Hello sir/madam,

I have bought a pair of ballerinas worth rs. 5495/- from woodland store, aero club d009, karol bagh, khan market on 01.10.2016, friday. after wearing it just for one day, my ankle start bleeding profusely (pictures of which are enclosed). i went to the store for replacing my faulty pair of ballerinas 04.10.2016 and they assured me to the best they can once the piece gets returned by the company. on 13.10.2016 i again went after assuring that my piece is repaired, the shopkeeper told me to look for another pair of sandals and they will make the reciept of the remaining amount or else i can buy the products later on if i am not liking any prodct right now. i felt very happy and satisfied that i am definetly in that ambience where the staff is very cooperative and don't differentiate between the buyers and replacers (that generally projected by the other dealers). i selected a pair of sandal worth rs. 2695/- and politely asked them to give me slip of the remaining amount as currently i am unable to choose another piece for me or if they could give me the remaining amount. i also assured them that next time i will use that slip if given by them, with in a month or two and will buy whenever they will have a new collection.
Suddenly, they all started shouting at me and forced me to buy another pair of shoes worth of the total cost of my earlier piece (rs. 5495/-) otherwise, they will not give me a single penny. subsequently, they asked me to buy anything costlier than that so that no issue of this kind of refund or slip written could be done by them. i was totally shocked with the kind of service they are giving, their behaviour and their nature to bully the customer, who are not obeying as per their order/declaration.
I am sorry to say but i am seriously hurt with their this kind of response. now, this time i am not hoping for a positive reply but a solution so that these matters could be dealt in future as these incidents really tarnish the image of the company.
And one more request please don't ask me to visit the same shop again because today's experience was very humiliating for me.

    I placed one order on 03/09/2016 (Please find attachment ) that is in discount and many times i follow up for my product but till now i got update from support team that i can get this week and then i get updates i will get tomorrow and again day after tomorrow .

    But today i called to [protected] Support number and they update me -I am not going to get this order because customer refuses this order. then i update then that i don't get call also to refuses that order.
    Support team are deney to give this order .

    @Sanjay please help out here because i believe on this site and i placed order and i should get this without fail.

      I am a regular customer of Woodland but for last few instances, I am not satisfied with the product quality. This time I bought a formal shoes and could not use even for twice. I went to the showroom they asked me for repairing and they returned after 15-20 days but after using just once the front portion of the shoe got opened like any cheap company shoe and sole got separated too.

        I have brought woods g 11223142 model shoe in 2015 (At woodland show room lawrence road chowk amritsar punjab) my shoes have been damaged from the sole, want to replace of repair the same., but i have lost purchase receipt along with my valet.         I am the regular customer of your product, i hope will listen positive response from your side soon, otherwise i shell think to shift my self to another brand.

          I had bought a woodland shoe which I was only able to wear on weekends as the job profile calls. And it was only for abt 1 and half months( hardly about 10 days ) that I could wear it when I found the sole starting to take off the shoe. The next time when I wore it was when it almost came off at the front part. I visited one of the outlets wher they told me to get the bill. The next weekend I went with the bill as I dont get much of off time in weekdays and thats when I was shocked to see the quality of their service. I couldn't convince the executive in shop for the bill date format which was in month date year.. then I thought it better to visit the outlet where I bought this model. They understood my problem and they seemed like they were happy to help. They promised me that this piece ll be replaced with another one as it can be easily seen that it hasn't been worn much. I was delighted to hear those words which just boosted me with confidence that justice shall be served. But it was about after a couple of weeks that I recieved the shock saying they will be sending my shoe to the company for them to verify it.. I was like what were u doin keeping it in ur shop all these days..!? They just told me that they had misplaced my shoe somewhere n they ll be sending it now for which I ll have to visit their outlet again n get another reciept as it wont be accounted for replacement if they send it now with the old reciept.. I visited them that weekend and got new reciept of that date. It was already 2 months by now since the date I bought. I lately recieved a call from them saying they have received my shoe n has been repaired. I was shocked to hear this as I was promised with a replacement and ended up with repair. They told me that the damage was not enough to be replaced. I, left with no option went to them n found my shoe in no state to like n wear it. Though the model number matched with the bill I had, the shoe wasn't the way I had left it. I dint take that shoe back left it right there with them and just came over. U can resell that shoe woodland. U have my permission. I am not blaming anyone here.. I am only blaming myself for going for woodland even after my friends had told me not to. So here I would refer to anyone planning to buy a woodland to rather go for caterpillar wher u can definitely find the same woodland kind of eye catchy models and with way lot better customer service for a little price difference. Please improve ur service woodland as its 4 o[censored]s friends now who lost interest in u now n u wouldnt be able to handle it if the number keeps raising.

            I had purchased a pair of shoes in dec 2015 from a woodland store in bandra west mumbai a black strap high heel shoe. I paid rs 1688 i wore it thrice and in the month of feb the strap in the front came off. I could have had a nasty fall fortunately i noticed it in time it was ld135113black 38 footwear leather subsequently i went to the store at the bandra oulet and was told the shoe would be sent to the company they gave me a customer care receipt, i left it with the store manager i kept following it up with him his name was devendra he had taken my mobile no and there was no reply though he promised to get in touch. After 2months he told me that the company could not repair but i could take another pair instead i came several times to the shop but could not find my size or something that i liked in the interim period my husband was very ill and passed away in jan 2016 now they say the manager at the store says that you cannot take a pair so the company has taken my shoe has not given me a replacement nor a refund and is now saying that i cannot get a replacement how do i resolve this issue

              I have bought 2 pairs of woodland shoes for gifting my father, and i felt ashamed when the soles of the shoes teared out just only one month of gifting. And another pair which i had bought for my self also got teared out just only a uses of 2 to 3 times. I am very dissatisfied with woodland product. I would not prescribe to anyone to buy a woodland products.

