        Made a recent purchase of another woodlands shoes; reluctantly saying I'm extremely disappointed with it. In the wake o[censored]tilizing it for not exactly a month there shows harms on the stuck regions. Asking for the prompt substitution of the same. Kindly do the required ASAP. Otherwise I ll forward the same to consumer court.

        Note: Submitted the product for replacement at the same Woodlands outlet of purchase. Need the product being replaced at the earliest of max 3 days.

        After 1 year or maybe i have not noticed it earlier my shoes started making a very irritating sound. Sometime its shameful in office and other places. please tell me what the hell is this happening & how can i overcome it?

            It's clearly mentioned that Full Length Socks for Men. But I received socks of different size i.e. for kids. Over & above RETURNS/REPLACEMENT is not allowed. The situation for me now is wrong items dumped on me which is certainly misselling & cheating. It will be certainly a BAD experience from Woodland.

            I just checked one socks & after looking at the size immediately put it back in the pouch. No question o[censored]sing or trying it arises in this case.

            The sandals having cost of Rs 2400/I purchased from the Thrissur M G Road show room by the month of September and damaged within two months.Unfortunately I lost the Bill. When I complaint for the same the vendors didn't pay any attention for my grievance. This is very pathetic .

              Good expirence - we r purchasing woodland shoes last 10 to 12 years from your mumbai goregaon regional store but suddenly that store permanently close from there and one thing i want to tell u that staff was very cooperative and thay was know how to handle the customer and how to talk with customer.
              Bad expirence - on this new year we r going malad west s. V. Road to purchase the shose but that store manager using very rough languages with us he say i[censored] want to purchase otherwise don't purchase we r not force to u. This is a not a language talk with customer we r 6 friend's we r always regularly wear woodland brand and we r proud to woodland shoes.
              We r personally say u please tell to that manager use good language with customer and corporate to customer. Thank u. Happy new year to all woodland staff.

                Manufacture defect article has been sold by salesmanager .Actual the shoes are different from the article number on box is different when i ask him to exchange in the next day due to the lace rivit has been broken.sales manager used unusaul launguage he unable to do the exchange

                  I have bought brand new woodland shoe trusting it delivers quality product.
                  Unfortunately, i got a product which has problem with it's ground balance and soles.
                  Replacement request has been raised on date 02/10/2016 with the store located in meenakshi mall, bangalore - 560076 and receipt no for the same is 264.
                  They promised saying that it would be replaced in a week after checking the product.

                  It is seriously frustrating waiting for so long and when we hear rash behaviour from the woodland store person.

                  Please serve my request on priority.

                    I have purchased the woodland shoe from Alis shoes (Opp Apsara Theatre Ghandi Nagar Jammu) on date 09.10.2016 against Bill number 2215-. But shoe was defective and sole had been opened. So I have sent back the shoes to the dealer on date 06.10.2016 then he sent back the defective shoes in your factory 12.10.2016 through to track on courier number-[protected] same has been delivered on 15.10.2016.

                    Request to you Please send my shoes on urgent basis. I am regular purchase the woodland shoes.Please understand my problem.

                      I had purchased a pair of trousers from woodlands, parlepoint surat. the same i gave it for alteration purpose and the manager in charge asked me to collect the next day.
                      i also asked him to call me in case it was not ready the next day.
                      the next day when i went to collect my trousers was not ready, and the manager was least bothered in giving me any justifications for the same.
                      i found this to be highly irresponsible of him, he was neither apologetic nor bothered about his customer service.
                      i suppose u need to make him realize the same

                        My purchased shoes from woodland has manufacture defect, i could find the defect when i wore it for one day, there is defect between heel and heel cap, there is no proper size alignment between them. when i approached woodland showroom at vijayapur (586101) for replacing the same, they refused to get it replaced, i have paid rs 3229 including shoe polish. it is unbearable to use the same shoes, so i kindly request you to get it replaced the same or refund the amount. i have attached photograph and bill.

                          I just want to bring to your notice that I have bought a pair of shoes a week before & after wearing 2-3 times it has been observed that right side shoe is not fitting which of size 44 & the left one is having no issues. At the time of purchase they assured me that after wearing it will fit you properly but I've rashes around my right toe after wearing it & it quite painful to continue with that. I went to the shop & he is denying to replace it for a different size as well as while purchasing it was having 50% OFF while purchasing 2 but no he is telling to take a new one with 35% OFF. It seems that such a company selling items for a long term is less bothered about the consumers.

