer care email...this is the poorest service...and they are denying the fact that they allow easy returns.

                  The website hence is totally fraud.
                  And very poor costumer service

                    Hi Woodlands,

                    This is my order Order ID: OR-2475559 and its been more than 10 days the product was picked up and no further updates on this.

                    I keep calling to the customer care and almost waiting for close to 30 min for 3 -4 days and none attended my calls.

                    I keep mailing to the below email ids,

                    and none bothered to respond for my query. Please refund the amount at the earliest.

                      I have ordered a pair of shoes from woodlandworldwide.com, the product got delivered but the product is oversized for me and i want to return the product. Inorder to return the product the website should show the return option, but still the status is shipped so that there is no option for return.
                      There is 48 hour return policy for it. It costed me 2900 INR. Please help me to return and refund the product.

                        I purchased a ladies sports shoes for my daughter on 15.06.2022 for rupees 3897.00 from Woodland Shop at Vellayambalam Trivandrum. The next day it's loop holes teared. The shop authority replaced one with in few days. The replaced shoe have the same issue. I didn't took the purchased and replaced shoe from the shop. Now I want REFUND because those shoes can not be use for wearing.

                          I have purchased a pair of shoes prodoct woodland on 25th Noveber2021 for Rs. 2397/- with the discount of 40% from authorised shawroom at Vadodara Invoice No.202124W019C01578. Shoes are fadedout within six months and another colour appeared on both the shoes which looks very bad. I approached the showroom with the shoes and complained about the condition physically on 26th June 2022 but the salesman at the store were straightaway denied to listen me and said they can't do any thing for the product. the person namely Mr. Vijay at the woodland shawroom at Vadodara Alkapuri said that it was coloured on the shoes . A reputed showroom"s salespersons are not customer friendly and a middleclass person like me are socked of the atitude of sales person of the perticular showroom, I felt that I will never purchase the shoes from woodland nor recommend to anyone for the same as its a waste of money. I had a bad experience of the product as well sales person.

                                I've ordered my woodland creek camel boot from woodlandworldwide.com on 18.06.22 and payment is also done through ccavenue but till now my order is still not verified.                                   My name is vicky darta, I purchased woodland shoes on dated 07 / May / 2022 from your store at panchkula sector 09.
                                  My shoes stitches got ripped within 10 days of wearing it. After that I returned the shoe to shop at sector 09 panchkula on dated 02/jun / 2022.
                                  Since then I am continuously following up with shopkeeper, but they are not responding to calls. Moreover they are saying this is not in our control. Thay can't help me. Response from shopkeeper is really unprofessional.
                                  I am really frustrated and Harassed with this kind of response.
                                  I have to travel all the way from dehradun to panchkula just to get an update about my shoe replacement.
                                  Kindly replace my shoe or return my money back. Almost 20 days have past since I returned shoe to store. But no response from there side.
                                  Hope you will understand my situation and revert to me.

                                    I purchased a shoe for rs.3995 but it was worn out with threads coming out from several places. Since 10 days I have been requesting a return but I have only heard that my product will be picked up but it wasn't. They don't respond to emails or calls. It has been 10 days and such a service from such huge a brand was not expected.

                                        Dear Sir,

                                        I had purchased woodland shoes, bill Invoice no.202209D084C00802, on 7th of June 2022 from Ansal Plaza, Kamma 1, Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh 201012, After 3 days when I polished the shoes with woodland polish, its color changed, when I took shoes to the outlet, they misbehaved there. They said that we will not change this. It is your fault, we will not do this, are you not educated.
                                        Today I went again and asked to send shoes back to the company.. After a heated argument they did so.
                                        Sir I think they will not send shoes to the company. Sir my experience as a customer was very bad.
                                        Please either get my shoes replaced or get them fixed and send to me. I don't want to go back to that outlet in Ansal Plaza.