                I have buyed the foot ware before 2 months but the leather crack was priblem in the slipper in the warrenty period the company have to give the new product but they just stiched it and given the product back but still it was not convinient to meee... Local dealers were unable to solve my problem they told to contact customer care for my problem i hope u may solve my problem as soon as possible.

                  I had purchased fwr men sndal gd 1033111y15 olive 42 on 11/09/2016 from woodland retail shop address - aero club, attingal-kachery junction, uilding no11/1092, saoz go, kachery junction, attingal (phone [protected]). within 6 days of purchase (18/09/16) the sandals got damage,
                  That the belts of both the units of sandals are broken. i had submitted the sandals to the woodland dealer with a request for replacement as the damaged of two units are clearly due to manufacturing defect (woodland is famous for manufacturing)

                  I went to that shop and told them about this. the manager of the store said it takes 7 days to repair it. so i said him i'm ok with it but give me spare sandals until then. he said there is no option like that. i told him woodland is becoming so cheap in the quality which gets damages within 6 days of purchase. for that...

                  It is my humble request from the management and the technical persons to kindly pay attention and try to improve the quality of products (i am a woodland customer since 5 year... this is my last product... feeling angry..)

                            I had purchased p0013_fwr men sndal gd1294113 camel 43 on 28/6/2016 from woodland retail shop address- shop no.22, ummachigi complex koppikar road, hubli, karnataka. Within 2 months of purchase the sandals got damage, that too stitching issue(Woodland is famous for stitching). I went to that shop and told them about this. The manager of the store said it takes 20days to repair it. So i said him i'm ok with it but give me spare sandals until then. He said there is no option like that. I told him woodland is becoming so cheap in the quality which gets damages within 2 months of purchase. For that ur dumb manager says on request i will fix the issue within 10 days. The tone was like i should beg him. Else he told me to get it done by local repair shop. I want woodland company should agree that they are very cheap in the quality or replace ma sandals or give ma money back . All the photos have been attached (Damages and invoice copy).
                            Note- if i wont get reply within two days i'm going to fight against you in consumer court and pls get ready for free social media publicity of the issue.

                                I brought a woodland waterproof-sole damage proof shoes (as stated by Woodland on pre purchase) on 22/05/2014 for Trekking purpose. I bought the shoes for a price of Rs. 7995 from Connaught Place, Delhi. I wanted to use it for Trekking and found that it was not waterproof as told to me by the sales agent. I was also told that the shoes will be covered under lifetime warranty.

                                I complained it to woodland and submitted the article for inspection. I have along with me the relevant supporting documents in the form of images of all the claims made by me here. After a couple of weeks they returned the shoes saying that there's nothing that can be done about it.

                                I accepted the shoes back and stopped wearing.

                                Couple of weeks back on 15th of July 2016 when I took that shoes, I found out that that the sole of the shoes has left the leather of the shoes.

                                I went to the woodland stores of Kashipur([protected]) in Uttarakhand and deposited it.

                                They have returned the shoes to me after one month without doing anything about the shoes stating the fact that it got returned back from the manufacturing department without getting repaired.

                                It is very painful for me to receive such a pathetic response from a brand on which I've entrusted so much of faith and at the end of the day found out that woodland is one of worst service provider when it comes to supporting services.

                                I have been complaining to woodland to their emails at [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com, [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com. I have also complained about the same on their Facebook page and also on the official twitter account. I have also talked to them over phone on their helpline [protected] and a personal number provided by them on [protected]. I have the voice recording of all the conversations with them. They had initially assured me over the emails and over telephone that they are looking into the issue. However after an email they have stopped replying to my emails and stopped picking up the calls on the private number provided by them i.e. [protected]. Over the telephone they told me that they cannot provide any information and they are looking into the issue and they will inform me about the relevant development over the email. Their email never came.
                                Similarly they told me the same over the twitter and Facebook that they have forwarded the complaint to the relevant department and they will reply. But the reply never came.
                                It had cost me huge damage because that was the only pair of shoes I wanted to carry along with me to a student exchange program to a different country that I am going. Now I am stuck in a very bad situation since I don’t have an extra pair of shoes that I can take along with me which suits my requirement. I feel duped and cheated.

                                    I had purchased Sandals from Woodland Store in VASHI Raghuleela mall. Just in two days of purchase there was a problem in eyelets sticching given for repairs. Which I got after two weeks. There is one more very serious problem is that the belts of both the units of sandals are of different size due to which when I wear the sandals I feel very visible and apparent difference in the two units. I had submitted the sandals to the woodland dealer at Raghuleela mall VASHI with a request for replacement as the difference in two units are clearly due to Manufacturing defect.

                                    Great sollution from your team after 25 Days of complaint. My complaint was about different sized belts in sandals which is clearly visible without aid of any measurement tools or some telescope. I had submitted the sandals to woodland dealer in Raghuleela mall VASHI who was also convinced about the problem in size of belts in sandals and sent the sandals to the company for replacement. But it's shocking that your expert team finds sandals ok after taking around 20 Days time and returned the sandals saying sandals are ok. I request you to issue a detailed written report after measuring the size of all belts of sandals with use of standard measuring tools from your expert team so that I can proceed with further action for solving my issue.

                                        I purchased this shoe from their store in cannaught place. With in a month o[censored]sing it the pasting started coming off. After 15 days they repaired it and gave it back but with in a few days again the same problem occurred. Again they have kept the shoe for 15 days for repairing. But all this repair period is counted in warranty period. What if my shoe pasting again starts coming off a day after warranty expires and they refuse to repair it. I thing warranty period should be refreshed from the date of repair and not from the date of purchase.
