I have purchased woodland shoe of green color worth Rs. 3500/-. after one year only it's sole got few cracks. thsi is found only in one shoe (Right). The other shoe is in good condition.     Purchased an woodland Shoe form its original site with order No.108730 on 06/26/2015. with an expectation that woodland products are the most durable one, but with my current experience by using this product I'm totally unsatisfied. The threads of the shoes are automatically coming out. Was not expecting such a worst product from woodland. I feel like i have totally wasted my money,

      I purchase a wallet on 12.07.2015 via receipt no 2509 rs. 849.00 but color of black wallet change to white at different part of the wallet. i made the complaint at Gorakhpur ( up) but they polished the wallet in black color. But after few days same problem occur, the wallet color turned to white from black. kindly do the needful . thanking you.

        I had purchased this shoes on 03/03/15 at Rs4640.00 and also purchased shoe shiners at Rs 245.00

        I had taken this shoe and noticed the left shoe has a light brown colour and right shoe has dark brown colour by 27/3/15 and same day i took the shoe at the store i had purchased.

        Manager also agreed to the difference between the shoes and sent it to company for review and the complaint number is CF-65.

        As woodland promises a return of product i was expecting the same but i got it returned just with polish applied after 25 days.

        Manager of the store promises me the next time i face this issue the shoe will be replace with no questions.

        Again i had the same issue followed-up within a week.

        This is not only a shame for me to wear it but also for the woodland brand and the promises it makes about the service and replacement.

        I was asked to re-submit for review and got it back polished and nothing about the return.
        Got back the shoe again after 15 days.
        Again polished .

        this time i didn;t collect it from the Woodland outlet in jayanagar 4th block.

        -And upon questioning the customer care i received the response as they didnt find any wear and tear on the shoe so they cannot replace it as per policy.

        If that is the thing then why did you promise about the zero maintenance and replacement of product in 3 months and life time service warranty.

          I purchased a pair of woodland shoe GC 1120111W13 ( blue colour) on 22/12/14. Because i liked the design and colour of the shoe. Bt after 3 months of occassional use the colour of the rubber material turned yellowish( which was previously white) I am very much disappointed about this product because the reason for my buying is no more. Kindly look into this matter

            I brought woodland footwear on dates 16.06.15 from andheri store near nadko market. which cost me around 3000/- INR. Before a month sandle is start fading its color. The color was dark black which is spread on my legs and I got skin problem due to it. when i launched complaint against it on the same store. store manager take me more 10 days for R&D. after lots follow ups he is returning me the same shoes and telling me tht we will repair it again and again. M I fool to spend the 3000/- rs and taking lots of follow up to defective product??? I need my amount refund.. or else i will file this case on consumer court...

              Dear Sir / Mam, This is to inform you that i am Avinash Sharma, and i am very loyal and regular customer of yours, even i used to strongly recommend your product to my all friends and relatives, but this time i really had a bad experience with your product . in the month of Feb 2015 i purchased a woodland shoes from your mahagun outlet vaishali, just after 3 months the shoe leather was totally damaged and all the layers of the shoes went visible with a very rubbish look, as the vacation seasons were going on so i went to my home town, when i returned back to Delhi i went to your Mahagun store as well as i spoke to the customer care toll free number also[protected] with the above said complain, they are ready to short out the problem but they stated that i need to click a picture and send the same to the customer care department will take about 10 to 15 days to get it done, till the time i have to wait . As after the unsatisfactory solution given by your employee it seems that i have to purchase a new shoes for the time being as its a very necessary accessories for daily use, apart from that again i have to make a follow up and visit at your store to check out the status of the same, as you are also aware that the profession i belongs to have a very busy schedule and its a very tough task to filter out some time for these unnecessary issues. Being such a reputed brand this type of quality and service is not except able. So i request to the concern person that kindly look into the matter and do the needful either by refunding money or by replacing the product from your store ASAP.                   Myself Brajendra Kumar Porwal Age:33 years, working in a government organization in India.I am the regular customer of Woodland since last 10 years. On dated 27/07/2015 I have made a purchase of Woddland Shoes from M/s. Aero Club Woodland Store Shop no. 49-b, Garh Road, Meerut, Uttar Pradesh India VIDE BILL no. 1395 /2015267 Date: 26/07/201, amount 3095 Rs. SMC:TEM04.The description of item is item no. GC 0580108W13 CAMEL 42 FOOTWEAR (LEATHER). The shoes are making a heavy noise on walking. This noise is from the rubbing of leather with socks. As the walking distance is long the noise goes louder. After visiting to WOODLAND outlet they shows that nothing can be done, you have to use that any how. On purchasing of such costly item this irritating noise can not be affordable. So kindly make an arrangement to change this model with another model and difference of the price will be paid to your outlet.

                    i bought a pair of shoes worth Rs 3520 from sec 14 gurgaon. till then i have submitted this pair two times for repair. and they are torn again. i request you to provide a permanent solution because it is not working out i cant submit my shoes again and again.like this. i am really tired of all this

