I have ordered a Woodland sandal for men worth Rs.1791.
Flipkart have put forward offer for the particular item from 24.06.2016 to 26.06.2016.As I have ordered the item I got official notification from Flipkart that they have received my order and shipment will begin soon and will reach my locality by 02.07.2016.After one day I got a message stating that my item has been shipped.I was eagerly waiting for my sandal.But on 29.06.2016 I got a message that my order has been cancelled beacause the city which I opted for delivery is not serviceable and I may order another item.If my locality is not serviceable, they should have informed me the matter at the very immediate moment.But the offer duration was ended 2 days ago.Thus Flipkart cheated me.Please give me justice.

    My name is rohit nehra. i purchase woodland shoe pair (article no.gb1696115, size 42, color d.brown) from your woodland store aero club, shop no-188a, abulane meerut at 07.02.2016 which bill no is n080csh[protected].

    Sir there is a problem in my shoe that both pair is damage from back outer.

    I complained this problem at your authorized store woodland aero club shakuntla complex, opp. m. m. degree college, modinagar at 16.06.2016. but they are not taking any action for solve my problem.
    I want to inform you that please solve my problem and take a fast action on my problem otherwise i will complain in consumer forum.

      Bloody wood land is faking people cheap foot path quality material is being used to manufacture.

      Govt of India should ban this type of fraudulent companies who are cheating customers

        I have purchased 1 pair of shoes for Rs 3695 without any discount offer on 17th April 2016.
        Article number was G[protected].

        At the time of purchase, I told the store manager that left shoe is not comfortable.
        He asked me to wear for few days, then it would be comfortable.

        I took the shoes with me but I was facing issue with the left pair at home as well.
        There was bulge on the inner sole of the left pair.
        I tried to wear for full 1 day but due to bulge there was always a feeling that something is present in the shoe which is causing pain to my ankle.

        I went back to the woodland store, and he assured that it will be repaired and will take 1 week time.
        I said OK, please do that.

        After couple of weeks and few follow-up, they have given me my shoe with half bulge correction.
        Also, there was some other inner pasting issue.

        I told them I wont accept this as I paid full amount for new shoe and not for defective shoe.
        If there is manufacturing defect, then they should give me a new shoe instead of repaired one.
        They said they cant give any replacement.

        Later they told me that they will send this shoe to Gurgaon, India for any further process.
        I have given shoes to them and asked them to offer me the replaced new shoe.

        Really, I am not at all happy with woodland store... Even the cheap shoes have flat inner sole.
        How can such a big brand can sell defective product on full price and not ready to exchange.


        Please give me new shoe instead of defective one.
        Otherwise in my life-time, I would never buy any woodland items and will ask all my relatives and friends to avoid this brand in future.

          I purchased and within 2 months the sole of the shoes starting coming out i showed to Sadguru Bhayandar east from i were i purchased he stick it with a gum n gave it to me but the issue still occurred i have at least given him 3 times for the same issue and in the month of may i can see that the shoes gum is totally come out and i cannot where even the shoes need help dont know what to do with it contact no [protected]

            I raised a complaint as follows.

            I am senthil from chennai. Dec, 2015 i bought men's shoe gc09261 (Size: 44), from aero club (S113), phoenix market city, velachery, chennai-42. Retail invoice:- [protected]

            Some days back i observed that some stitches were not properly through in lower bottom of one piece of the shoe just above the sole. Photos attached (Taken at showroom before handing over for the complaint).
            I can assure this was not wear and tear issue but product defect. You can examine the same to confirm.

            Reason am writing now is the shoe has been taken for repair and not replacement, i see that my request is just about 90 days as mentioned and it is product defect, however it is taken for repair and repair is supposed take 15 days now.
            Why as a customer i need to wait for product defect with a promise for replacement.

            I request to check the product and duly grant me either a replacement or some compensation accordingly.

            After so many reminders they wanted to check the complaint slip which was shown and verified but no use. I just got the shoes without proper explanation or compensation, that mail content as follows:-

            As i mentioned earlier i went to the shop and got my repaired shoes back.

            My question here is was it my fault or product defect, please answer exactly to the question.
            It was on the 90th day i handed over shoe from purchase date ideally covered by warranty promise of woodland.

            I need to know why am not provided the replacement as promised in the bill receipt. Why it is repaired and given as if it is my fault that i broke the shoe. We can very well go for third party examination if needed, the store gave me no update on this part.
            They just handed over the shoe with apologize, i need to know the 'out of warranty" declaration by store was valid or not.

