I bought a pair of shoes and and within 15 days the stitching started coming off, but at that time i thought it might be a minor issue and i didnt pay much heed.THings started getting worse month later and it is then i contacted amazon.

I bought a pair of boots and within a year the soles became unglued. What?? the soles had stiching and should not have been glued. Obviously the stitches were fake and just for looks and to fraud people into thinking the boot had sound construction...UNTRUE! Woodland has never answered my calls or tried to resolve this matter. DO NOT BUY WOODLAND PRODUCTS!!!

I had purchased the woodland jacket JC 251 on 28th Nov. Within week, there were bubbles on the jacket. It is not acceptable at all from the brand like woodland. I'm regular customer of woodland shoes from past 8-10 yrs. But first time I purchased the Woodland jacket and the result is horrifying. I'm getting scolded by people around me for putting Rs 5000 in jacket and getting the product which has life less than street product. Please find the suitable solution for the issue. Also, I purchased the jacket on 28th Nov and due to clubbing of offer, dealer gave the wrong bill of 10th Nov I gave it to dealer for the repair, but today I received it back as it is...Wodland did not repair the jacket as per the policy and they returned stating there is not much defect on the jacket. It seems like as per woodland customer invest 5000 rs. in there jacket and even after bubbles and defect should keep wearing it without complaining. It seems like Woodland products are worst than street products. Attaching bill and replacement slip. Request you to please take severe action on this. 5000 is not a small amount and still WOODLAND has given such a wague response. Looking forward for any action. Many Thanks.

I am retired government officer in Delhi. I bought a pair of shoes from woodland, M/S Aero Club shop no.2 : Main Market, Sarojini Nagar New Delhi 110023, on 10.06.2015. Shoe Model No. M4F7163G Brown 41 Footwear (Leather), I used that shoe only for 20 days and then suddenly Sole got separated from the top potion. I rushed to Woodland store manager and then after lots of discussion he sent it for repair. I got repaired shoes back after one month . After using the repaired shoes for few days again the inner portion of shoes is coming out . I didn’t expect this kind of problem in shoes manufactured in reputed brand companies like woodland . I feel very sorry that i purchased shoes from woodland company as even after paying Rs 4000 it was a mismatch of my expectations and the quality you offered. I trusted the brand name and the quality you used to offer earlier. But woodland have broken my trust. I will never ever recommend any one to buy shoes from woodland. In just six months after purchasing the shoes form woodland in Rs 4000 the shoes required repair work twice. Firstly the soul got separated in just few day after purchasing and then the inner rubber came out . After dropping mail woodland customer care I have been told to submit the shoes in woodland store and i got it back after around 15 days . The rubber portion which has been repaired by woodlandis itching the leg . If Rs 4000 are not enough to maintain the durability of shoes for at least 1 year then no one should opt for Woodland. That’s very sad that Woodland offering such a cheap quality and charging so much for the shoes that can’t even last long for just one year. It’s very disappointing that woodland is not providing the quality for which it was known earlier.

Worst ever Customer experience from Woodlands, I purchased a footwear article no;GD.485 SIZE 42 COLOR CAMEL but its buckle is complaint.So i give your Woodland Showroom AERO CLUB Woodland store:(9087), TK ROAD, SCS JN, THIRUVALLA for Repair on the date 23-10-15 within Warranty period. They said that your footwear was not repairable at here so we r sending your footwear to woodland policy is 15-20 days.But after two month the footwear was not return to me i called in their shop but they answered badly to me.When i called many times to customer care but they replied very carelessly and i went to shop on three times but they avoid imperfectly . When i compare the Woodland Company as to give importance for customer but your shop not give any importance."If you cannot Repaired this footwear please Replaced with new one". Consider this mail as my last request and if you will not give me any confirmation within 2 days through you guys then I will go to consumer court and they will deal with you.Because i cannot use your footwear on any occasions and i have many lost . i did not expect such performance from company.. I have purchased woodland leather shoe of grey color worth Rs. 4500/- from Patna Show room near Dak Bangla. After wearing of three days it's sole got few cracks. This happen in one shoe initially & next day other shoe sole also become crack at various place. Me and my husband were terribly misbehaved by the store manager of woodland Infinity Mall, Malad, Mr.Santosh Vaishya when we went to return the shoes that we bought from woodland Vashi Sector 17 store . We have been blamed that the shoes are in used condition where as my husband had just tried them out home just to check the sizes . It was a surprise gift from me to my husband but unfortunately the size did not match ..For more than a month we tried to co-ordinate with the vashi store to bring the bigger size in the same shoes but as the stock was not available we had to ask for the exchange . The store manager of Vashi store thus suggested to go to Malad infinity store which is the nearest store to our place and get it returned but we were thoroughly misbehaved by Mr. Santosh . He did not want to help that's why he tried to lie that they are not in salable condition and blah blah and started arguing with us. I also work for retail management but had never known how can a store manager be so ill behaving ? A brand like woodland whose products me and my family uses since years can recruit such a shallow guy ? Then we traveled all the way to Vashi and the store manager of Vashi Sec 17 store who is a gem of person helped us out to return it. we not only returned the shoes but also bought woodland product for more than 30, 000/- that day. I am really hurt and I want this complaint to be taken on serious note so that no loyal customer of Woodland should be suffered like us when they visit Infinity Malad store.

