Received old product. So I returned it.

It's been more than two weeks. Still I haven't received the refund . No response from customer service.

This is the worst experience I ever had from such a reputed brand.

The woodland has delivered the shoe which is manufacturing defective shoe.

Left shoe is ok but right shoe doesn't fit.
Right one is loose.
I have raised the request for return and refund but no one has responded yet.

We placed order from woodland official website on 25 June 2022. Not only the order is not delivered, the tracking says it is not shipped at all. Whole money has been deducted and customer care doesn’t pick up calls nor respond to multiple emails sent to them to resolve the issue.
Order ID : OR-2481509/SO-2719155.
If no updates are provided on the order, we might have to proceed to consumer court as this is highly unprofessional....

On 2nd July 2022 I ordered shoes from woodland worldwide website and successfully payed the amount the amount got debited but order did not get placed I received no mail or message for order Id I tried to contact the customer care but no response as well as mailed them but no response.
