Dear Sir,
I am regular buyer of Woodland products and I have purchased several goods in the past for my personal use. Always, I trust the product quality and the service provided after purchase . Recently, I bought my leather shoe from Woodland showroom, Malad Infinity Mall, MUMBAI for Rs 2500/-. with some expectation. To my disappointment, within One month -I see the product is defective and i have got severe Shoe bite on both my foot. I went to the showroom in the month of (MAY, 2015) and showed my condition and told them i could only wear it for two or three day in same month, he asked me to bring the product and we will repair it within 10-15 days. When i called them in the month of (MAY, 2015) within stipulated time frame they responded another one week time, so following week i had gone to collect the Shoe in the month of (JUNE, 2015), assuming that the Shoe might have got repaired and i would wear it without any worries.
To my utter surprise, when i wore it and walked few yards, the problem remains the same. I again got the Shoe bite on both my foot and could not manage much as i had to go to office in morning.
I request you to refund my money back or give me replacement with some good product which can be manageable. I am disappointed with the services provided to me. I hope you please take my CASE on HIGH PRIORITY bases and please no excuse this time... I don't want anyone to face same problem and urge you guys to improve your QUALITY SERVICE. BIG BRAND but NO QUALITY SERVICE.
In the end i can't wear this SHOE at all...
I hope to look forward to my response ASAP...