            The stitch is not perfect and it shows, while defect is with product why am forced for a substandard repair that too in waranty period.

            I wonder why customer should be troubled for all this, its invalid.

              T shirt colour fade & poor customer service at showroom

              I have a tshirt and its its colour is faded in just two months. I have submitted it to your showroom and after 10 days they say that the warranty of the colour is of only 1 wash . The way of talking of your staff is very poor, now i m feeling very bad that i have made a mistake that i have buyed a woodland product . Plz take a action against staff and plz think about my warranty....

              Sir i purchased a pair of sandals modalgd1342114 size 44 camel color from aero club karol bagh 5/38 shop no 3 karol bagh ajmal khan road two months back, after using it for two months its pasting got loose and i submitted it to get replaced but store manager asked to talk to customer care, i sent them 4 emails but there was no positive reply, instead of improving their quality company replied the footwear has been used in water and they repaired the sandal sir why should i accept repaired one if there is a problem with the quality of woodland, big company big brand, fake promises i want my money refund or pair replaced

                I am not sure how many of you have faced this or realized that woodland which is supposed to be the manufactures of the toughest shoes have lost its way to the quality.
                I purchased a woodland shoe about 3 years ago, hardly used it regularly. But since i was on site for 8 months, i dint use the shoes. After a month on my return, last week i wear the shoes to office. It put me in shame. (Please check the images.) the bottom of the shoes which is made of rubber started falling in powders in just 4 hours of time. People could get my whereabouts with my footsteps. I am not writing to this for any kind of benefits. But reader trust me i went through a shame at office.In just 4 to 5 hours all powders where ever i walk. My friends made so much fun that i started doubting if i purchased a right one. Please do not buy any woodland shoes. They are so expensive but worthless.Instead by cheap ones and rough use for 3 4 months and throw but not woodland. The sad part is before i could write this i wanted to call woodland and googled and got their number but its not a working number.

                Woodland is no longer woodland. Its just cheap.

                  I bought shoes (Article No. L22816, Size 41, Color Black) from woodland store in MGF Metropolitan Mall, MG Road, Gurgaon on 6h December, 2015. As the shoe was comparatively expensive (MRP approx. 7500 Rs) the sale executive at store assured me that the shoe will not have any wrinkles and the shoe is worth buying even at such high price.

                  However, after using only for 4-5 days, both shoe got wrinkles, which were so severe (Specifically right leg shoe it was very severe) that even a shoe worth Rs. 1000 also don’t have that kind of wrinkles. I returned the shoes at your store on 29th December, 2015 vide repair slip no 170 dated 29th December, 2015 (Copy of repair slip is attached herewith), with request of refund amount, as the quality is so low that it’s not worth of even 2, 000 Rs for which I paid approx. 6, 000 Rs. After discount, After waiting for approx. 3 months, I was conveyed that shoe even has not been replaced, it just repaired and even after repair I notice that shoe is not of worth using.

                  Considering the brand image of woodland, I don’t know how woodland is making such shoes and selling at so high prices. This is what I never expected from such big brand, and even after so many complaints and follow ups the shoe has been returned with such bad repairing.

                  the attitude of store manager, ASM and customer care executive also too very pessimistic and non cooperative.

                      The shoe purchased from your outlet at kalyan (G-1, mahaveer shopping kalyan.
                      Even after paying about 4, 500/-, i am disgusted to say that even though i am a regular user woodland shoes.
                      I will never opt or advice others to buy one.
                      The shoe was purchased on 28th april,
                      Within a week the lace worn out due to the rivets. The retailer has taken my complaint, b ut i will not accept any alterations in it. I will only settle for another piece. This is nearly tenth year i am using woodland shoes. I hope you take nessessery action, and replace the shoe with a fresh one.
                      Looking forward to a healthy customer and dealer relationship.

                          Just to brief the issue, i had purchased a pair of footwear items from one of the woodland outlet i. E located in noida-spice mall " aero club, nec spice world mall, against the retail invoice no. D020csh[protected] on 1st may.

                          After wearing the footwear, both soles were broken within 15 minute and that too when i was in one of the mall with my family. I was so embarrassed as i could not walk around.