Unfortunately after some days one shoe upper side material start melting in small size and day by day increasing on size, according customer care I deposited in Shopperstop with receiving Where purchased.                           Just Reminding again - It is my kindness that still I am waiting for your response, but I think it would be good if I take some action against you guys because of just keeping me wait and wait. I am shocked that how you people deal with your customers with such kind of services, really un-tolerable. I bought shoes and within 12 days, it shown its quality. More than 1 month has been going to pass and still I didn't get any favorable response from your side. Consider this mail as my last request and if you will not give me any through you guys then I will go to consumer court and they will deal with you and for any circumstances, you guys will be responsible.                             Dear Sir, I am regular buyer of Woodland products and I have purchased several goods in the past for my personal use. Always, I trust the product quality and the service provided after purchase . Recently, I bought my leather shoe from Woodland showroom, Malad Infinity Mall, MUMBAI for Rs 2500/-. with some expectation. To my disappointment, within One month -I see the product is defective and i have got severe Shoe bite on both my foot. I went to the showroom in the month of (MAY, 2015) and showed my condition and told them i could only wear it for two or three day in same month, he asked me to bring the product and we will repair it within 10-15 days. When i called them in the month of (MAY, 2015) within stipulated time frame they responded another one week time, so following week i had gone to collect the Shoe in the month of (JUNE, 2015), assuming that the Shoe might have got repaired and i would wear it without any worries. To my utter surprise, when i wore it and walked few yards, the problem remains the same. I again got the Shoe bite on both my foot and could not manage much as i had to go to office in morning. I request you to refund my money back or give me replacement with some good product which can be manageable. I am disappointed with the services provided to me. I hope you please take my CASE on HIGH PRIORITY bases and please no excuse this time... I don't want anyone to face same problem and urge you guys to improve your QUALITY SERVICE.                               Recently i bought a pair of woodland shoes for jogging purpose. but upon wearing i found that there is a small design issue with the shoes due to which it actually hurts my feet on wearing the shoes. The rear nerve of my feet has been seriously hurt due to the hard material that lies with the pair of shoes. I am able to use the shoes comfortably and it serves no purpose of mine. I need to exchange the pair of shoes or need my money back.

                                hey, i had purchased a pair of shoes from gandhidham gujarat WL showroom bt within 2 month its sole torn and its side started ripping. i complaints abt it where from i purchased he says i will get it repair and will be provided within 10 days, i agreed and didn't said anything of refunding of money or whtever. later on i got the same after 15 days bt carried out without seeing as they had packed with box. when i just saw at home i surprised! shoes condition was bad then worse. quickly again i gone to show room bt he backed out abt it and says i we repaired it well. nw don't knw nothing. how bloody they are making fool to the people. very cheap quality and cheapest are its seller.

                                  I purchased a shoe from paschim vihar woodland showroom, within a month the shoe sole was torn. When I complaint the shoe defect to the showroom and asked for refund/replacement. They took it from me and said we will take 7 days and send the shoe to company head office and will inform you. To my surprise nobody called or informed me after one week, and when I went to the showroom again they said it will take another few days and they will inform me. Again nobody inform me. After many days of follow up they said they have pasted the sole. I paid money in showroom not for repaired item but for new one so give me refund of my money as you have harassed me a lot by selling defective piece and now saying me to take it post repair. because I paid full amount for new piece I bought from woodland showroom paschim vihar.

                                    Disguisting Quality of Floaters I have purchased a Floaters from Woodland for the Authorised Showroom itself. I have been an extremely great admirer of Woodland products in the past 6-7 years. I had never ever encountered such issue with Woodland ever. Normally I purchase the Woodland products on discount seasons and lkeep it for later use. I never ever think about the fact that I need to test it under warranty period to detect any issue related to it as per my past experience and thus the same happened this time as well. I purchased this Woodland Floaters months ago but when I tried first time for my vacation tour to a hill station I have found that it got torned from the side. I felt REALLY REALLY miserable. So to prevail and sustain this unparallel and such a great concrete trust I had with Woodland so far I need some strict and firm action in this context.                                       The mail comes in reference to the purchase I did with woodland outlet at dahisar thakur mall mumbai, dated on 14/01/2015 out of which almost for 1.5 month in total till date the shoes is with wooland for following reason. Following are the list of problem I had faced and facing till date. 1)Â Color deficiency, dark color and light color in the pair, to which I requested for some solution, also Pasting removed from various side of shoes, for which I had given it and received it after 10 days. 2) After the store manager found there is some color deficiency. he asked me to given the shoe for color fade issue, at which the shoes was returned to me after 25 days, once I received pair again I found the leather had become weak due to rubbing of leather for shade. 3 ) Lastly again, I had found that the same problem of pasting being again removed from various side of pair in both shoe, with leather becoming more weak day by day, the pasting done earlier also have started to remove resulting into a feeling to throw and not wear the shoe again.. I had submitted my pair again at the store. 4) The shoe laces are total very bad quality, as shown in the picture.. I had attached the images of my present shoe condition along with date of purchase, Bill of fade color issue, pasting Bill. which in total had given my purchase worth 3500rs for 3 times in last 4 months. Requesting you to give me REPLACEMENT rather then giving me pasting done again or any commitment..which is purely not acceptable.. I had faith with the brand and its right now I am standing no where. After a complain on customer care on 11/05/2015, I got a reply that the problem shall be resolved within 10 days and it have been more then at days I have not received a word from them.                                         I have purchased a woodland T shirt on 26.01.2015 which has got damaged on wearing a same day. Subsequently i have approached the retail outlet and they refuse to change . Please look into this and arrange to rectify the same immediately...