                              Hello sir/madam,

                              I have bought a pair of ballerinas worth rs. 5495/- from woodland store, aero club d009, karol bagh, khan market on 01.10.2016, friday. after wearing it just for one day, my ankle start bleeding profusely (pictures of which are enclosed). i went to the store for replacing my faulty pair of ballerinas 04.10.2016 and they assured me to the best they can once the piece gets returned by the company. on 13.10.2016 i again went after assuring that my piece is repaired, the shopkeeper told me to look for another pair of sandals and they will make the reciept of the remaining amount or else i can buy the products later on if i am not liking any prodct right now. i felt very happy and satisfied that i am definetly in that ambience where the staff is very cooperative and don't differentiate between the buyers and replacers (that generally projected by the other dealers). i selected a pair of sandal worth rs. 2695/- and politely asked them to give me slip of the remaining amount as currently i am unable to choose another piece for me or if they could give me the remaining amount. i also assured them that next time i will use that slip if given by them, with in a month or two and will buy whenever they will have a new collection.
                              Suddenly, they all started shouting at me and forced me to buy another pair of shoes worth of the total cost of my earlier piece (rs. 5495/-) otherwise, they will not give me a single penny. subsequently, they asked me to buy anything costlier than that so that no issue of this kind of refund or slip written could be done by them. i was totally shocked with the kind of service they are giving, their behaviour and their nature to bully the customer, who are not obeying as per their order/declaration.
                              I am sorry to say but i am seriously hurt with their this kind of response. now, this time i am not hoping for a positive reply but a solution so that these matters could be dealt in future as these incidents really tarnish the image of the company.
                              And one more request please don't ask me to visit the same shop again because today's experience was very humiliating for me.

                                I placed one order on 03/09/2016 (Please find attachment ) that is in discount and many times i follow up for my product but till now i got update from support team that i can get this week and then i get updates i will get tomorrow and again day after tomorrow .

                                But today i called to [protected] Support number and they update me -I am not going to get this order because customer refuses this order. then i update then that i don't get call also to refuses that order.
                                Support team are deney to give this order .

                                  I am a regular customer of Woodland but for last few instances, I am not satisfied with the product quality. This time I bought a formal shoes and could not use even for twice. I went to the showroom they asked me for repairing and they returned after 15-20 days but after using just once the front portion of the shoe got opened like any cheap company shoe and sole got separated too.

                                      I had bought a woodland shoe which I was only able to wear on weekends as the job profile calls. And it was only for abt 1 and half months( hardly about 10 days ) that I could wear it when I found the sole starting to take off the shoe. The next time when I wore it was when it almost came off at the front part. I visited one of the outlets wher they told me to get the bill. The next weekend I went with the bill as I dont get much of off time in weekdays and thats when I was shocked to see the quality of their service. I couldn't convince the executive in shop for the bill date format which was in month date year.. then I thought it better to visit the outlet where I bought this model. They understood my problem and they seemed like they were happy to help. They promised me that this piece ll be replaced with another one as it can be easily seen that it hasn't been worn much. I was delighted to hear those words which just boosted me with confidence that justice shall be served. But it was about after a couple of weeks that I recieved the shock saying they will be sending my shoe to the company for them to verify it.. I was like what were u doin keeping it in ur shop all these days..!? They just told me that they had misplaced my shoe somewhere n they ll be sending it now for which I ll have to visit their outlet again n get another reciept as it wont be accounted for replacement if they send it now with the old reciept.. I visited them that weekend and got new reciept of that date. It was already 2 months by now since the date I bought. I lately recieved a call from them saying they have received my shoe n has been repaired. I was shocked to hear this as I was promised with a replacement and ended up with repair. They told me that the damage was not enough to be replaced. I, left with no option went to them n found my shoe in no state to like n wear it. Though the model number matched with the bill I had, the shoe wasn't the way I had left it. I dint take that shoe back left it right there with them and just came over. U can resell that shoe woodland. U have my permission. I am not blaming anyone here.. I am only blaming myself for going for woodland even after my friends had told me not to. So here I would refer to anyone planning to buy a woodland to rather go for caterpillar wher u can definitely find the same woodland kind of eye catchy models and with way lot better customer service for a little price difference. Please improve ur service woodland as its 4 o[censored]s friends now who lost interest in u now n u wouldnt be able to handle it if the number keeps raising.

                                        I had purchased a pair of shoes in dec 2015 from a woodland store in bandra west mumbai a black strap high heel shoe. I paid rs 1688 i wore it thrice and in the month of feb the strap in the front came off. I could have had a nasty fall fortunately i noticed it in time it was ld135113black 38 footwear leather subsequently i went to the store at the bandra oulet and was told the shoe would be sent to the company they gave me a customer care receipt, i left it with the store manager i kept following it up with him his name was devendra he had taken my mobile no and there was no reply though he promised to get in touch. After 2months he told me that the company could not repair but i could take another pair instead i came several times to the shop but could not find my size or something that i liked in the interim period my husband was very ill and passed away in jan 2016 now they say the manager at the store says that you cannot take a pair so the company has taken my shoe has not given me a replacement nor a refund and is now saying that i cannot get a replacement how do i resolve this issue