I bought a Shoe in Brookfields, Coimbatore before going for a trekking. i asked for a trekking shoe. Shop keeper suggested one based on my requirements.(water proof, skid proof, should be fine in rough weather(0 degree)). Got it for 4k. In just three days of trekking, leather in the toe part started getting pealed off.

I bought a pair of woodland shoes from retail store. The Shoe model gc 1042111S is on sale 40 %. MRP shown was 3985. On the website, woodlandworldwide.com the same shoes with gc 1042111W instead of gc 1042111S and a light brown camel color is priced at 3295 and after discount online price is 2000.
For diwali what seems to me is they raised the mrp and created a new label model number gc 1042111S for the same product and selling at discounted price.

I ended up paying 600 more. and felt cheated.

I purchased woodland shoes worth Rs.4240 (including Brown polish) from Woodland showroom located in GIP mall, Sector 18, Noida on September 26, 2015.

The look when i purchased is dark (PFA-211003) . after 10-15 days o[censored]se i polished the shoes after removing the dirt by using the hard bush(Woods). Even after polishing with Brown colour polish the look of the shoes is dull(PFA_164621). Doesn’t looks like i have polished.

From past 5 years I’m using woodland shoes of same type and didn’t faced any problem. I'm not at all satisfied with this product.It's frustrating that i have spent Rs.4000 and even after polishing, it doesn't look good(faded). Even i showed the same in the showroom i purchased. They asked to mail/call the customer care.

Please resolve this issue at earliest by replacing/refund of money.

I purchased one pair of shoes today from a factory outlet where it was displayed a 40% discount but at the time of billing the cahier charged 20 % extra plus vat at 12.5% means against the noted line MRP including all taxes. I have bill and payment receipt. The sale is as on 25..10.2015 quite unethical and misleading attracting a consumer refressal if not, a suit will be filed accordingly.

Shoes purchase on date 21-09-15 shoes damage date 25-09-15 i given to shopkeeper on date 26-09-15 to repairr shoes and he said your shoes was not repairable at here so we r sending your shoes to h.o department delhi woodland policy is 15-20 days repair day but on date 21-10-15 the shoes was not return to me i called in customer care but no one asnwered me correct i purchase my shoes @ maninagar woodland store

Sir, I purchased my woodland footwear from parinthalmanna Shoroom it karala (state) Malappuram (Dist) on 12/8/2015.after 4 week footwear becom fade. It's foot touching part Chang dim Colour & material become damage ! Please any response reply

Initially when I bought the shoe there was a problem, My toes were hurting when asked with the shop people they said since its new its happening like that. After we use it for say 4-6 months It will be fine. So i had not bothered to raise a complaint. But now its been long time, almost close to an year. It still is causing me the same trouble. I placed an online order for a sandals worth 3195/- through credit card EMI option on Sep 11 2015 with order number 119404. I waited for a week but I did not get the delivery. I called up customer service and they said with 24hrs they would dispatch but dint happen. Again after 3 days i called up they took another 24hrs but not delivered. Later I called and asked to cancel the order and refund money because of the poor service, the agent on the phone agreed to refund and said I would receive confirmation SMS by evening but I got nothing. Next day morning when I called about my refund the agent was very rude and said they cannot refund instead the wil deliver the product which I don't require anymore and refused to transfer call to supervisor.

I purchased shoes on 1/09/2015 from shop M/S Aero club woodland store shop no. C-173, Jail Road Fateh Nagar. sole was in such a poor condition my feet when i walked can be seen from b/w leather and sole.Repair slip no.307 on[protected], promised to deliver me shoe by a week but all vain. I have to leave outstaion n will return in 2 months, poor customer dealing by workers of showroom.

have purchased one shoes from woodlandworldwide.com . Order no 117923 amount Rs 2427 on 27 aug 2015 . When i received the shoes on1st september i found it is more than 2kg weight and look wise it is bulky . Immidiately i have called woodland to exchange the shoes with other light shoes . Firstly they refused then after mailing and several phone call they take the shoes return back through their courier partner on 5th september 2015 . and i have asked them to exchange the shoes with another shoes with another article they agree . i have given them the article no in the mail . But when i called them in 10th september they told me that the discount is finished we can not order the shoes . i have asked them to return my money they firstly got agreed and told it will take 45 days to reach your cheque to your home, i have agreed for that . when i have called them on 22nd september 2015 customer care told me that we will talk to our management whether we can return your money or not . after so many phone call to customer care till date they are not willing to return the money

This complaint is regarding Woodland store Shop No. 10 UGF Shipra Mall, Ghaziabad. A pair of sandals with some defect was submitted to the store for repair on 09.08.15 and the date of delivery was 30.08.15, the article is not yet received and every time we follow up, there is no definitive response from the shop owner.