                          I had requested for replacement of the product against the repair

                          Woodland being one of the reputed brand in the market is selling such an great quality of products in the market, then how can a customer would trust its products in future.

                          I could have taken the repaired item if issue was not such big... But it seems entire shoes is defective...

                            I bought woodland sandals and they got damaged within 5 months. The local showroom is not helping. I sent email to Woodland customer care but there is no reply from them. I give here the email I have sent them.

                            The plastic lock in the main strap in one of my sandals is broken. It is only five months since I bought this product. When I took my sandal to the shop where I bought it, I was told that they only sell items but don't do repair services. I was advised to mail to woodlands customer care (this email ID).

                            I took my sandals to the Woodland showroom in Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli. I was told they can help me only if I had purchased the product from them directly. I feel this is not fair.

                            I think I can expect a product from such high quality brand to last much longer than 5 months. I want to know if I can get a replacement for this product. It would be convenient if I can get this solved in some Woodland outlet in my place. So I request you to let me know what I should do now.

                              Baught a woodland shoe gc 092611oy15, from pune mahahrastra within 3 months shoelace holder broke down and was humiliated at my hotel. Being a chef was very much disappointed in the restaurant went to the showroom and they said will repair it for me after 3 weeks they gave me after repairing after 5 months the other pair got broken from the same place. Please i request the team to replace my shoes. I have a strong believe in woodland. And wear only woodland.

We contacted kamla nagar showroom, and ask them to replace the shoe but they refused. After 15bday they had returnedus therepajred shoe.                                   I am a Woodland fan since last 10 years. I am using woodland footwear regularly and quite satisfied with the quality. But recent experience with Woodland raised certain question about brand value of Woodland.

                                  I bought a pair of sandals from Woodland store Dombivali (Mumbai). It was a new arrival hence no discount and no other offer. We bought it at the price of Rs. 2399. We were expecting good performance as usual with the product. But to out surprise, with 4-5 days o[censored]se its sole got split, threading got torn and some fancy buckle came out. We went to the store and complained. They took the product for repair. We received the product back after almost 10 days. It was repaired vey poorly. Finishing of repair was very bad like a road side cobbler. We again returned it. Then we got the product back after a week. Once again the repair done was poor. But we took the product as it was okey to use. But to our surprise with 3-4 days o[censored]se it again got the almost same problems as earlier. This time, we complain to the Woodland customer care email id. They asked us to deposit product at store for inspection and repair by their staff. We went to the store and deposit the product. We were asked to wait for 10 days. After 10 days we went to the store, the store person was still keeping sandals with him unrepaired. We contacted customer care again. This time they got it inspected. But they said as the product has wear and tear and roughly used so they can not repaired it / exchange it / refund it. They even said that my wife does not wear sandal properly.

                                  Now my questions:
                                  Does anyone expect this kind poor quality from Woodland?
                                  Does anyone expect this kind of poor customer service from Woodland?
                                  Does Woodland has right to disgrace a woman because she found their product defective?
                                  Don't we have the right to demand the service and quality for the price we paid for the product?
                                  Should we accept a defective item, cheaply repaired and not Up to the mark as per price?

                                  Woodland is proving to be worst brand for customer service.

                                  After this post, I received a call from someone claiming to be from Woodland India. He offered me that Woodland will refund my money and asked for my bank account details. I gave the account details. The next day they called me again and told that they want to transfer money to my account with some "Not known to me" mode of transfer. Even manager of my Bank (ICICI) does not know that mode (something like IMT). Then they say that can not transfer money from any other mode.

                                  I do not know whether they are from real Woodland India or some fraudsters.
                                  After this post, I received a call from someone claiming to be from Woodland India.                                     We submitted a sandal on 23 March on outlet at jailroad . when after chasing of 3 weeks I visited to collect my products and I was returned a product with more damage . Iam being told that I don't even recognize my product . I submitted the product for bad pasting issue and I was returned a tamperd product . now I will need to wait for another few weeks sourabh solanki the store manager is least bothered to even attend an address the issue . as a customer Iam not sure what Iam suppose to do next with such a crap service

                                      Usually my family, friends like to use your products for 10 years and i wish this company progress day by day. Sir, last month i purchase woodland shoes from your outlet at distt una, himachal pradesh but shoe threads worn out & pair design has defect. As i showed shoes to your manager after three days of purchase and he has accepted it but refuse to change these shoes. I have humble request try to sort out this issue on your basis to keep company loyal customers.
